Let me set the stage—We take a 6 a.m flight from Texas into Salt Lake City…I drop my phone at the beginning of our family vacation, screen kaput, we take it to Fixit straight from the airport and receive the best customer experience possible. Skyler was incredible. He prioritized our issue, diagnosed the issue within minutes and figured out the real problem had been a lack-luster previous repair. Because the repair was so simple, he didn’t even charge us. Is this place just the best? Can confirm.

Tyson was incredible! My phone screen had entirely fallen off an hour before they closed. Not only did the small emergency get fixed in that time frame, but he also was able to give me an alternative option when the first was out of my budget. Tyson sent a text to check up on the performance of the new screen a week or so later, as well. Fantastic experience and quality. My go to recommendation from here on out.

LED screen was cracked and my daughter tucked it into her leggings to go jogging. I dont recommend that practice, especially in triple digit weather. Jared at Fixit Mobile ordered a new screen and dealt with the moisture damage. Now the phone works as good as new. And we bought a good phone case and screen protector to cut back on cracked screens. Horrible place didn’t want to fix my phone even tho it was on the 90 day warranty tyson tried yo make any excuse to not fix my phone and kept laughing when I would tell him that price I payed n to fix it very disrespectful n not professional told me he wasn’t gonna fix it bc the company was losing money so he wasn’t gonna fix it over a scratch that was non existent

I got my iPhone battery replaced by fix it mobile. My battery was draining quickly and the health setting said 90% health for about 4 months. I wasn’t sure it was accurate. I talked it over with fix it mobile and they helped replace the iPhone battery. Thank you fix it mobile. I’m glad I could get this problem fixed.

I had called the business earlier and maybe seeing about selling some of my old electronics that I have like an iPhone a tablet and in tune one mini laptop and when I went to go in to talk to them Tyson answered the desk and when I was talking to him about it he basically said none of my electronics is worth any money at all and did not even look at them

Super bad place I got my screen fixed for 300 got a 90 day warranty n it stopped working 4 days later went back n they made every excuse not to fix it for free, I got attended by Tyson n he was very rude n didn’t fix it.

I paid $50 for what I hope was a brand new battery. However, it dies to quickly. It killed 20% in 2 hours for making a phone call and sending a text. I don’t understand!! I personally feel like they didn’t replace my battery; but charged me and said they did. My battery was fine before, it was barley 5 months used.

This company had excellent costumer service!!!They put a new screen, charge port, and battery for a little over $200. It was on the more expensive side, but definitely worth it! they found water after replacing my screen. they offered to fix it for free! awesome company! definitely recommend!

Took my iPhone in because It wouldn’t charge. I had tried cleaning the charging port with everything I could think of and still it wouldn’t charge. I asked them to replace the charging port and was quoted a reasonable price to have that done. When I returned to the store to pick up my phone they said they didn’t need to replace the charging port and that they were able to clean it and it was charging just fine. They took the time to do this and said there was no charge for the service. Wow! Most places would have at least charged a cleaning fee if not their quoted price for fixing the phone. Very impressed with this company.😀

Friendly staff, by far the best prices I found for any hardware fix for a cell phone locally. Only negative was being assured they had a part on hand that was actually at another location. Delayed my phone repair a day when I expected an hour time frame. Just call ahead and see if the location has the parts, no biggie.

I went in with the tip of an Auxiliary cord stuck in the aux port on my phone. Within 30 seconds, it was out through simple means and the man who helped us said it was free of charge because we didnt have to take apart the phone. Wonderful place!

Associates were very friendly and helpful, however, they returned my phone to me with the back glass damaged and not even centered properly. The glad came back off on my way home.Update: while I am pleased with the response of the store owner Im afraid warranty may not be covered as they could not fix the issue I originally brought the phone in for. Until this is settled I change my review to 3 stars.

This place is honest, fast and accurate...I took my daughters phone in because we couldnt get the charger to go in and so it had died...they found the problem...a piece of her old charger was stuck in it...fixed and NO CHARGE as they didnt have to replace anything...I am a customer for life!!

Had a phone with a dead screen. Needed to get the contacts onto a new phone. They were able to put a screen on the old phone and then transferred the data to the new phone all for a reasonable price and in a short time. The service was great.

The screen looked great when I first got my phone back but now it is coverd in cracks and came back with Touch ID broken. It wont read my fingerprint and Ive tried many ways to fix it. Phone was sitting on my couch, I picked it up to check the time and the screen was totally cracked! Went in because there is supposedly a 90 day guarantee. I was told it didnt cover cracked screens, even though nothing was done to make it crack. Not sure what the guarantee coverages then. Emotional damage maybe? Will never ever give them my business again or refer anyone to them. They are also more expensive then any where else. They were close so they got my business but never again! I guess Ive lost my 170.00 that I paid them for my screen.

I was having an issue with the button on my iphone. It was constantly taking screen shots and opening Siri. I walked in and within 10 minutes they had it fixed! It is working perfectly. I brought my phone in . To get my screen fixed!!!... and I dropped it off . They told me pick it up in 2 hrs it will be fixed. 2 hrs later my phone hasn’t been touched nothing was fixed! He said give him 15 mins. So he rushes it and fixed my phone!! That 2 hrs I’ve waited he could have done it in 15 mins. Bad service . Guy was anti social . I paid $129 for 2 hrs wait I’m never going here again!!!

Crappy quality, and crappy customer service. A few days after I gotten my phone screen fixed it majorly cracked after it fell out of my pocket. It was also not responding to touch very well even before it cracked. I also had a ZAGNET one of the best phone protectors out there. Just like all the other reviewers I have to agree the products they use are NOT good quality. They offered to take ten dollars off. SOOOO kind considering i just paid $170 dollars for their crappy quality screen that cracked and ruined my phone after a week.

Repaired my phone screen by 10 minute later, a little crack was on the new one. This wasnt from me treating the phone bad. I showed them it and guess what 150 dallors to fix my cracked screen with another cracked screen . biggest waisted time and money to me.

The Spanish Fork location took great care of me today, I was super impressed. The original screen replacement installed wasn’t working 100% so they installed another and I am back to new! Skylar went above and beyond, he stayed late because I was in a time crunch (heading out of town), he volunteered to stay late and get my phone issue resolved.
