The salon is cute and they do a good job. Only thing I’d say about this salon is, it is a Spanish speaking salon, which I totally understand we live in Miami and everyone speaks Spanish but I don’t think my nail tech understood any English. I wouldn’t remember her name because she never introduced herself. The nail techs only talk to each other in full blown conversation, and it makes you feel awkward when you have someone who doesn’t speak the language come in and all they do is talk to each other. The place is cute but all I’m saying is you would think theres a time and place but the professionalism could be better.

I LOVE LAQUE HOUSE! This is the best nail place in ALL OF MIAMI! My nails last me 4 weeks and they never break. I do my nails with Giselle, she is SO NICE and always does a fantastic job. Prepare to book your appointments in advance, they are always very busy. Also, make sure you are on time.

The person who did my nails messed up so many times and did not follow the picture correctly. She took so long and kept re-doing it and it still did not end up how it was supposed to be, the designs were not complicated whatsoever, they were lines. Although she kept apologizing, it was not professional or well done. When I booked the appointment I clearly chose fill in and design, they should have people who actually know how to do designs instead of someone who doesn’t. I am really disappointed and it’s unlikely I will ever come here again.

NEVER COMING BACK! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! YOURE PAYING FOR THE ATMOSPHERE NOT THE SERVICE. I originally went for a scheduled appointment regular mani pedi and nail art but when I arrived the nail technician Anyley, that agreed to the appointment could not perform the nail art design (some stars and sparkles) on my regular nails. She claimed that she could only do it on gel or acrylic. Which made no sense as its literally just sparkle nail polish and some stars. I wouldve left right then but I needed my nails done for an event so I went with the gel however, she didnt PREP my nails properly for the gel manicure. She even cut two of my fingers. I had to go back the day of my event because she didnt even seal the stars properly. When it was time to remove the gel polish some of my NATURAL nail enamel was removed as well.

Very nice people but horrible job on a normal manicure. My nails were still not dry an hour after the manicure, causing the polish to start to completely peel off. Never again! Photos are what my nails looked like an hour after my manicure.

My girlfriends was satisfied while I waited in the car it was a long wait but it seemed like she was happy with the nails I love her back scratchers, if your late the worker wont comply with the options you wanted done so dont be late to the appointment, she was nice to not charge me a late fee.

My daughters toes and nail were totally different. Her hands a beautiful baby pink and her toes coral huge difference, emailed customer service as advised by staff after calling them the following day and never received a response. My moms polish came off the following day. My nail polish lasted a total of 3 days. Our bill was $320 is a rip off. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place.

I love this place! I’ve been looking for a good nail salon for years and I’m so happy to have come across Laque House. I did gel x with Oliday and it’s the best set I’ve ever had. She sits there and makes sure you are happy with what you’re getting and she’s very nice and her work is just flawless. After 3 sets of gel x, my nails grew for the first time and I am happier than ever! I have had a very hard time growing my natural nails in the past so I’m very excited! If you’re looking for a nail salon, I 100% recommend Laque house, everyone is very nice and welcoming and the salon is gorgeous and always very clean.

I got a spa pedicure, with the intention to relax and enjoy. However, my appointment felt super rushed (it was about 30 min) with really nothing extra (which you would think would come with a spa pedicure since youre paying extra). All that I got was extra moisturizer. I was shocked to learn that they dont even massage your feet. They dont have nail drying stations either.I come from NY where a spa pedicure means they take their time, give you a 10 minute foot massage and use many different moisturizers. Maybe this is just the normal for Miami? Anyways, I probably wont return.The positive is that they are very nice and the place is beautifully decorated. They also provide free espresso shots. It appears that this place is known for their manicures. All the customers getting manicures looked very happy. I just wouldnt recommend pedicures.

Terrible service, they cut me up all over my cuticles and the shape of my nails was so bad, not almond at all. I literally had to go get them redone else where. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BLEED!

Very professional, kind and just so precise and skilled in her acrylic work. i also asked for something pretty complicated and she did it perfectly with no complaints! definitely coming back to Laque House & to Daneyis :)

I had an appointment for noon and I called to confirm at 11:45 a.m. that the nail technician was not running late and that I would be attended immediately at noon. I arrived at noon and waited 15 minutes with the false promise that my nail technician was finishing the clear coat. I left after waiting 20 minutes. At 12:28 p.m., I received a call stating that my nail technician was ready for me. Are you kidding me? I am extremely displeased with the customer service and their timeliness.

Wow!!! Im a guys and wow!!I had know idea what I was walking into when I decided to get a manicure.This may have been the most beautiful nail salons Ive ever seen.Talk about attention to detail!!The place is unbelievably amazing.Then the drinks. Ahhhh yes! Ill have a glass of champagne please. Yes and thank you!! lol.The owner actually did my manicure.Carolina. She was Awsome.Made sure I was comfortable and cut my cuticle perfectly. It was a perfect experience at the end of a stressful week.I will be sure to send friends, family and loved ones.Im actually going to get everyone gift cards for the holidays.I know it will be and impressive gift.Highly recommend if you are looking for a more upscale luxury manicure place.I would give 10 stars if I could.

I am new to Fort Lauderdale look for good salón to do my nails I decided to go to this salon because of the reviews yes it’s clean and nice but the cost are very high and for the same results that you get in another salon that’s less pricey I really think it’s wasting your money when you get the same results that have better prices I don’t recommend at all

I had an appointment with the owner Caro and they cancelled my appointment that was made 3weeks prior to today. When I walked in for my scheduled appointment I was told that my appointment was cancelled and that they could not do my nails because I did not confirm my appointment? This place needs to get it together. I always do my nails here and have never had someone call me and confirm my appointment. I don’t understand how you cancel an appointment that was made already. Thank you for your unprofessionalism I will definitely be telling people NOT TO COME HERE!!!! Thanks for nothing

WATCH OUT YOUR WALLET!!! After they reopened from the quarantine they have many hidden fee now. I did my full set acrylic today and they charged me for cutting the acrylic shorter(I did not even ask for almond shape)!! They said the full set acrylic means they will paint your nails with that ORIGINAL LENGTH (like 5 inch long)acrylic!! Be carful when you go there cuz you never know what they will charge you for extra.

AMAZING service! not only did Alex do a beautiful job, but as soon as I walked in at 2:55pm for my 3pm appointment I was already sitting down at Alexs table getting my nails done!! Everyone is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable while you are there. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back in 2 weeks!

I was very excited to visit this salon after spotting them on Instagram. After spending 4 hours there, I left disappointed, exhausted, and frustrated with my experience. I made an appointment for 3 people (mom sister and my self). I told the girl on the phone about my nail designs and she said absolutely someone would get them done. I arrived at 230 pm, 15 minutes early for my appointment and the receptionist told me that the manicurists was late about 30 minutes. Without hesitation I said, don’t worry I will wait without any problem. I had no issue waiting and was looking forward to getting my nails done.My mom got her nails done in a simple solid gel color so it was fine. The problem was there was no one to attend me or my sister. After waiting over an hour my sister was called only to find out that the lady didn’t know how to do any sort of nail design...only solid gel color. I spoke to the receptionist and she said she could try to find someone. After back and forth someone was able to do the nail design but the person doing the nails was in a very bad mood and it was clear she didn’t even want to do my sisters nails. It was a bitter and negative experience.After waiting over 2 hours I finally was called for my nails towards 5 pm. At this point i was really tired and had seen multiple people come and go in the salon. The nail tech that attended me was the same one that didn’t do nail designs. It was really difficult to sit there and have the receptionist and my nail tech go back and forth in tense discussions about my nails. The nail tech made several remarks asking me in Spanish why i was asking the receptionist for nail colors and ideas if she was my nail tech. When the receptionist was kindly trying to help me find someone to do my nail design, the nail tech scolded me and the receptionist in Spanish telling us to talk to her about it. Even though it had already been discussed that she was not able to do any design for me.Honestly I was so tired and drained and disappointed at this point. i found out that the nail tech who did designs wasn’t going to be available for me. I was so discouraged I just told my nail tech to please paint my nails in pink because i wanted to leave. I couldn’t fathom being in there any longer.And this was my 4 hour experience at this salon.

Haven’t been here in TWO YEARS and I just got a text that I have been added to their SMS notifications when they never had my permission to send me anything. Very shady practice.

Probably the best nail salon I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Not only is it insanely affordable for a salon in the area, but the technician’s attention to detail, artistic ability & sheer talent is incredible. Beautiful, clean & posh environment. Once you go laque, you don’t go back!!

The place is super cute and clean. I usually have gotten my nails done with Anye. She’s one of the best and super sweet. This is the prefect place for you, if you need your me time. You’ll definitely feel like a queen sitting on the super comfy chairs they have for you as you get your pedicure. I only have gotten regular mani and pedi. But I’m excited to try their super cool nail art for my birthday!

I saw Laque house through Instagram and had high standards going in. When I left I was very disappointed my gel manicure was poorly done. Also the lady dropped acetone all over my phone and damaged my case. Safe to say my standards where crushed. Do not recommend.

I used to be a regular customer for almost half year and always do the same service never change my server. The reason why i quit is because i saw that this place is more recommended for who is interested in doing acrylic because they do it really good. But for me i have my natural nails that i let it grow as long as I desire the server is really tough with my nails when she remove the gel pedi and mani which h made my nails really week and broke easily. Also i hate the file machine that she use it for removing the gel for my toes which made it really thin and once i asked her to put a foil instead she was really mad like why i teach her what to do. After that i saw that it was my fault that I continued with her because this happened every time i see her and she knows when i show her my broken nails to fix it which is the result of her toughness. Try to done my nails fast so that she could work for the next customer. Finally, i have pets and love them but the thing that made me uncomfortable to see a dog inside the nail spa and pee in the floor which made this place nasty to me.I’m really sorry but this is the best time to give an honest review without any compliments.

This place is a health hazard! The fumes from the acrylic nails are super strong. The air is also filled with the dust from the nails oh and Then there is the smoke coming off the hair blow outs that fills the air. Not even the technicians wear a mask to protect their lungs.

First time going & I highly recommend it ! Truly love the place. They make you feel like a whole Queen !

The gel chrome came off in 4days, the gel polish chipped in 3days and all the crystals came off in 16 hours. Not worth 50$. Very disappointed

I just want to start by saying that I have done my nails here and other than the strong smell in there they do great work.Today I made an appointment to get my hair done into 2 dutch braids. The lady on the phone asked the stylist how much it would be and she said its 20$.I show up to the appointment and I was 8 minutes late. We sat down and I let her know that I wanted 2 dutch braids. Her name is Ali by the way.She starts doing my hair with a bunch a gel.. ( I get this done at other places and they usually just use water, gel gets flakey and looks bad after one day).I didnt say anything about the gel because I thought this place seems professional maybe its a quality gel.She is almost done with one of them and I notice its a french braid and I say This is a french braid and I wanted a dutch braidSo here is the first complaint:She then tells me that she doesnt do dutch braids.She should have said that over the phone OR after I walked in and let her know what I wanted.I then tell her its fine I can deal with french braids.So she then begins with my other braid.2nd Complaint:As my head moves to the side I can see that the first braid has a hair sticking out..I start pushing it down and trying to fix it so she can see my dissatisfaction but she does nothing.3rd complaint:Then when its all over and its time to pay, suddenly the 20$ turns to 25$.This is so obvious to me that she raised the price by 5$ because she knew I wasnt going to tip her sorry work.So guess what I did because Karma is a b*tch?I paid the 25$ and also gave her another 5$ tip.Moral of the story, dont embarrass people who try you and think they are slick. Show them how much better you are than them by killing them with kindness.PS: Stick to the flea market for braids. I learned my lesson.
