Had them install a hitch on our Jeep Renegade. Quoted us a third of the time and price as a different 4WP location and was able to get us in sooner.Had the job done within quoted time and price. Threw in some free stickers too when it was all said and done. Customer service was far better than other location as well.

This place is amazing!!! They installed spacers in our Jeep for us last week. They charged a fair price, did the work in less time than quoted AND they let us know one of our rear shocks was leaking! When I went to complete the paperwork for my warranty on the shock, I called and spoke to Katrina who got me the paperwork within the hour and even called to let me know. Thank you for being so awesome!!!

I ordered a lift and was going to have these guys install it. Then they moved my appointment because they did not have enough techs. Then they did it again.At this point I said just go ahead and build the front struts, the only thing I really needed their shop for was their spring compressors.Guess what? They built the strut wrong so it is out of alignment and I am sitting in my garage wondering what I am supposed to do since I cannot get anywhere to fix this.Go anywhere else for everything. These guys will leave you high and dry from my experience.

I purchased the Air Lift Airbags & automatic compressor system for my truck because my truck squatted too much from the weight when connected to my boat. The store manager Mike made sure that I ordered the right products & that everything was done correctly and in any timely manner. The technician who installed it did an excellent job and he reviewed everything with me before I left. I highly recommend this product and this store.

Awesome work. went from an 01 Ram 2WD to a 2016 4x4, 1st trip on rt90 had vibrations in front. Dealer put new tires on for me at purchase so I had these guys balance and rotate again. Found 5.5 oz off on every wheel. RIDES LIKE A BRAND NEW TRUCK. Will be back!

I placed an order over a month ago, have yet to have it ship even though it was in stock at the time of purchase. Everytime I call there is like 30 people ahead of me for the call. This service and company product availability is garbage. Avoid if you can.

Wow such a great experience. I came in to get a lift kit installed and had questions regarding other things as well. They answered all of my questions with detailed responses. All the staff was knowledgeable and professional the whole way through. Service was quick and efficient. Nothing bad to say about this place or it’s staff. I definitely recommend.

One star away from perfect!1st time customer. Wanted a front level kit installed on my 19 Ford Ranger 4x4 Crew. Staff was helpfull, price was great. It was easy to schedule on a Saturday. We did a walk around to insure there was no existing damage at drop off. They got the work done quick and I got a copy of the align specs. All good, nice n level..I will post pix.lost 1 star b/c no disposable floor mat used and although no grease on my carpet it was dirty enough that I needed to clean it when I got home. At least the inside of the door, steering wheel & armrest were good.So get some disposable service mats and we should be up to five stars next visit!

I would honestly give zero stars if I could. I bought tires from there website and they wouldn’t install them, even after I pointed out the the huge sign on the front of their store says “We install everything we sell”. Well apparently not in Elgin. I wouldn’t trust these guys to change a light bulb. I will never buy from 4wheelparts again, can’t trust them.

Service was so so slow I walked out after 15 minutes without help.

I had installed a 2in Rancho lift kit on my JLUR and had them install/balance 35in Patagonia MT as well as do an alignment check and check out my install was correct. They did a great job with all services and the next day I was headed off to Moab to try it all out. Fins and Things, Poison Spider, Hell’s Revenge, Top of the World and other trails were successful. Getting a 2nd pair of eyes from them made me feel confident I could tackle those trails. I will be using them again when I upgrade my gears and go 37s.

Had the parts I needed in stock and ready although they were the last ones available, many more options for Jeeps than trucks but I’m sure there is more availability at other stores

Installed a long arm lift on my Jeep XJ. There wasnt much they didnt screw up. Control arms werent, bolts were stripped and just left track bar 1 1/2 out of adjustment and the welding looked like someone with no experience did it without gas. They broke a bolt off in the front yoke and the manager wanted to charge me for the new one! Good place to buy parts but DONT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPT ANY INSTALLATION!

Staff that bother to get up and check inventory, brand name products, and great prices (comparable to internet pricing, from a brick and mortar store)! Clean layout, nice presentation, only downside is that if you dont see it on the floor they probably dont have it in stock. Nice place, and they do installation as well, however that isnt anything I can comment on, as I have no experience with their installation service, to review their pricing or quality of labor.

Very nice and professional staff. They took good care of me on warranty replacement for a defective tire. Replaced all 4 tires because I was 500 miles from home and they didn’t have my tires in stock. Worked with the Memphis 4Wheel Parts store and got me back on the road!!

This place is pretty cool. I just purchased a new Tacoma so this place is really convenient. The store has a lot of parts if not they can order it for you. I believe the person who helped me was named Austin. He helped order the parts I wanted and I believe Mike the manager also helped out.

Arron is always very helpful. Austin as well as the rest of the staff are so knowledgeable and able to help you get all your answers taken care of. Would highly recommend this store to all jeep owners.

These guys are unbelievable. Mike(MNGR) Austin and Pedro went above and beyond to help me out. Just short of coming over to help fix my Jeep.I go in needing a new ring gear .What happens I ORDERED the wrong one! Since it was special order it was non returnable. So Mike could have said sorry Charlie, no he says let me see what I can do. After a while and a few phones calls to his bosses, he says we can do store credit! I was like hell yeah. Even though its an hour and twenty minute drive to get there, I deal with it to get that kind of customer service.Thanks guys.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Every time I come in Im met by someone passionate about off-roading. Pricing is very competitive to various websites, and their inventory for major items is normally good. Be sure to ask if you do not see something on the floor, many times they have inventory in the back.

So I ordered some N-fab bars the RKR series, and after a lot of problems with clunking noises going back-and-forth to Toyota finally figured out it was the bars that were making the noise . So this was months after my purchase at which point I contacted Austin at 4wheel parts Elgin, So Austin and Mike told me to bring it in so they can look at it they determined it was the bars contacted N-fab on my behalf and fair reported that this was a known problem on KDSS equips 4runners that N-fab hadn’t warned dealers about. Long story short all you need to know is that if there is a problem and 4 Wheel Parts employees or management can do anything about it it will get fixed ! With all consideration to your time and inconvenience and with a smile they were great to work with and they will definitely get my money in the future !Thanks to everyone 4wheel parts Elgin for doing a great job for me!

Found staff professional, competent and enthusiastic. Never tried to upsell me and gave me pros and cons re: what I was trying to do.

Called the day before to see if they had my tires and if a slot was open to get tires done they told me to come early and they would sneak me in. I arrived there and they didnt have my tires and told me no slots were open to bring my truck in. I drove an hour to this store and wanted my time. My tire was on its last leg so I was forced to buy a tire m/t tire when I wanted a a/t. When I got to the tire shop the guy notified me that they sold me load D tire when j had asked for load E. I am very disappointed with experience here I had high expectations

Having your agreed upon price change by $200+ because their salesperson, Arron, doesn’t know how to accurately provide an invoice. Ps- if you’re wondering why you get multiple invoices for your services instead of one with everything included, it’s because they like to charge a standard “Lubes/Cleaners/HDW” fee on every invoice.4. Having the manager, Mike, display exceptional customer service by saying “I don’t know, don’t ask me!” when asked a question.5. Being told your service would be completed in 1-1.5 hours, coming back after an hour and seeing that the car hadn’t even moved.My husband and I were excited about this place since we have a base model Tacoma we wanted to keep adding to and customizing. After dealing with them, I found them to be extremely disorganized and unprofessional.

If you need a bumper or light bar that’s over priced go their they got you covered, I come in with a starter and carburetor ( as to he asked me what I had since no one that works their should know what either part is) goes to say we don’t have starters (wasent expecting them to have it plus the rebuild kit I was going to have to order I’m sure anyway, he goes on to say you’d be better off going to an auto part store, I’m in a 4 wheel drive part store now ( BIGGEST WAST OF TIME ) but if you need some stick or bolt on fender flairs that’s in isle 4 which you can get on eBay for a quarter of the price
