Amazing experience all around.I’m newer to Miami from the DC area and have been MAJORLY disappointed by the local beauty industry as a whole until I found Kijana.I will not let another soul in this city touch my hair.She. Is. Brilliant. She uses her raw talent combined with her obvious extensive training and collaborates with what you want as a customer. On top of all that she is so down to earth and genuine and motivating and a pleasure to spend time with. Her team feeds off her energy resulting in a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

The customer service was great! Unfortunately my lashes did not even last 24hrs...I’m very familiar with getting lash extensions, I’ve been getting them done for 10+ years so. Typically they stay on for 3 weeks for me, unfortunately they all started to come off that following night. I drove down to Miami from Key West as all artists in Key West were booked until February and I had found a groupon for Kijana, sadly it wasn’t worth the drive.I will say their customer service was on point, you are immediately greeted and offered refreshments.

Such a wonderful salon. I got my nails done there recently and it was a treat. Today, I went in to try balayage for the first time. The color and cut were spot on perfect. So natural, soft and healthy looking.Its always a bit scary putting your trust into a stylist that youve never had before but Ive never been so in love with the finished look before as I was today. Thank you for the great service, Ill definitely be back!

This is my second time to this place. From the ambience of the place to the staff, I give the 5 ⭐️. This is the only salon where I have really felt pampered, spoiled, relaxed, satisfied, respected, happy with the results and amazed of such a great service. Courtney is the sweetest person and very professional. Definitely will go back there.

Got my hair done with Kijana for the first time & I loved it! She was so welcoming & I especially loved how personable she was! I went from an old red to an ash brown & got my hair cut as well. She was honest with me about the process, explained every step of the way, & wasnt afraid of the challenge. My hair turned out great. This was my first time but definitely wont be my last. I would recommend her to anyone!

I usually don’t write reviews but this place was amazing. I got my nails done with stars and I have never been to a better place. The service was great and the nail art was even better!! I haven’t been able to shut up about how good this is. 100% recommend.

This salon deserves 10 + starsas a new client, i was taken on a private tour of where everything is. the salon is beautiful, and kept very clean. there were all kinds of refreshments available to me. you could either help yourself or they will always ask you if you would like something. if you are waiting, they are constantly telling you what is going on. when they took me to get my hair washed it was in a private room lit with candles, a spa experience with massage, music, foot stool and blanket. then there was Cari G, a genius with cutting, (dare i say-because now i dont want it to be difficult to get a hair cut) as she cut she was constantly communicating with me, asking what i liked and showing me what she was going to do, before she did it. everyone in the salon was nice, and seemed to work well together. the prices are reasonable, and there is no secret, as it is displayed where you can see it. love that. try it, you wont be disappointed. i have been looking for a salon for about a year & i am going now to make this my salon.

Kijana is amazing, so professional, so nice . I love my eyelashes.. She did a very nice job.. I think she is the best.. She use the best products.. My face is completely changed thanks to her knowledge and expertise.. I will definitely go back! I recommend her highly

I received exceptional service at Kijana Salon.My appointment was for a full set of extensions. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a bottle of water. My wait time was all the time it took me to fill out the Lash Orientation form. Im a lash stylist/Esthetician (10+ yrs) and I am very particular about sanitation, adhesive and lash mapping- I was pleased to see I need not have worried. I exited refreshed and with a beautiful set of lashes.Thank you Kijana!

What a great spot. Got a haircut a few days ago from Kijana and I was a bit nervous at first having a new barber cutting my precious hair but despite my reservations it turned out well. She was really cool and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Even during the trickiest part, my hairline, she showed some skills and finished me off with a crisp, sharp hairline just the way I like it. I couldnt have for more.

I made last minute same day reservations with the ladies from Kijana for a Mani-Pedi, I know it was a long shot but when I called earlier the ladies told me to give them a call after my spa session to see if they had availability. Luckily there were some cancellations and they were able to book my mother and I. I am so glad that it was this salon we went to. The ladies were wonderful. I had told them I was pampering my mother and they went far and above my expectations. They took real good care of us. And spent a wonderful afternoon just relaxing. You can tell when people love their job because you can see it on the wonderful work they did to us. My mother and I have become loyal customers. Thank you ladies! Thank you for making my mother so happy! Thank you for making us look so glam!

Kijana and her team were absolutely amazing. She colored (balayage) and styled my hair and I couldnt be happier with the result. The place is extremely clean, spacious, and has a luxury feel to it. I came across this place via Groupon and would definitely recommend it to anyone. She was extremely gracious and funny to talk to. Her team was nothing short of professional and kind-hearted individuals. Happy to have found my salon in Miami :)

Stopped in here today for the first time for a shampoo, deep conditioning treatment and haircut. Couldnt be more impressed. The salon itself is beautiful and clean. And Kijana is a master at her art. My hair came out so gorgeous and it was exactly what I wanted! I was so pleased overall that before I left I decided to trust them with my brows. Didnt catch my brow techs name but she did a fabulous job as well. I feel like a new woman! This place deserves 10 stars. Will definitely be back and will tell all my friends!

WOW. I mean this place even has a room specifically for washing your hair. Which is relaxing and zen. The owner is an absolute sweetheart! I called in last minute on a Saturday and she made sure to see me within 5 minutes of me arriving. The salon is decorated beautifully. And the bathroom was super duper clean. Very happy to see a young woman be a successful business owner and still down to earth. Cant wait to go again. My hair looks fabulous 😁!!!

I had my nails PAMPERED by Denitza and it was the best decision I made! I have been getting so many compliments. I cant wait to go back and get them redone with her. I looked for a convenient salon doing quality work for the longest time and was so happy to find this place. I am extremely picky about my manicure and pedicure, but i always leave this place happy. Dee is the best! She always does your nails just how you like them. She is very patient and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with the result. Even when it means trying six different colors until finding the one you are perfectly in love with. I love that she is extremely detailed and leaves my mani and pedi looking natural and flawless every time! To top it off, the prices are affordable and the space is modern and relaxing. Highly recommend this salon, The atmosphere is great and inviting. Kijana did a great job on microblading my eyebrows. She is a true professional and takes her time to explain any questions you may have.

This place is spectacular. I have never felt so pampered at any salon Ive been to. Denitza did and absolute amazing job on my hands and nails. She made my eyebrows look flawless. Kihjuana did magic on my hair. Before it was dull, damaged from me bleaching it and just lifeless. She made it come back to life. Now its soft, shiny and just looks gorgeous. The color came out better than I thought it would have and the treatment was worth it plus she gave me a great deal on the price. Before I had acne and slight blemishes but after the facial it almost all went away. I woke up this morning and my face looks flawless. I felt like a model when I left there. The girls are passionate about what they do and take as long as they need to perfect it so their customers are satisfied. They do top quality work and every penny was worth it. I am now going to be a long term customer and cant wait to get my nails done on special Thursday.

Took 2 hours 15 mins for a gel manicure and regular pedicure (I usually take 1 hour 15 mins). Messed up my polish and later asked THE RECEPTIONIST to fix it. I had called ahead for pricing and when I got there, they told me they would charge an extra $6 for removing polish. The manicurist would get up every so often to talk to co workers. Horrible experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Im new in the area, and I called to to know if i can do walk in and the woman told me that they are busy know but how about to make an appointment in an hour. Then she asked me how i heard about them, and I said groupon so she talked with the manager and they said that they are booked for today 🤷‍♀️. If they did that, im pretty sure the service in the salon is not good. I wouldnt try this place

My wife loves this place, its now the only place she goes to get anything done.And its the daily specials are awesome and affordable. My wife suggested that you should put a picture up of your daily specials such as the $20 nails on Thursdays, and the mani pedi special on Tuesdays, and the Champaign included pamper fridays

Laila & Cari are absolutely incredible. Im new in the area and took a chance with D&L studio and I am amazed. I went in wanting an Ombre, but very leery of how it would look... I didnt want to look trashy as a lot of them do. Laila is an expert and made it look so classy I couldnt believe it. Cari did an amazing cut that was by far the best ive ever had and ive gotten hair cuts from around the world. I just cant express how impressed I am. If youre tired of getting crappy service, definitely visit D&L. The atmosphere alone is worth the money... and the Mimosas were de-lishhh ;)
