I took a five year old HP laptop to Steve because it was slow and felt like it could crash any minute. Steve went through everything and determined that the hard drive was in bad shape and could crash anytime. He called me and described everything I had been experiencing which made me feel like he was on the rite track. I agreed to have him replace the hard drive and pull all of my data over. I picked the computer up today and it runs better than when it was new.Thanks Steve, for letting me pick it up on a Saturday when you are normally closed.

Steve was prompt in arriving and prompt in finishing the required tasks. He helped instruct on necessary steps to make the system operated efficiently. All my issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

I was a little concerned about taking my crashed laptop to a residence, but this is a home business and the owner was very friendly and seemed trustworthy and said he would be able to help. While it took a little longer than I expected to get my computer back, aGeeko stayed in touch with me to keep me updated, so I never felt like I was being put off. Apparently I screwed up my laptop worse than was first expected. In the end, it required a wipe and reinstall, but he was able to save all my valuable data and within a day I was able to reinstall programs that had to be deleted and everything is working well. Customer service is essential to a good experience, and I had a good experience.

I drove up and Steve was going for a bike ride with family but he stopped and was very gracious and had me come in. I explained what was going on with my computer and I left it with him. Steve is very knowledgeable about computers. I feel that he is very honest. If and very helpful. He will tell you what the problem is and how best to fix it. He will also tell you the risk involved. Had a laptop that a fan was going out and he told me that it was very risky to open up because there wasnt very much room. very helpful.

Steve, the owner of aGeeko, just did a fantastic job with my computer! I called after hours last night and he returned my call first thing this morning. He gave good value for the time he was here by giving me suggestions and teaching me while we were waiting for things to download. He moved my files and such from my old, dying CPU to my notebook, carefully helping me choose what I wanted to keep and explaining what some things were that I didnt recognize so I could make good decisions. He also taught me how to use my 2 screens together. Ive always wanted to do that, but couldnt find anybody to teach me how. Thank you Steve!!

I delivered my non operational computer late Thursdays night and had it back the next day (Friday). It works great and I have not had any issues since. The price was fair. If I have computer problems again, I will call aGeeko. Thanks for your hard work.

Steve was wonderful. He made 3 trips to finally get my computer unlocked so I could use it. He came the same day I called and was quick on trying to resolve my issue. My situation was unique and he stuck with it until we could get my computer open. He is also very reasonably priced compared to other services.

Very knowledge and fast. I had a problem that others could not figure out and he came and diagnosed it quickly. I called him for that problem but he helped me with many other items too. They were quick to come out and fairly priced. I also liked that they talked normally instead of like computer geeks. I will recommend them to all my friends. I really liked them.

The guy is no longer in American Fork but in Cedar Hills. I called him Friday afternoon and made sure he would have time to look at my computer as I needed it fixed quickly. He assured me he had the time. I dropped it off and expected a call. I waited and waited but he didnt let me know. I then called him. I admit it was a bit late (9:00 pm) but I needed information. He yelled and me for calling him so late, told me he had looked at the computer, but refused to give me any information.He then called me about 11:00 this morning and told me that the computer needed to be reformatted and the raid undone and I possibly had a video card problem. I asked him to try switching out the video card to see if that fixed anything and he said he would. I then called him about 4 or 5 hours later and he still hadnt done it. I thought I had explained the urgency to him and he said nothing about not having time. He then started being very rude to me and demanded that I pick up in my computer in the next 15 minutes or he would keep it until Monday. He also demanded I pay him in cash. He was quite upset that I only paid the agreed upon price and not extra for doing the reformatting himself. I have never had a business be this rude or aggressive to me. I picked it up and asked him if he had any more information on the problem which he could give me. He pretty much refused to tell me anything and cut off his wife from telling me anything.I returned home and found out that IT IS JUST A GRAPHICS CARD PROBLEM!!!! The guy was WRONG and wanted to charge me EXTRA to do unnecessary work.

This is why I have continued to use his services and recommend him to friends and family. His rates are extremely competitive, especially for the amount of individual time and attention he gives his customers. I have gone to large businesses (Best-buy, Staples) and they charge a lot more for a lot less. Steve takes the time to show me the problem and then fix it, so I know what I am paying for. I greatly value his honesty and forthrightness in his business dealings. Over the years he has taught me a lot about computers so I am now able to trouble shoot small problems on my own. Have had aGeeko repair a couple of my computers. One time I was able to deliver it to him; the other time, I was working out of state and had to have him go to my home office and fix my computer so I could remote into it. Awesome, reliable, timely, trustworthy, excellent work.

We got a desktop computer that my wife and I use daily for college classes. The thing broke down and I honestly thought we had finally run it into its grave. We used it a ton and it already had previous problems.
