Hot nail spa is extremely professional! I went in Friday 8/27 for dip services and on Wednesday 9/1 I saw I had a nail chipped. I called in and spoke with Tommy who immediately without hesitation said to come in so they can fix it free of charge. I came and he saw that two other nails needed a touch up and completely did again all my nails. I was relaxing experience and I am extremely content with the services provided. I am not one to leave reviews but I was in the area and stumbled upon this gem! Not only was in super clean and everyone was very respectful with regards to mask protocols, but the owner/manager Tony was incredible. Not only is he friendly but I was blown away by his kindness. He knew most of the customers by name and was even organizing free manicure event for breast cancer survivors. To add, he had a sign that said for the unemployed who have interviews, they can come in for a free manicure with a text to his personal phone. Wow, I love supporting small businesses like this, a must visit when in S. Miami!

I can’t even begin to describe how upset I am that I don’t live close enough for this to be my regular nail salon. Tommy is absolutely phenomenal, he’s the owner of both hot nails salons (make sure you double check which one you’re going to, I went to the wrong one and he let me come an hour late and got me right in) they take walk ins but you’re better off with an appointment, super easy to make online. The spa itself is so beautiful and the complementary moscato was a very nice touch, Tommy has 26 years of experience and his passion for the work he does shows. He also gave me a discount which was not necessary, he’s hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever been to. You’d be a fool not to go here and, on top of it, his prices are the best. I got nail extensions with dip.

Amazing experience! (Be forewarned this is not an acrylic nails salon) It felt very personable and welcoming to be greeted by name and addressed the whole time by name. I called to see if they had last minute space for me and they quickly agreed to take me in without an appointment. I looked into their appointment scheduling system and it also looks very easy to use. Moving on to the services I have to say they were very detail oriented. I got a dip manicure and gel pedicure and I couldn’t have left more satisfied. My hands and feet look better than any other nail salon I’ve even been to. Their motto is we love to see a smile on your face and it couldn’t be more true. They constantly ask how they can make you more comfortable or make your service even more realaxing, if that is even possible. In the end, my personal opinion, this salon is worth every penny.

Ive gone twice. tje first experience was bad but not the worst. she was just super rushed and wouldn’t give me tje time of day. the second time was HORRIBLE. it’s been a week and already chipping and peeling. they also made me wait an entire hour before even touching my nails even with an appointment. terrible service. (the lady that painted my nails was really sweet tho and it was some of the other employees that made it awful not her)

This salon is amazing! Not only will you receive the best customer service but the best nails. Tommy accommodated for me to come a bit later and when I arrived he was very attentive to whatever I needed. Shantise did my pedicure and I loved! The girl from India that answers the phone and pretends to work there is disregarding, condescending and treats customers like garbage, she refuses to let you talk with a manager and you have to respect your info many times because she doesn’t speak English or pretends not too then hangs up the phone on you after not putting in your appointment correctly. She tried doing my nails but couldn’t because she had no idea of what she was doing which showed just by looking at her peeled off green nasty nail polish. She started filing my nails and threw white powder all over my black clothes and phone, she also smells bad and goes to work looking as she were homeless, not what you’d expect of a place focused on beauty. If this person keeps working here I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

When I tell you this is my forever place, I mean it. I’m one to always go on Groupon and look for deals. My sister showed me this place and it’s my forever place. The environment, the staff, the people in general. Ive gone a few times and you feel as if you’re royalty. The nail work comes out amazing!! I do my nails every 3 weeks and they LAST!!! I personally do dip and I’m thankful I came here. They don’t do acrylic so the salon always smells amazing. The atmosphere is “chefs kiss”. If you’re thinking of trying this place out, I promise you don’t think and just go!My nails look A-1 !!! Go go go 🙏🏼💕

I spent most of the afternoon looking for a nail salon to help fix my nails. Then I came across this gem! Rosa and Shantise were FANTASTIC !!!! Shantise helped fix a nail that had been broken right in half. Rosa did an amazing job at the dip powder!! The owner was also very friendly and always on asking if everything was okay. Tommy was outstanding. I came here on a whim to try something new and ended up doing dip for the first time along with the platinum pedicure package and what a wonderful experience. I’ve never felt more relaxed while getting my hands and nails done, I didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel like they were rushing either but at the same time they were efficient and made sure they explained everything along the way. Additionally, it is very refreshing to get my nails done and not feel dryness on my skin from using the UV light to dry the gel. Thank you Tommy!

They specialize in dip and make your nails look as natural as possible. They offer beverages (water, wine or Moscato)! Though I dont reside in Miami, I will take a 40 min trip from sawgrass just to keep coming back here. Tommy is the best he recommended I try Dip Powder and I’m in love with how perfect my nails look. Vanessa is very nice and helped me with sampling scents for my services. Meticulous, knowledgeable and hospitality. I felt like I receive VIP treatment everytime I go. I went in for dip powder manicure and a platinum pedicure. First of all dip, is the best thing and this is my honest opinion, there’s no UV light so you can stop worrying about aging your hands, they also have a collagen treatment for your hands to keep them young. Secondly, the easy removal is really what keeps me coming as well, when you see growth, it just melts away with acetone - they gladly remove or you can do at home.

My sisters and I went for my bday and Tommy was so personable and accommodating, and the rest of the nail techs were so sweet! Shantise did my nails (mani/pedi), and as she did she engaged in conversation with us and consistently checked in with me to make sure my experience was a great one. All the tools used were newly packaged and cleaned, and the techs wore gloves as they works on our feet. We did the volcano pedicure package (we recommend the honey pearl scent🤩 per Shantise’s recommendation) and it was both fun with the fizzing bubbly water and thorough as it included actual leg massages (not just an up and down motion with lotion), hot towels, hot stone leg massages, and loads of lotion. Overall, my sisters and I highly recommend Hot Nail Spa, and next time we’re bringing friends!P.S. if you’re unemployed and need your nails done for an interview, contact them for a free manicure!!

Went for a manicure as a walk-in. They informed me they had a 5PM but if I’d like to wait and see if that appointment didn’t show they could do it. I waited 20 minutes at 5:10 they seated me. At 5:15 I asked when someone could start and they informed me they could no longer help me because their 5:00 showed up. In the 25mins I waited I watched them turn down multiple walk-ins. Don’t waste your time trying to get your nails done as a walk-in. This salon is under staffed and will likely waste your time as they did mine.

GUYS! I accompanied my wife to get her nails done and I usually dont like waiting inside the salon due to the chemical smells and uncomfortable seating but WOW! Here I was offered a very comfortable seat inside where I could connect to the WIFI and continue my work on my laptop, I was later offered my choice of a coffee, tea or wine (I went with the tea, which was great). They even had a seating bar where I could connect my phone to one of the charging ports they provided. Even though my wife was getting the VIP services done, I definitely felt like a VIP guest waiting for her lol... I definitely wont make a face next time she asks me to come with her. This place is amazing! We both went home with a VIP experience.BTW this is my wifes account. lol

I called and asked if they had availability for 2 mani pedis as walk ins. The manager said yes and I said we would be there in 15 min. We arrived and were had a pedi, when it was finished they informed us that we would have to make an appt for the mani. The Mgr stated we said we wanted 2 pedis and I never said that. I realized they are understaffed and simply just had time for the 2 pedis. It’s the basic bait and switch game, they bait you by saying yes to mani/pedi then change the terms once you are in there. Shame on you

I am new to Miami, by way of NYC and was a first time walk-in customer. The energy is so relaxing and all employees are very pleasant as well as happy to be of service. Although I was the first client of the day, the wait in between my mani and pedi was quite long due to early morning appointments trickling in around the same time (the only thing keeping me from giving 5 starts). While waiting I was offered and enjoyed a soothing hot cup of green tea. As I was finishing up my manicure, the onwer walked in and greeted everyone with much appreciated pleasantries. I have not been to the nail salon since the start of qurantine and I am so glad to have found this place! Ultimately after this experience it was all worth the wait, and I will be bringing my partner for a couples pedi the next time. I would recommend making an appointment and will be sure to do so for my next visit.

Hands down most friendly, clean, organized nail spot in miami from the owner Tommy being a sweet heart and only interested in making the customer happy to his amazing staff Judy and Van this place is a girls paradise. They are known for dip and have so many colors to pick from. I recommend this place to everyone

Been going to Tommy and Tiffany at their 8 St. location since my sophomore year of college. I’ve taken a hiatus from doing my nails but coming back to get a manicure under their tutelage is always a treat, they know what I want before even I do! I look forward to their services as they’re always top tier and detail oriented. :)

The entire staff at Hot Nail Spa South Miami is amazing. Judy is such an amazing nail tech! She is great at what she does and her customer service is phenomenal. The shop is located in a prime location close to restaurants and stores for you to shop after a relaxing mani/pedi. I highly recommend this nail shop! I’m in love with this place and with the staff!
