My family rented a home through this company for 2 years. We had nothing but issues with Loni Larson. She turned out to be the actual owner of the property. we had requested numerous repairs that were either completely ignored or delayed for months. When we moved in there was a broken window that took her 2 months to replace. Our children were electrocuted in 2 different places (both via water) she refused to replace the doors or even reply until I brought in Legal codes. The plumbing flooded the basement because the dish pipes were done wrong. As well as the yard because their sprinkle system would not shut off. This woman is a slum lord. DO NOT RENT FROM HER!! She charged us for bogus things when we moved out also

Advantage Residential Mgmt manages my rental house in SLC and they are great! I love the care and thoroughness they take in finding me great tenants. They are also the only mgmt company I have every found that does quarterly on site visits - UNHEARD OF!!! Advantage Mgmt is extremely proactive which I love Love LOVE! It is hard to find a great property mgmt company but I found one in Advantage Mgmt!
