Been going here for years, always fast and courteous. The vacuums and towels to clean out all the crumbs and dust in your car are a nice touch!Only complaint is the hike in price that took place about a year ago(went from $3-$6 dollars)Still a quality wash, but the price point now makes it one I don’t go out of my way for anymore other than habit.

I visited the South Jordan site a few weeks ago. I left the air fresher the gave me hanging against the finish and it corroded the finish off my brand new car. I now have a large blemish on the finish. I would highly recommend not using the air fresher or ensure it doesnt sit against any finishes.

Been coming here since they opened and only once I have had a problem but the staff solved it right away. The staff is always helpful and friendly and their vacuums actually do the job, we have a dog so we used to take a long time trying to get hairs out of car at other places where the vacuums barely work. Currently my only issue is the air fresheners they give for free, the smell is not really pleasing so we stopped using them.

OMG! Love this car wash! They have clean microfiber towels so you can dry your car and wipe down the interior.Vacuums suck (in a goodway)! The vacuum on my passenger side wasnt working very well, but I used the driver side. I must have looked like I was struggling with the passenger back seat because soon after a young man came to check it, opened it up and removed the debris that had clogged it.Fast, friendly and cleaned my Explorer like new! This is now my favorite car wash!

I got the $10 wash and I’m super impressed. I love free vacuums who doesn’t? A great place to hang your rugs and vacuum them! Surprise with damp cloths to wipe down your wet car or interior!

Great business. Smooth and efficient flow. The vacuums are powerful and well maintained. Very clean area. They provide damp towels, perfect for wiping the car interior and a thoughtful extra touch. Seemed well staffed.

Its a great carwash except every time we go we pay for tire shine and it dont seem to work very good it does only half of of the wheel but no shine .

Easily the best car wash in the salt lake valley. Good soft water and brushes clean your car for real. Free towels to dry your car and good vacuums. Probably have the cheapest rates you can find. Though I do miss the $3 wash.

This is my go-to car wash. Not happy that they recently doubled their prices. Still slightly better than some of the larger chains but I love this place. I wish they’d have not doubled the $3 basic exterior only washes. They should have done $4 or even $5 but doubling it was too large a jump.

If you want to get a cheap car wash that also scratches your car up and then have the manager of the car wash disregard your complaints, then this is the car wash for you. My husband took one of our cars here last week for a quick $3 wash because it just needed a rinse. He came home and I noticed several substantial scratches on the doors, top and from of the car that resembled the swiping motions a car wash would make over the car. Yes, my car did have a few other scratches that I was aware of before, but these were new and very obvious.We went back immediately, spoke to their manager, and filled out the necessary paperwork so they would cover the damages to our car. Then we waited about a week to hear back from them, just to have them tell us that the marks were “inconsistent” with scratches that a car wash would make and that they probably happened when he was vacuuming the car afterwards. Seriously?! They look EXACTLY like the kind of scratches that the cloths in a car wash would make. The plastic vacuum hoses didn’t even touch the car and wouldn’t make scratches like this in paint if they did. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

We always try to go to this car wash. They have free vacuums to use even if you dont get a car wash. They are quick and friendly. Our last trip the wash broke and we waited 20 min but the staff was friendly and helpful and gave us a free car wash. Very pleased, always a good experience.

If you wash your car more than once per month, the membership packages are definitely worth the money. I usually stop on my way to or from work and it is very fast and convenient. The free vacuums are a nice touch!

Went in for a $3 car wash for my moms car we’ve been using, and left without the back glass. It’s gonna be at least a couple hundred to replace, it’s not about the money but the principle that they don’t wanna pay to fix it after the window basically exploded inside of their car wash. Just thankful the glass didn’t hurt us at all. Please avoid this place at all costs!

I used to go to supersonic, but this place does a better job and less $$. Sure its out of my way but worth it.

The price is good, clean the car well, but the access system need same work, took me around 5 min to get my tag on the windshield to be ready and allow me to drive into the wash

Unlimited monthly pass is the way to go. My truck always comes out nice and clean. Free scrub brushes at the enterance, if needed, vacuums and towels to wipe down the inside and dry the last little bit of the outside of your vehicle. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Nice car wash and very well maintained. I used the basic car wash service and satisfied how well my car got cleaned.

Stay away from this car wash. Many other choices that are friendlier and wont damage your car.

So impressed at the people who work at this place! My son lost his wallet with no contact information inside, and these young people found his wallet, tracked him down, and returned it to him complete with all of the significant amount of cash and all cards in tact. Awesome example of just good people.

1.0 star rating 2/13/2017I signed up for a membership and my vehicle wasnt coming clean on the sides of the doors. The supervisor in charge wouldnt let the woman at the bay pre spray the side of my SUV. I asked for the managers name and his business card. However I didnt call. The next time I came through I was told to get out of line my car was too dirty, by the same man and woman I had complained to before. I was then told that he had spoken to his manager about me, the one I didnt even call, and that his manager said I was lying when I said that I was told when I signed up for the membership that they would prespray if my car wasnt coming clean. You can see that my car had mud splatters on it and mud on the tires, but its Utah and its winter.

Went through the tunnel twice and both times no brushes moved even an inch to touch the passenger side of my car. Still have a dirty car even after going through twice. Very disappointed with this car wash service.

Love this place the best. They used to have a $3 wash that I loved even more. Now its $6 for a basic wash. But its a good wash and dry and the have microfiber towels available to use and nice free vacuums.

They used to have a cheap $3 wash. It was great. Its one thing to raise it $1-$1.50 more, but they got Greedy & Doubled it. Not happening! I left there without giving them so much as a dime. I Wont be going there again.

All washes come with free use of vacuums and clean towels. Cheapest option includes basic wash and dry. Cheapest unlimited option Ive seen. Option to add additional cars to unlimited. I wish there was one of these nearer my home.

The machine got all messed up when I purchased my car wash and after letting the gentlemen know at the entrance he had me go through for what I paid for and come back around to get the wash I originally wanted with the amount off that I spent. INSTEAD he went above and beyond and gave me a Deluxe car wash no charge because of the Inconvenience and my car looks better than it has in a very long time. I wish I would have received the mans name but I can say that kindness is not dead and I suggest this place for washes to anyone that is seeking a great wash.Vacuums, Rags and Wash are top notch

I love this place! The payment box is easy to understand and quickly get your car in. Takes cards and cash. Only $3 for a spiffy wash for your car. The wash is very thorough even rinsing my side mirrors. Includes free vacuums that are great! They also provide micro fiber cloths to dry off your car. Clean and well attended. And the cute kids that direct you into the bay are friendly and smile at you like they actually enjoy their job.

This place was great. Got a free wash and vacuum and their practices to help during covid situation was thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I visit from Oklahoma often and this place has the basics I need to keep my car up to date from food and smells I obtain from my travels into town. I especially like the minimum for a wash is $6 and I added a wheel shine for $3. As well as the tipped vaccum heads. My vaccum can do what they can, except with the tip, I can get between my car seats and doors like a pencil. Thank you for your services being decent in staff and prices without a membership. I bet its worth a membership if I lived in town. :-)

Yea, this was the place, 5 stars, until they got rid of the $3 car wash. Towels are nice, as long as there are towels. Vacuum a+, but doesnt entice me in without the 3 buck wash. Eh... maybe they will think of something else to draw customers. But there are a lot of car washes around here..

This is seriously the best car wash. Just washed my truck at another place up the street for way more money and brought my car here today and loved their wash so much more. They must have better equipment or else they haven’t turned everything down so much that it doesn’t do a good job. Thank you Fast & Friendly Express wash.

This place has great vacuums and the wash actually gets your car clean. Dont bother with the tire shine upgrade...Ive done it twice now and it does nothing at all to my tires.

Like this car wash because the top end wash includes a micro fiber towel to dry off your car. Even if you dont do the top end wash they have towels to use in the vacuum stalls.

BEWARE! I wish I could give them 0 stars. I was a member here during the Summer and never had any issues. However, I was there a couple weeks ago and during the wash my mirror was completely ripped off while in the tunnel. I calmly notified the manager and we took an incident report. After he instructed me to say that I would like it replaced, I received a call the following week stating the wash would not be taking liability and that I would need to replace the mirror myself. So be careful.

We don’t live near this car wash, but we never go anywhere else for one! We love the free vacuums and the price for a wash is fantastic!

Utahs best car wash, hands down!I travel throughout the valley for work and have used A LOT of car washes and this one takes the cake.A $3 wash that is more than enough, free vacuumes, free CLEAN rags for touch up drying or additional cleaning, and the occasional free dash wipe, and air freshener. I have yet to find a place that can beat that!

Love this car wash. I enjoy coming for a quick touch up wash for $3, then I can also vacuum if I need to. You can also get a monthly pass.

I like the service there. The $3 basic Wash is actually pretty decent and their monthly pay service is a good deal as well. The vacuums are always strong and they have a carpet cleaner too. The only complaint is that it doesnt wash the rear very well and the tire shine add on dont do much. But overall I recommend this place.

I’ve been testing out several car washes and this one seems to give the best clean, no dirt left over. However, the spot free rinse seems to be the worst and leaves water spots if you don’t dry your car off. If they can fix it I’ll probably give them 5 stars. They do have free drying towels available.Also could use more locations.

Did a good job. The wash uses a good bit of contact with the vehicle, more than my favorite car wash. Overall a positive experience. I would use it again.

I love this car wash. Best deal in town - just pay for the $3 touch up. Its a great wash and has always gotten my car clean no matter how dirty it was. They have free vacuums, plus they just added free towels to use to dry your car. Dont pay more, just go here.

The microfiber colored brushes dont get the right side of the vehicle up front. They start about halfway down. Blue microfiber is tough on the driver side mirror. Triple foam sometimes doesnt emit all three foams. Overall still a clean car and free vacuums are a plus.

Its a pretty good car wash. The best thing about this place is their great vacuums. They are always good suction and have long hoses to get everywhere in the vehicle. The wash is decent. With a monthly pass for under $30, you get as many washes as you want, so if it misses something one day I just get it the next day when I swing past.

Never going anywhere again!! After trying a few other car washes, they go above and beyond. They give you dash wipes and a refresher before you go in the wash and what really got me was the rags they provide to wipe down your car after your finished. I haven’t seen any car wash provide this service which is essential I feel

NEVER GOING BACK!!!! $3 wash is a scam. There is no info, that any of us could see BEFORE YOU ENTERED, that said the $3 wash was a joke of a wash. Also you cant get out if you change your mind, especially if anyone is behind you.So $3 wash was a COMPLETE waste of money, not to mention time. Thought Id give it a fair shot and try the $10 wash which ended up being SLIGHTLY less of a ripoff than the $3 wash. Both left huge uncleaned sections on my car.Paid money twice and got ripped of twice!

Very poor and complicated customer service, a lot of lazy tens do not know what they doing, it take them 40 min to just try to ad me in family plan and they cant do it. I will talk to my husband to cancel his membership.

I am now the second person on this review site where the car wash has damaged their car, and they wont fix it. I was also told I would be contacted within 48 hours. I ended up calling 5 days later. The guy was kind and apologized but basically told me that my car must have been previously damaged. My car is 4 months old. I barely use it. No way was it damaged before. It shows in the tape, my spoiler being ripped off and its still somehow not their fault.

The customer service here sucks! STAY AWAY!! I go pretty regularly and always pay for the best wash. I went 2 months ago and something on the brush broke my windshield. I immediately went to the front and reported this. They made me fill out paper work and reviewed the video footage. It has been 2 months and nobody has returned my calls. I have gone multiple times and they say someone will call me back . I have talked to every manager and even regional managers and everyone is dodging my calls. They will not help you if they damage your vehicle. I have a buddy that has had a similar experience. Save yourself a headache and stay away!

Save yourself the trouble! I was a member and was in frequently. Always dried the car afterwards. I went through last week and came out to a scratched up hood, and multiple other places on the vehicle. There was no damage prior to going in the carwash. They took a claim and said they would call me within 48 hours. I thought they were going to take care of it. WRONG! They never called me back. I had to call them 1 week after the incident and they still didnt have an answer for me. They then called me back and told me the scratches were there before and not caused by their wash.YES they are not deep and will buff out, but now I have to go pay for it out of pocket on top of their membership service I just paid them to mess up my care and then go fix it myself. Ill stick to self serve car washes from now on!

This is not a bad car wash at all usually the line is pretty short and they have plenty of vacuums after you get your car washed I’ve done the basics car wash and the deluxe and both washed great my car was never really bad dirty other than rain dirt or basic grime. I believe you can buy a monthly pass as well as the single wash tickets

Got a mid level membership for my wifes car. Great cleaning every time, and the price is much better than any other place Ive seen. Vacuums work great, depending on when you go you can even get 4 going at once.

Have to be honest! I like this place so much, I got a monthly membership. I really like having the ability to just drive up and have it scan the membership decal in the window. This had made it so much faster to get in and out of the wash... I have pulled up with other cars next to me, still trying to choose a car wash. The scanner recognizes I am a member and bam, I am through. This is before they are even done choosing what wash they would like. So if you plan on getting a lot of washes through the summer its worth the membership. I pay $24 for unlimited washes. So just in this month, that I have had it. I have probably been through it 11 times or more. What can I say! Its on the way home.. I might as well stop every other day if I can haha.

Pretty decent car wash. I like the different options that they have, especially the $3 wash. I personally always want to go with the $6 wash but my wife always pushes for the $3 because, in her opinion, it doesnt much of a difference. From my experience she is right. Gets the job done.Their free vacuums are strong which is great when your trying to clean the mess your kids have made in the back seats.

Quick and good service. Value for money. Very close to exit 392 on I-15 so reach reach. Once can happily visit when visiting Ganesh Hindu temple on return :) get the persona cleanse in temple and then automobile :D
