Wicked wench replaced my alternator and battery. I got communication before, during, and after. Very fair price quote. They recommend a good tow company, very fair price. Well they knock it out of the park! They are very fair and honest with the work they do there. They don’t hose you and bend you over a chair. They even were able to fit me in there schedule due to my work schedule being all over the board. You don’t get that kind of service anymore. My neighbor referred us here, as he was raving about this place. Well, now its my turn to do the same. Had an A/C issue. Went in to get it diagnosed (btw great waiting area for when they did - Wifi too) and they gave me a very reasonable quote, and said we could bring in our own part to save money. Scheduled an appointment and they fixed it as promised. On the way to pick up the car, my sisters car started to kick and its check engine light went on, so we had that looked at and again, with a very reasonable quote, they fixed the issue - both cars same day. Jamie is an awesome owner who makes sure youre taken care of and its no surprise why everyone else is leaving such positive reviews. Great service, great prices, and great energy. Jaime and Naomi are so easy to work with, weve been able to get appointments within a day or two of putting in a request, sometimes even same-day, and theyve always been fair and straightforward. They give price quotes up front when making our appointments so there is never a hidden cost, they refer out to other local businesses for some specialty services, and when we went in for new brakes they explained how much life was still remaining in our current brakes and suggested waiting on changing them out, saving us money. When our vehicles are in need of repair or diagnostic, they are our first stop.

I took automotive basics class with Jaime on October 26 (2019), and it was a wonderful experience! Jaime walked the group through the basics, provided a lot of helpful tips on car basics and maintenance. She was very welcoming as well as well prepared with materials to share and take away with you for future reference. She was also very open to questions during and after the class. In fact, I enjoyed my time and learning experience so much that I have written to Jaime asking whether she offers more classes or is open to providing further hands-on training. All in all, great experience!

Im glad I found this shop!I do some of my own repairs and also used a good cheap garage mechanic for bigger jobs. Once I lost him, I had extreme anxiety about using full service shops because they always seemed dishonest and way too expensive. I was lucky to find Wicked Wrench by chance and they turned out to be great in every aspect. I have had a couple of jobs done where I supplied the parts and they charged a very fair rate on book time. In fact, this full service shop charges the same rate my garage guy was charging me!Jamie is very nice and great with communication. I love the shopmonkey software they use for estimating work and to keep you up to date on the job. If they should encounter any issues, they will send you images and videos for you to see for yourself and discuss the options!Bottom line, Wicked Wrench offers honest quality services at very a affordable rate. I heard about Wicked Wrench from some Girl Scout troops that attended a class at this location, and since I work for Girl Scouts how can I not support a female owned company, right? This is my first time using Wicked Wrench, and I have to say I am pretty impressed with the communication I have received throughout the day, and my 2010 Nissan Rogue needed a lot of work. I feel like I am not being ripped off like I have from other places because I am a female, and the pricing is fair. We are a family that stresses out anytime our vehicles need repair because of the costs. We will definitely be back, but hopefully not for a lot of work again. :)

First the staff is very friendly. Their prices are awesome and quality of work is top notch. I was quoted over $600 less than a national competitor. I was told 2 hours for repairs. Price was exactly as quoted and they were done in 2 hours as quoted. This will be my new go to shop for sure.

I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a place to service their car. I normally take my car to a certain chain shop that has a bad rep and a friend recommended me to check out this place. I have a 20-year-old Jeep that needed a lot of work (like, A LOT) and they kept in consistent contact and answered any questions I had. They also took pictures of the things that were issues and sent them to me while I was waiting for them to finish up. Not to mention the pricing was awesome and they don’t over-charge or scam you. Very professional, got the job done quickly, and I was more than satisfied. I will definitely come here for any future car issues I’m having and will be recommending this place to my friends.

I was headed on a road trip and wanted to have my car looked over before I left. Met with Jaime told her the concerns I had regarding some noises I was hearing. She was able to diagnose the sound coming from my steering wheel right away. Jaime took the car and put it on the rack. For some reason the noise I had been hearing from my engine was not making noise when she looked at it. She told me the car sounded fine, but wanted to let me know my oil was a quart low (even though I had just had an oil change in early May) and topped off the oil for me! When I asked what I owed for the diagnostic and oil she said nothing!! Any other place I have been to would charge for just looking at the car. She even took the time to explain and show me how to check my oil properly. Jaime was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I asked for a quote to fix my steering wheel. I love how she is able to send me a text with a link for this info! I will definitely be coming back to get my steering wheel fixed. It is nice to finally work with a mechanic that is transparent and not trying to up-sell you on everything. Thanks Jaime!

I had my AC MOTOR BLOWER replaced, Car x quoted me $1100. They charged me $399 with labor, great communication, friendly, and quick. Needing a brake job, and seeing they are within walking distance I decided to give this place a shot. They emphasized transparency in pricing for brake work and I entered the required info to make an appointment and quote. You are given the impression it’s a quick process. The business day came to an end and I received a very odd unprofessional text stating vin # was needed, I honestly did not connect the two things until this morning when I saw an email from Wicked Wrench asking for a vin and plate #. Not able to retrieve this info at that moment I replied stating along the lines of “ you need the vin for a brake job appointment? That’s crazy” Shortly afterwards I received a phone call with a infuriated women on the other line Raging against my emailed response with the apparent sole intention of attacking me on the phone. I said “ lady, if you are calling to fight with me then we are obviously not going to be your customer so have a nice day”. Keep in mind this is between 7:45-8:15 AM
