Horrible service when I did my nails. Asked for a design and they had no idea how to do it but still tried I asked to take them off and they told me that it was dry already so no, but I insisted and showed them again how bad the design was, it wasn’t straight lines, it had spots that were “covered up” because they messed up but still visible, and they told me that my nail wasn’t the right shape for the design. I argued that they should’ve just told me so and I wouldn’t have gotten that design, they took off the designs and re did it but still charged me extra! they were very rude about it as well, I wouldn’t visit again. While doing my nails they kept standing up and leaving the salon as well as doing other tasks. This is how bad my nails ended up after, have bubbles all over the place and even hair pieces stuck to the gel.

An excellent service and professional staffs. My first time here and I’m very impressed with how my nails turned out. The salon is super nice and clean. Free parking is a plus. Thank you Q’s studios. I’ll come back here for sure.

I am a loyal customer of Q’s Studios. I go every 2 weeks for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Q is the most professional & clean nail studio in the South Miami area. When I was waiting for my appointment today I overheard some girl asking for nail art when Q was honest with her and told her he wasn’t sure if he was able to do the design she showed him with the length of her nails. I found this to be very professional because most technicians would just do it & the result wouldn’t be as good. You can’t expect to just show a picture and have them be exactly like the picture, especially when the technician informed you he was short on time! Q’s Studios is to this date the best nail salon I have been to in Miami.

I went recently for the first time to Q’s Studios and was very impressed. The cleanliness of the salon, the professionalism of the staff, and selection of nailcolors was exceptional. I was a bit short on time the day I went and my nail technician, Q, went above and beyond to ensure that I could finish on time. He ensured that I was satisfied with my nails and was very professional. I will never go back to my previous nail salon and I was extremely happy with Q’s Studios. Highly recommended if you are looking for a fantastic nail salon in the South Miami / Coral Gables area.

HORRIBLE experience!! Not only did my nails come out extremely different from how I asked for them, but I got terrible customer service throughout the entire time. From the beginning, they were running late and when the owner finally sat down to do my nails he got up multiple times to do other things. Of course I understand he is running a busy business but he rushed through my nails with minimal care, effort and attention. After looking at my nails and seeing something that noticeably does not look like what I asked for, I asked if it was possible for him to re-do them. He basically said no, I left politely and called for a refund. Upon doing so, I basically got shut out as he would not let me speak for one second and then hung up on me. He claimed that he did not have enough time as he “squeezed me in” but in that case, why voluntarily accept the appointment if you couldn’t handle it? He also claimed that my nails were to small for the design when in reality, the designs fit perfectly, they just look NOTHING like flowers. Do not go here!!!!!!

Q is great! He does an amazing job and is very professional. Would recommend his nail salon for anyone in south Miami.

The employee’s are very nice!!! My first time there and I was very happy, I definitely will be going back. The person who did my nails took his time and did a very good job. I would recommend this to anyone in the south Miami area for sure!

Qs studios is THE place to go in South Miami for a high quality, attention to detail mani/pedi. I go every two weeks and have referred many friends and family members as well. The salon is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Plus, they are fast! Mani/pedi in one hour. Easy parking, always a spot available in the parking lot. HIGHLY recommend.

Did not do what i asked for, i asked to fixed the nails, they denied, i asked for a refund, they rudely denied. worst customer service. if this is what you do for a living at least be good at it

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I made an appointment for a manicure and a nail design. I had to wait a long time after my appointment time and when they finally started doing my nails, they constantly left and just left me there waiting. Even WORSE, the nail design is nothing like what I asked and they COMPLETELY IGNORED ME when I called for a refund! Crying rn🥲

If you are looking for an impecable manicure with attention to detail and a large selection of products you have come to the right place. Salon is as impecable as your treatment. Safe distancing, easy parking and relaxing and professionally done manis and pedis. Can’t say enough about this salon. Best in town.

I called around 1 asking for an appointment for the moment and they told me i could go in at 3:30, i also asked if they did nail art. I asked for a simple flower... The owner told my i had really short nails... when i don’t find them that short just natural. I said i think you can do a flower on my nail like it’s not a huge design it’s just a flower and i showed him the picture and he told me ok and to show him while he did it. The picture was held up there the whole time, he showed me the first hand when he finished and it wasn’t like the picture but it was ok and i felt bad but then he got very sloppy during the next hand and put BLOBS of paint, I didn’t get to see it before put in the machine. After i saw it i said something to my nail tech (the owner) and how it was messed up he told me he couldn’t give me a refund and i had to pay 45 and i could go the next day.... mind you i’m leaving on vacation tomorrow. I payed walked out mad, i’m just a younger girl that doesn’t have much authority, so when i showed my mom she called. He said he would call us back and when he did 3 hours later he refused to give us a refund and told us things such as “ i told her her nail was to short to do the design” when clearly the problem is he could do a simple flower. He wouldn’t let us talk and hung up on us. He wasn’t even attentive the whole appointment since he was constantly getting up for other little things and he had another client their. I don’t think this was fair to me because now i had no time to get new nails and i’m stuck with this. I have called back many times and he just picks up and hangs up (I have pictures so if i can insert i will) also i was seeing people with shorter nails get harder designs done on them and on the phone the excuse would change.

I gave my daughter money to get gel manicure. She went to this place based on reviews but when my daughter showed me her nail art instead of a flower it looked like a fried egg. When I called to complain the Owner Q brushed me off like oh well she can come back but Next week. Horrible customer service and I will not recommend ever. Don’t say you know how to do nail art when clearly you don’t

Qs is hands down the best place to do nails around Miami. I’ve been to dozens of places as a Miami native and this is by far the best one. They have great service, extremely clean, and all the newest colors. They use good quality everything and are highly professional unlike a lot of places around Miami. Excellent service and such a pleasurable experience. 10/10!

I’ve been going to Q for my nails for years. He’s the best in Miami and I’m so happy he has his own salon now. They have the best massage chairs, everything is beyond clean and you can’t beat the quality and service. Free parking in South Miami and complimentary wine is just an added bonus.
