First off I wanted to mention how much going through their wash today meant to me. I came in as a previous member I moved out of state but now I’m back. I asked to speak to a manager about a few concerns I had when I was going through their wash. I have had water spill into my car do to a seal issue I had on my sunroof I got it fixed so there’s not an issue now! I believe I talked to a guy named Landon! He was so helpful on lowing my concerns and also just taking the time to listen to me! He was honest and I don’t think I’ll ever forget the interaction I had with him. He also recommended some personal help books he found to impact his life! Great job Landon for going the extra mile to serve me!

I just wanted to say that this car wash is by far the BEST car wash I’ve ever been to! I just got the membership Eli and Landon really helped me understand how it works and what to expect! 34.95 for there $20 wash is a no brained for me sense I wash everyday lol. They also have free vacuums, towels, and a mat room! I’ll definitely tell EVERYONE I know about this place.

I love this car wash, I have a monthly pass at a fair price which allows me to wash my car as often as I want or need to. The vacuum is free to use, vacuum is powerful and does a great job cleaning. They have free cleaning for car mats, and towels are provided for wiping down your car and side mirrors, windows if you choose to. Car wash does a excellent job cleaning but is also not damaging to my car or paint and I can sit back and relax for a few minutes while my car glides through the washing process😁

I have a membership. This prevents you from waiting so long on a line, unless its a busy day! Their Rin Washing System rests your work. The mats washing machine is great. I have been going there for 3 year and I wouldnt change it for anything (unless I need to move lol)

I can’t say enough about Rocket Express Carwash in South Jordan! The manager, Landon has to be the most genuine, customer-first minded and personable manager I’ve ever met. He took care of me right away and made sure I understood everything I was signing up for. I was never rushed and he even gave my vehicle a special treatment to help some hard water buildup I had. Landon answered all of my questions and shared his knowledge of the intricate design behind what makes Rocket Express so unique. It was nice to feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Landon made my day! The carwash did a phenomenal job. Having a black vehicle is always a challenge to keep it looking clean and this carwash gave me everything I’ve been looking for. Very reasonable price as well. You can’t go wrong with Rocket Express Carwash!

I went here today and got their cheapest car wash - $8. I was very pleased with how clean my car came out. I used the free vacuums - they have the best suction of any place I’ve ever been. I appreciated the free towels which they wash and reuse, as well as the mat clips for vacuuming. I was informed by a friendly employee that they also have a mat cleaning room (also free) but I didn’t use it today so I don’t have any info about that. They have a nice clean restroom for customers (located by the car wash entrance, accessible by an outside door), which was great since I had my three year old with me. They offer a membership for either $20 or $35/month for unlimited washes at both South Jordan and Midvale locations. I didn’t sign up today but I will on my next visit.

We drove passed it several times unable to go, each time our desire grew.Today, we were finally able to pull up MINUTES before closing. The lovely, kind, and respectfully gentlemen greeted us and helped us choose the perfect wash. As we entered the car wash an awesome employee was there to help us so that there was no confusion. Already, we were impressed by the amazing service. We were in awe by the awesome light show. The wash was lengthy, but amazing. The dryers blew our expectations out of the water!! First time trying this place and really liked it. After a long trip the car was very dirty and splattered with bugs. The long wash cycle does a better job than most, second time through was free to get the remaining bugs off. Free vacuums, mat washing station and towels make it easy and convenient to finish off.

My favorite car wash around for several reasons! The staff are friendly and helpful, they always have plenty of fresh towels and even have air guns to help blow water out of those impossible to reach areas. Plus, if you feel like your car didn’t get clean the first time through, they will wash it again! I love going and keeping my car nice and shiny!

My “handle” Duznt Matter is a “handle” I’ve been using for years when I first started watching YouTube videos and commenting on them and I’ve never bothered to change my “handle“. My so called 95% of my one star ratings are true and I’ve never bothered to put a rating because most of the time I would rather try to keep my mouth shut and not use profanity.My one star rating is a general overall rating I have for all of the rocket car washes. Each time I’ve went through, one of your machines broke off an antenna and another place broke off wiper blade and you idiots refused to claim responsibility. I’d rather go through sparkle express car wash but being a proud detailer means that I would rather wash my cars myself.

Love how nice and shiny and new looking my 18 year old car looks after go I g through this wash. My only frustration is that for some reason my front bumper never seams to get clean. Everywhere else is nice and smooth and burt/hard sprinkler water free but not the very front. It always still has stuff on it. Im wondering if maybe its because my car may be low? Or its because the wipers never seam to touch the front if my car when I go through. Its like they start near my front tires and not in the front if the car so the front us never clean. Other than that the overall wash is good and the free vacuums with really strong suction work great.

I have been through a lot of car washes, nothing better than a clean car - esp when your car is your office! I have to say this place is by far my favorite! It is fast, efficient, plenty of space for everyone especially when it gets busy, and honestly the clencher and seller for me was having car towels to use for free! That will get me coming back every single time!

Always a friendly, hard-working staff. I like their wash process. I like their powerful vacuum facilities as well. Be careful not to hit your head on the vacuum drums near the sidewalk. Lots of space and a great facility.

This is the best car wash I have ever been to! The employees are all so professional, Rain, shine and even in the bitter cold. The manager named Drew is absolutely awesome and so friendly and always takes care of me! There are a heck of a lot of car washes closer to where I live but I will go out of my way to go to this one. The car wash cleans so well and I love the mat cleaners!

Had some great things and was also lacking in other areas. Awesome vacuums, fresh towels. The mat wash room looked pretty interesting- basically washing machines for mats lined up along the wall! Didn’t use it this time around.The wash itself was lacking in a few things. My wheel wells were left high and dry, not a speck of cleaner or water went in to wash them out. There were a couple spots on my hood. Maybe I’m spoiled from my regular car wash, but I would definitely say to improve a few things before I’m back.

I had above and beyond service from both Andrew and Hayden, doing an excellent job in helping me find a lost item of mine. They looked through the security footage, and we werent able to find me leaving behind my lost item, which helped me move down the line to finding them. Very thankful for their service. They also helped me get my rooftop cargo carrier off my Jeep, and while my car was being washed, Hayden cleaned the rack for me. Truly an incredible experience. Andrew is an incredibly competent manager, and hes from the same corner of the country as me, very good experience

This is the best car wash in Utah! They offer free amenities that other washes don’t such as their floor mat cleaners, air pressure to dust car, and the microfiber towels. Makes cleaning the interior of my car more convenient and spotless! The terminal cleans super well! I highly recommend the tire shine, it is very worth it! Their staff is friendly and eager to assist you with any inquiries. Overall this is the only wash I will go to and recommend to friends and family. Unparalleled service compared to local competitors.

Vacuums are great. Mat wash is awesome. The wash is good. Sometimes the brushes don’t always come in contact with your car. If you are going to advertise a 4 minute wash then give me a 4 minute wash. I have timed it the last 2 times and it’s only 3 minutes. That’s dishonest.

One of the best carwashes Ive ever used! The long washing ride gets your car nice and clean, including tires and the underside (depending on which package you get.) Of course, any carwash is fun to watch from the inside, but this one uses really cool colored lights and foam to make the show even more out of this world! With every wash they provide damp microfiber cloths and free high powered vacuums so you can finish detailing your car on your own. I dont think my car has been so clean since I bought it!

We had a membership at another carwash for over a year. They were closer to our home but made some changes we didnt like. Even though Rocket is out of the way, we much prefer it. The brushes are larger, the car wash is longer, and even though there was a long line to get in, it seemed to move pretty fast.

My husband got a new car for his birthday. I wanted to get him a car wash membership so he can take good care of his car. We went here and were greeted and treated like a top customer. Once we entered the tunnel, we got hit by someone behind us that did not follow the instructions fully. When this happened, the wash stopped. The tunnel was full of people. I assume it was the manager that calmly approached us and told us how we would proceed. He was a younger guy, and was super helpful. We did not have damage, but I truly appreciate how they handled everything. The wash was perfect, the vacuum stations are super convenient with the 2 types of hoses, and spots to clean off your floor mats, and free cloths to wipe down excess water were available also. The guy who got us our membership spoke to us after the small chaos ensued and make sure we were happy still. Mistakes happen, we are human, no one got hurt, and we still got a great wash out of it all. I recommend this place.

Rocket express is the best automatic car wash that I have used in a long time. Rocket express is the only one with a free and automatic mat cleaners. They might be a few dollars more expensive than others but worth the price.

It was crowded, but moved along smoothly. I like their towels to help dry the car after the wash. One if the vacuums was not working, which was a bummer, but I was able to use the one from the next parking spot.Service was friendly and efficient.

Ive used both locations in Midvale and South Jordan and have always had great experiences. I was recently dealing with an issue with my monthly pass (my fault, not theirs) that I finally got around to taking care of. Andrew and Hayden at the South Jordan location went above and beyond to help me out with it and really impressed me with their service by doing way more than what was needed. I highly recommend doing business with these guys. I definitely will going forward.

Awesome customer service and best vacuums! The rainbow soap smells awesome too! Price is a little steep for the washes when they seemingly do the same job as almost everywhere else but I understand the push in selling memberships. I live in south salt lake but will drive out here just for the super friendly service and truly the very best vacuums. Free floor mat wash as well that’s really effective!

They charge you twice, I cannot believe I paid a whole year upfront and I’m still getting billed monthly! I follow my bank statements closely, but can you imagine the people that don’t? Ouch! Stay clear from this location as it’s a little shady!

I was excited about the vacuums and free mat washing, so I bought the membership. The actual car wash is just ok, but I have to do quite a lot of work after to make it really look clean. It is also frustrating that they are closed on Sundays because that’s the only day I regularly have time to get things like this done. It’s just too expensive for a mediocre wash that isn’t even available 7 days per week. I tried to call to cancel my membership during business hours, but never got an answer. Today I went online to cancel, but it just sends a message to them. I really hope they respond (in a timely manner). If not, I’ll be adjusting this review.

Great car wash! They also have a guarantee that if a spot is missed you can go through the wash again! The vacuums have great suction. They have car mat cleaners. Theyre is am option for monthly unlimited washes started at 19.95 to $35. This would be an awesome deal!

Going to Rocket Express is one of my favorite activities to do with my kids! Originally, I bought the Express pass because I was driving for Lyft and washed/vacuumed out my car weekly. Then, it morphed into a weekly after school activity for me to do with my children after I picked my daughter up from school and was headed home. Now, its a way for us to still get out and do something during these crazy times. The staff is always friendly and has always greeted us with a smile and a wave.

I found myself very pleasantly surprised by this place. I needed a quick simple wash for my car and also wanted a vacuum. I was impressed when I found out that they have microfiber towels you can use to wipe your car down after a wash. Really helped to ensure that there werent any dirty/missed spots. My husband took our car hunting and came home with a million bugs smashed and a worker came out and personally sprayed and worked on my car for awhile to get all the bugs off (amazing). I am so disappointed with this place. I have a pass here and will be canceling. I came in and while I pull up I see that there is not social distancing. It is impossible for those poor kids to keep a safety distance away from cars. Two cars where in each lane and so it stops them from keeping a safe distance. I am so sad to see a company care more about money than just shutting down... I hope they realize quick that this virus is no joke and that this is not a safe environment to be working at. I’m not going to keep giving my money to a company who doesn’t even care for there employees.

I came in to switch my account to another car and he noticed that I had been billed through an additional account for the past 11mo, and quickly updated my account and put almost $400.00 in accidental charges back on my account. I live in Magna but I come all the way here because these guys are the best. Not only you’ll get a clean wash but shinning tires. Oh and they have towels to dry your car if you forgets your towels at home.

This is my favorite Car Wash place. You can get a car was for as little as 3$ if you want. They have unlimited moist towelettes available to use on your car. I also like how they have a place to take out your floor mats and deep clean them. Vaccines are free. Speedy service and way better than others around!

Awesome place so far been here 3 times in the past couple weeks for the 35$ a month pass. It has definitely paid itself. The reason for my review though is I was there this morning knowing I had some tables and chairs in the back hoping we could just take them out and put them back in. I figured that wouldnt be a big deal and it wasnt. But the guys up front even offered to assist before saying anything they already started taking it out. Great job this morning guys at the gate.

This is the best car wash ever. I bought a monthly pass I was so impressed. The vacuums are powerful. The mat cleaning machine does a great job and there is always plenty of the slightly damp wipe down cloths available. And the staff is super friendly.

We were competing to Quick Quack car was & we believe Rocket is better with their clean hand towels & employees sanitizing ther vacuums after each person uses them.
