Great car wash, bring some drying towels with you because the blowers still leave water on the vehicle but it will come out shiny and clean.

Paid for the $20 wash and it was HORRIBLE!! There is still dirt every where .All of my windows are still dirty around the edges there is dirty water sprayed all down both sides. It was honestly the worst car wash I have ever been to. What a waste of money. I wont be recommending.this place to anyone.

Great wash, and super cheap when you have the monthly pass.4 stars because this locations vacuums are always dirty. I just cleaned out my car and it got dirt all over my leather seats and hands. It kind of defeats the purpose of cleaning your interior if you have to go home and clean it again.Otherwise its great!

I just want the owner/ manager to know that the girl working the pay station today at 6:30 was just wonderful. She was knowledgeable about all of the options, took the time to ask me what I was looking for and then went on from there. She was kind and cheerful, did a great job as well as brightened my day.

I love that there are so many locations, quick, washes do their job, and the vacuums always work, lots are always clean, however if you offered both soft touch AND Touchless then I would upgrade to a family plan and run our newer cars through it as well.

$8 bucks for a quick car wash. Vacuum hoses and trash cans are numerous for archaeological digs in your car.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I bought my new Lincoln on Monday. I took it here during a break from work to wash the rain from this week off on Thursday. When I got back to work i saw that my new car had chips and scratches all the way from front to back that were not there before the wash and what looks like gravel settled on the top of my car. I called corporate and was told to go back to this location to start a claim and theyd take pictures so I went straight over there. They took picture of all the damage and said theyd call me in 24 to 48 hours. Fernando called me today and told me they denied the claim. He said That they look like rock Chips but then said on the video it appeared that there was touch up paint on my car that their machine took off so theyre calling it previous damage. I told them that the dealer would be happy to get involved and confirm that there was no previous damage and he refused. He said they only talk to me no one else and the claim is denied. He admitted that their machine did the damage but said it was due to previous damage which is absolute BS. My next step is hiring a lawyer on Monday. I will be seeing them in court and the dealer is getting involved too!

Very disappointing. Probably the worst value wash around.Left the back of my car filthy. Soap and dirt all over it.Somehow it also bent one of my windshield wipers in half.Might have just been a fluke…. But still, why pay $12 for a $3 wash.

I love this car wash! The monthly membership is well worth it. For being an automatic car wash it really gets your car clean and looking like a million bucks. The drying and vacuuming area is great. The vacuums work really well.

Feels that the only way to make the car clean is to manually dry and buffer it with materials that the customer needs to purchase. The spot free application is nonexistent, constantly having spots when I’m in a rush and can’t manually spend more time to towel dry my vehicle after the wash. My side mirrors are constantly being pushed in or out by the wash, almost 100% of the time my vehicle goes through the wash. The convenience is having multiple locations, but the wash is subpar.

Took my wifes brand new car through the wash here. After the wash we noticed her car had scratches all over it that were not there before. Went and talked to the manager and he said he would get the claim sent over to his GM. That was yesterday, today we were told they are denying the claim because theyre not scratches from their car wash. I have talked to about 10 other people who have had issues similar with this company. Aldo know a former employee who said they are horrible for not owning up to damages caused to vehicles. I tried to call the manager after he spoke to my wife but he didnt answer and I havent heard back from from. Next step will be meeting with my attorney and possibly getting all the other people who have had issue and filing suit against them.

I love this car wash, specially this location. They are always taking care of their equipment and calibrating the wash so your vehicle gets cleaned right. Unlike other drive through car wash where their machines are not even touching the vehicles, due to lack maintenance and calibration of the machines. Thank you Mister Car Wash, my friends and I are very satisfied with the service you provide at this location.

This place never gets our SUV very clean. Got their most expensive car wash today, including tire shine, and these pictures speak for themselves. Cant wash away simple dust. Cant get bugs off front. Cant get tires clean, much less get them shiny. Three of four vacuums we tried had very low sucking power. Dont waste your money on Mister Car Wash.

They double charged me for a car wash last Friday and they are impossible to get a hold of. I sent an email to their corporate Contact Us page and they said I have to deal with the car wash directly. I have called every day for the past few days and they never answer and their mailbox is full. So I can either eat the loss of being double charged or drive back there and wait in their insane line to try to get my $8 back. Oh, and my jeep isnt even clean. Overall, a terrible experience.

I love how friendly the staff is, I always get a smile and a wave when I arrive. But best of all I love how the wash gets all the weird nooks and crannies of my car. Im always so impressed. The vacuums are the best Ive ever used, it gets the pet hair out of the cloth seats with ease. Ive always had to pick each hair out individually, not with mister.

I like getting my car washed - cancelling has been a joke. Tried doing it online - no success. Went there in person and requested a cancellation - was told it was. I got charged another renewal today. They make cancelling extremely difficult and they never follow through. I had to put a reversal on my credit card.

The staff is always so friendly here. The price is comparable to gas station car washes and itcomes with free vacuums. Totally worth it.

Took my 2021 Toyota Tundra through the wash yesterday and it scratched the paint. I havent even put the license plates on yet. Both sides are scratched the whole length of the truck. The corporate office says I have to go through the car wash location directly, but they dont pick up the phone. I have been a member for about 5 years and this is how Im treated. Canceling my membership and so are my friends and family.

I really appreciate that your vacuum hoses are unobstructed. That is a big deal for me. Attendants are always cheerful. Equipment works great.

This car wash location is always super busy and I dont know why. but you get your car washed and it works out in the end. usually the wait in line isnt too long. The best part about the entire thing is the number of vacuum stations that are available.if you need to get out and walk around youve got plenty of space to be able to do so and not have to worry about someone else hitting your door or you hitting theirs.

Love the people, the wash is so so, it leaves water spots. I just follow up with a towel, but they could have dryers that wipe the car when you exit the tunnel. just a thought.

We love going through this car wash and seeing the colors/lights and smelling cinnamon. You can vacuum your car after (included in any wash).There is also an option to buy a monthly or yearly pass (unlimited washes) that may save you money. 4 stars just wish slightly less $.

I used this car wash yesterday and bought the $20 full package. My car is definitely not as clean as it should be. There are still hard water stains on my window and there are surfaces on the doors that still have dirt on them. I cannot say I’d ever recommend coming to this wash, save your money.

The services are limited at some locations. No one wipes down my vehicle and it is always spotty after it is cleaned. I can no longer get the interior cleaned at the 9400 S location. Very dissatisfied with the service and cleanliness of my vehicle.

Not all locations are equal. The South Jordan Utah location is awesome! The Draper location is garbage. Draper looks for reasons to turn things off and are rude. American Fork is excellent. Foothill does a great job for being a small location.

The cost for the car wash is good but what you actually get in service is poor, some of the options do not rinse or clean your car very well so, you have to go over them a few time or go around for the second time, just does not make since wash correctly the first time!

The girls there before provided excellent customer service.

I paid $18 for the top car wash. I still have bugs, my tires arent shined, theres dirty sections through out. The only benefit is a free vacuum. I could have gotten the same wash for $6 at gas station.

Not a great car wash in terms of really getting the job done, but it is in a convenient location. So if you dont mind having to go through the wash a couple times, definitely get the membership that way its worth your money and time. Either way not sufficient for Jeeps so even the membership is probably not a good idea...

Convenient, several locations, excellent service and culture, clean grounds, never a wait, wash service and vacuums are great. Sometimes vacuums low on suction. I use the self serve on in South Jordan mostly.

They were closed on January 1, it’s a good day for car service places to be open because most others people have the day off, lol

I feel like the car wash is good. The vacuums arent very good.There is one in West Jordan that I dont go to anymore because the turn radius to get into the car wash is difficult and it often hard to get into it just right. Ive had quite a few times where my tire pressure light comes on either in the wash or right after and I think it is because of how hard it is to angle your tires into the track. I stopped going to that one because of it and now I dont have problems with my tire pressure. Also, at that one I have been stuck a few times behind pickup trucks that cant get angled in to get all 4 tires into the tracks and they have to keep backing up and trying again and again.Now I only go to the one in South Jordan and other than the vacuums I really like that one and dont have problems.

I spent $20 on a car wash here, I regretted it immediately. The wash was just -ok .. I still had some dirty spots on my back window, and on the windows near the rear view mirrors... and no tire shine, even though it was supposed to be included... a couple of weeks after that experience, I went through a touch free gas station car wash. It was only $6, no bells or whistles, and I was much happier with that wash. I’m done with these fancy car washes, none of them are worth $20

Always very efficient. They have stopped doing the interior and that has gotten a little frustrating since they dont have any supplies to purchase to help you do the inside of your vehicle.

I have a pass here for my car and go once a week. The locations are a little far out for me, but they get my car nice and clean and usually the lines arent too bad. My only real hang up is that I need to add another car to my pass and, unlike a few other car wash chains in my area, Mister doesnt have a multi car program or discount.

Got a new car, and to protect my investment I got a year membership for unlimited washes to this place so I can just I can get a wash every week. It was definitely worth it because for that entire year my car was sparkling. Unfortunately I had to move away from SLC, and I cant go here but I recommend this place if you need a quick good quality wash.

STOP MAKING THE CARS GET SO CLOSE TO EACH OTHER. Please space the cars out. It seems like every time I go through the carwash I have some right up my bumper. Another thing is that generally I have to run my car through at least twice to get my car clean. My car is generally in my garage unless going to the store or to take and pick up kids from school/activities so it doesnt get too dirty but most of the time the carwash leaves streaks of dirt usually in the bottom half and the back of the car.

Okay car wash, but the air dryers keep hitting my mirrors because they are too close to my car (Honda Pilot). Plus though I have the ultimate level car wash, it still doesnt fully clean my headlamps of all bugs. The only save is I only pay $32/mo for unlimited washes, but once I move I am ending my service there.

Went to go get a car wash today and all of my windows are still really dirty and my back window looks dirtier than before entering the car wash!! paid for the $20 one and yet, it still feel as if the eight dollar one would’ve been more beneficial, I will not be coming back here. Car looks shiny and super clean.

Lately my experience was unpleasant in this car wash place.I think their unlimited vacuums system needs to fix most of individual spot. Last time I have to move three times to find better vacuum spot. Three times after still couldnt fine good one at all. And if your car get some scratches, do not expect contact from manager. They will pretend take care of you and your car as fill up paper work.

I have been satisfied ever since I started using them. My car is always sparkling clean after each wash. Great customer service!

My brand new WRX was damaged at the South Jordan location. I thought I was going to get the run around with taking care of the damage. I was surprised when the problem with their equipment was found and fixed. They paid to have my bumper damage fixed and never tried to get out of it as I was expecting. Thanks Guys! I am still a customer because of the way you handled the problem.

Customer service was terrible almost caused an accident by instructing cars to switch lanes once we told them the issue they didn’t even care . The girl was all over the place not knowing how to give proper direction . Never coming back

Best location, lots of space and are open Sundays but I always wonder why the other smaller car wash spaces still do a better job overall. Fix the vacuums, provide some additional cleaning supplys and you could double your earnings per month and I might come back...or maybe the owner is Walter White and does not need the extra cash. ;-)

Please make the blowers better. Every single person I talk to hates that it doesnt dry that well. Maybe add double the blowers and heat. My truck never gets dried and I dont always have time to dry it.
