My 1996 Toyota Avalon, which has 300K+ miles on it has been running a little hot, and the driver side Windows regulator and motor quit working so I had a window that was down all the time. They gave their initial estimate to fix the window but they were aware of my financial situation so they worked with me and helped me find ways to locate a regulator and motor and then worked a plan for me that saved me a lot of money. They were willing to let my car stay on their lot until the issues were fixed, which was a huge help! Dave, who worked on my car kept me posted via text almost every day, which was extremely helpful. Laramie and Tim were also great to work with in helping me find options that could help me keep my old car from heading to the car graveyard just yet. My car is running great now and my pocket book wasn’t beat up in the process! Clegg Auto is amazing and I will always recommend my friends, family, and anyone who needs car repairs to go to them. They are a class act!!

We had our fuel filter module go out. Clegg Auto diagnosed it and got it repaired very quickly and economical. Very pleased with their care. We are from out of town was in Spanish Fork for a wedding celebration. Very nerve racking when you have no idea what’s going on with your vehicle or who the mechanic is working on it. I couldn’t be more happy with the service received from Cleggs! I needed a few quotes for my broken ac and brakes/rotors. They ran a diagnostic on my ac and after I got my car back, it’s working great. They performed an oil change, headlight replacement, and emissions test. What I loved is how informative and professional they were on everything along the way. Would 10/10 recommend!

Clegg’s was amazing. I walked in, they were slammed and said they would work me in the next couple of days. They called that afternoon and told me what was happening and what needed to be done. Laramie gave me all the options and what she recommended and asked what I wanted to do, she gave no pressure one way or the other. Very good experience, I don’t like to pay for a mechanic because I’m pretty handy but rest assured I will be back for any future repairs.

We developed brake trouble on our way from Wyoming to Utah. We had a commitment later that day that we could not miss. They were able to perform the brake replacement and accommodate the needs of our adaptive vehicle in a very gracious manner. My car’s AC didn’t work, so I took it in and they said the condenser had a hole in it. They replaced the condenser and charged it, and now it cools like a fridge! They also did some work on the sway bar and I’ve noticed my handling around corners is better now. Everyone was friendly, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I also received timely shuttle rides to and from the shop. Clegg knows what they’re doing!

They were awesome! I just got my AC recharged, but they even let me use their loaner car to drive to class while they were doing it. They just all seem like really nice people, and I would definitely go back!

Great place! They were really friendly and did a great job. Only thing I would have changed is that it took over an hour for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 1:00pm and sat there until 2:20pm.Could have just been an extra busy day but still a nice place! I’d come back for sure!

Do not trust this place. Took my car in to get AC recharged. $68 found a leek total now $400 to fix. Ordered wrong part so I got a phone call and another $100 + another $68 recharge. Then found out the whole AC system need replacing now $2700. Talked to them about feeling like they are scamming me or don’t know what they are doing and no apology just told that is the way it is and that they don’t need to fix it but I do owe $660 for nothing. Paid $660 dollars for nothing car still not fixed. Took it to the dealer, they quoted me $800 to fix it all remember they quoted me $2700. These guys either don’t know what they are doing or are crooks. If I were you I would stay away. They took me for $660 and would have been a lot more if I hadn’t told them no and went to the dealer.

Insanely Overpriced. I took my car in to check on a weird noise it was making and they charged me $130 to even look at it. Then they told me to repair everything it would be over $1200. That didn’t seem right so I took it to another highly rated repair place and they fixed all of the same things for $375. They really just wanted to take me to town. They tried to make over 400% profit on me and that’s not right at all.

They were fast, thorough, very professional and nice to work with.Best of all, they got our car back on the road.

I come here for my car maintenance on my Hyundai, and I know that Im always getting a good value. I drive a lot of miles on my car and they are always so good to bring up concerns but speak to me honestly about what it takes to do maintenance repairs. One time I noticed my car was leaking antifreeze fluid, so I took it into the shop and they came back out a quick 5 mins later and said no charge! What? really? Yes, it was just the gasket head needed to be adjusted. As a non-car person non-handy person there would have been no way for me to know even if they had decided to charge me $200, so I appreciate their honesty.

They are not ultra cheap, but the fix what they say they’ll fix and they do it right and stand by their repairs. They also finish it on time. They will use aftermarket parts or OEM parts which ever you want.I’m happy with them. I would go to them before a dealer 100% of the time if your car is not still under warranty.

These guys are great mechanics. I do most of my own work, but when I need help on a tough, troublesome repair, I turn to Clegg’s and they cheerfully get the job done.

Took a chance as this is my first time using this company, they said they fixed the truck(loosing power when accelerating) so I picked up the truck and nothing was fixed, there next suggestion was to take all injectors out and test them and it could be 5,000 dollars, so I took it somewhere else and found a vacuum leak in the fuel filter pump 140 dollar part. Glad I didnt let them tear into injectors, I would not recommend them, no refund on 800 dollars for the service and parts that did not need replacing.

I work across the street and so I started taking my cars here for basic service. Seemed pricey but I actually called up to 10 different shops and Cleggs was cheaper than all but 1 and that one was a pretty ghetto location. So that made me feel better.After just having basic oil changes and things done there, I got a new car and took it in because it needed a timing belt. Well long story short they made the car run like a dream and like I said the price was on par with the cheapest of other shops but Cleggs is anything but cheap! You get a great deal from a top of the line shop and superior customer service.

Our van broke down a number of times, we would take it in to a mechanic and it would start working again and no one could diagnose the problem. So we would continue to drive it until it would die again. This last time it died, we towed it to Cleggs and as usual, it started working again. They spent time and attention, and even drove it around until they could find the problem, no other mechanic was that dedicated to help us. Recently bought a rebuilt vehicle from a dealer that specializes in them. He told us it didnt have frame damage. I inspected it but missed a damaged spot on a frame rail in a hard to see spot. When I saw it after buying the vehicle, the dealer changed his story to I didnt know about that, which I consider to be a lie (also shame on me for not inspecting better). Took it to Clegg Auto in Spanish Fork to see if they could align the wheels - They told me everything was well within factory spec and didnt charge me anything to check the alignment and look over the vehicle! Great example of professionalism. This isnt the first time I have used Clegg Auto (always with good results) and I will certainly continue to use and recommend them! Five stars!

We had a window that would not go up and down on our kid car, so we had the motor and parts inspected and replaced. I was impressed with how quickly Cleggs got us in and worked on our car. The window works like new now. Additionally, their prices are much more reasonable than what we would pay at a dealership. Well definitely be going back to use their services again!

I just stopped in without a appointment to show them what my grandson had done to my hubbys truck. They stopped what they were doing and fixed it in just a few mintues. They really cared that I was upset about it .

I gave a 3 star only because this is my 1st time and will continue to rate with every service as I will consider goin back.

Our car was making an awful noise and seemed to lose power at higher speeds, so we took into Clegg Auto thinking that we might have to replace the transmission or have serious engine problems.We had a family member pick us up to be able to continue to our planned activities, and within a couple of hours, received a call from Cleggs saying that it was all fixed and that the only thing that we had to pay was for an hour of shop time.As it turns out, there wasnt anything wrong with the engine or transmission. It was just a piece of plastic inside the fender well had come loose and was rubbing on the tread of a tire.Thank you Clegg Auto for saving our day, and our money!🙂We will definitely use them for our next repair if we are in Utah County again and need it.

I have had great experiences working with Cleggs in Spanish Fork. They are reliable when it comes to maintaining a car and honest with future repairs that may need to be done so that I can be prepared in advance. They are friendly and not only do they listen to my concerns, but they take care of them so that I know my car is in good hands.

They preformed good work, but it seems they forgot about my car. I took it in at 8:00 am and they told me it would be done in about 2 hours. I did hear from them for a while, so I went back at about 2:30 pm and it wasn’t done. The work was complete by about 3:30 pm.

I have used Clegg Auto since my first car back in 2004. My family use them as well and we all love how well they take care of us. They’re always upfront about everything and even if it’s something they catch while doing another job they will let you know about it. And it’s never a fake job just to make money. It’s always something that they actually find. Even if it’s hey we noticed you have a light out. You might want to replace that ASAP so you don’t get a ticket. I’ll continue to use them for as long as I have cars.

Ive really liked my experience here after going a few times. I didnt realize at first that its more of a drop the vehicle off in the morning and come get it in the afternoon-type place. The first couple of times that I went, I made appointments and they actually did great sticking with getting done in the timeframe they said they would do it in. This was probably really hard to do because they are typically busy, but they did it anyways. Overall, Im impressed and Ive been really pleased with the work theyve done on my vehicles.

Clegg Auto did a great job. The staff is very friendly and they seem to make it point to add a personal touch. Took my Lincoln MKX in for a coolant pressure test and they found the source of the leakage. They clamped it up back tight and told me what the cost would be if I wanted it replaced but there was no pressure on their end. Will come back!

I asked for a somewhat out-of-the-ordinary service, and then got me in the same day. They even went the extra mile and did a general inspection of my vehicle.

Clegg Auto is absolutely amazing. I took my diesel truck in to Allan Fish. I had already diagnosed the truck and knew it needed a new alternator and the DPF removed, cleaned, and re installed. They quoted me.just under $2,000 for all that which I felt was fair. They called me after having the truck for 1 day and said they found some other issues with the truck, turns out they just needed to replace the pigtail on the alternator and the DPF sensor was bad and so that needed to be replaced. They suggested an oil change and fuel filter change. When all was said and done it came out to just over $1,000, half of the expected cost with more work done on it. I looked up the cost of parts and they charged me less than I could have found them and the labor charge was very reasonable. I was very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Use them or you will regret it. :)

I have taken my diesel truck to their Spanish Fork location Several times because they have a diesel truck specialist. They have been friendly, fair priced, prompt and very professional. Now I’m planning to bring my cars to be worked on. In our crazy world it is hard to find people you can trust, I feel that I now have a trusted mechanic. I highly recommend them.

We love Clegg! We feel like they’re fast and upfront about what repairs really matter and which can wait and which aren’t worth it because of the age of our cars. We once had a car that had an issue they told us we could spend $1900 to fix but it would just go out again. Our parents took it for a second opinion and the second place did that repair, and sure enough, the same thing happened within two months. I appreciate Clegg’s honesty and professionalism.

The little bit I knew of Mr Clegg, I knew this would be a well run shop, and I was not disappointed.

They did a great job with replacing our clutch. Good reputation. Disappointed recently that we were charged a fairly high amount just to investigate a noise only to be told it was nothing. Wouldn’t expect someone’s time for free but seems high when you’re a customer that gives business. Oh well.

I was very impressed with Cleggs. They worked my car in immediately. They took the time to figure out what the problem was. It was in the transfer case. The mechanic figured out that it was completely out of liquid. Instead of just changing the part, which would have been very costly, they refilled the liquid, and ran the car for several miles to make sure the grinding noise stopped. It is running great! They even did an overall check of my car to let me know that it is still in good condition. I appreciate their honesty and for explaining each step of what was happening to me. I will definitely be going to Cleggs again. Thank you!

Overall the service was good. However, while I was waiting in the lobby for my car, I noticed most of the employees were not wearing masks. As a pregnant woman trying to stay healthy, this made me uncomfortable. I can’t remember his name, but the guy who helped me at the front desk was wearing his mask and he was very kind. I would come back here, but I wish the employees would mask up.

They were courteous, patient, and friendly. The girls in the office were especially so. Clint couldn’t have been more accommodating. It was a refreshing experience.
