Great to see a company stand behind the policies posted on their website. I bought a dishwasher and did not like the way it dried the dishes. John’s Appliances came through for me. I was charged a reasonable restocking fee and was able to return the dishwasher for one I thought would perform better. I am extremely happy. Thanks to Mike Dowling for all his help with the original sale, the return and new reinstall. I will definitely return to John’s when I need to replace other appliances.

I cannot say enough about Johns appliance & bedding! My husband and I needed a new dishwasher. I came in and Krystal was our sales lady. She greeted us with a smile and made me feel very comfortable. I was really nervous cause I had never bought new appliances before. Went to buy an oven, but after spending almost an hour trying to get help I left defeated. None of the dozen salespeople bothered to greet or even acknowledge me, Most were too busy on their computers, one was too busy eating peanuts at his desk, to offer any help. I went to this store because I thought I would get good customer service... nope, no service. very disappointed.

We have purchased many appliances from Michael Tait. First of all, he takes the time to listen and figures out exactly what you want.Then he gives you all the possible choices that are best for you. He also thinks of things you might not. After all, he has been working at Johns Appliances for over 17 years. He knows the appliances and he knows what makes his customers happy!! We just bought a refrigerator and were so excited. I will be going back to purchase new mattresses soon. I doubt I will even shop around, because he is trustworthy, honest and has the best deals! The best deal isnt always a lowered sticker price.

I was in a hurry and needed a dishwasher fast for my rental. I came in and Explained to Krystal my time crunch and what I needed and she got right in it. Within 5 mins she had me one better than I originally wanted at a great price! She is fantastic! Cannot wait to do more business with her in the future. We had an awesome experience with Johns Appliance in regards to the cabinetry for our kitchen remodel. We met with several providers and couldnt be happier with our cabinetry from selection to installation. Johns was willing to work with me the way I wanted to, efficiently and out-of-the-box. Bobby was our installer and he was a Master installer, Kevin was our salesman and designer. They both were extraordinary in taking care of every detail and making sure things were done the way we wanted in the time-frame promised while offering their expertise as well. We recently moved into a new house and had purchased a refrigerator and a washer and dryer from a home improvement store 6 weeks earlier. The day before delivery they cancelled the delivery and rescheduled for a month.Went to Johns as we needed them immediately. We went in 45 minutes before closing. Braxton Hicks walked us through the process and was able to work with us to get the appliances the next day. Incredible service from Braxton and everyone at Johns.

They have delivered and installed when their competition refused. The builder for our new home in Palm Coast provided a list of preferred vendors and among them were appliance suppliers in both Jacksonville and Daytona Beach.We visited John’s Appliance in Daytona Beach without an appointment and was immediately greeted by a gentlemen at the entrance who quickly found out what we needed and introduced us to Michael Tait.Mike is the most knowledgeable person in the appliance business we have met and it was a pleasure working with him. He listened to the scope of what we needed for the home, determined our preferences and demonstrated the pros and cons of each appliance we had researched.Mike is a wealth of knowledge and we didn’t wast a moment more than needed to purchase 2 dishwashers, 3 refrigerators, washer, dryer, microwave and a gas range my wife couldn’t live without.The documentation was quickly and efficiently prepared and we had time to review what we had purchased and made some color changes. These appliances are being purchased well in advance of the construction and John’s Appliance will hold them till need for installation. Doing some much needed remodeling on my house and we were looking for a new Range, we had already removed and given away the old range, as we shopped at the Daytona store we met Vidal who helped us choose a range for the Kitchen, we did not realize however that is was a 90 days wait for the range to come in, Vidal provided us with the opportunity to purchase a floor model. I could not imagine being with out a range for 90 days. Vidal was extremely professional and helped us in every way possible. We will be using Johns appliances for now on . Good old fashion service.Greg the Technician came, he saw, he fixed and he was gone. Exactly what I was looking for. He was very pleasant and he answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge, but what impressed me the most, is that he didnt try to sell me anything. He did warn me prior to fixing my GE electric range oven, that the appliance gets to the point where it is no longer fixable. I was alright with that. I was bracing for a sales pitch but it never came. I was pleasantly surprised. Greg was able to get my Range fixed and I am cooking dinner as I type.Thank you Greg and yes, I will definitely use Johns Appliance from now on. In fact, should I ever need an appliance, I will go to Johns Appliance and make the purchase.Two thumbs up!Side note: I was surprised that Johns appliance repaired any name brand appliance and it does not have to be purchased at Johns Appliance to be serviced. I found that Johns Appliance and his salesperson Randy Hill made my experience buying new kitchen appliances seamless. He was very knowledgeable about the various brands and helped me choose the ones that were right for me. He gave us ample time and did not pressure us to buy. Even when Covid 19 made it impossible to get the new refrigerator I wanted for three months he found me one to be delivered at the original time agreed upon . I would recommend Johns to everyone .

We bought a speed queen washer. It was supposed to be the best washer with a 7 year warranty. We got it home and it did not work. It kept clicking and would not lock. It filled halfway with water. We called Johns and they wanted us to buy a pump to get the water out. and bring it back. They did not offer to help at all. I called speed queen and they gave me 3 other companies names and number, and they said they would come pick it up. I was able to drain it and bring it back, but Johns was no help. They even said they would charge us a restocking fee to bring back their broken machine.

As a property manager and home owner Good service and fast delivery are a must. It just so happens that the 2nd week of January I had a dryer go out at 1 of my rentals and also the dryer at my personal home quit same time. To add to the complication both were gas dryers. I went to Johns Appliance and met up with Mike Dowling. Mike was extremely attentive to my needs pointing me in the right direction for an inexpensive replacement for the rental unit and a matching LG set for the house. His attention to detail in inquiring if they were Natural Gas or LP hook ups, saved me down time. He had the parts needed to convert them to LP. It was a pleasure doing business with Mike. He was attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. We will be back when we remodel the Kitchen. Thanks Mike Dowling!

I knew I wanted to buy local - and from Johns if I could. I WAS HAPPY TO SEE THEIR SELECTION AND PRICING WAS AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN THE BOX STORES. I cant say my salesman, Randy Hill, was a salesman. He was more of a facilitator. He helped us to choose what was right for us... Even suggesting a last minute change that gave us a better fit at a lower cost. We live in Melbourne drive all the way to see Mr John D. At Johns Johns Appliance and Mattresses. We recently bought a home and needed a whole house appliance package, 4 mattresses and box springs and Frames. We had one problem we moved to the West Coast and John D said that would not be a problem. He was able to get Mr Mike to come all the way to the West coast of Florida. Mr Mike and his Helper were downright amazing. They had drive three hours and they were early. We had a new build and had to go across a sand drive way and up a flight of stairs. They were so professional and such gentleman. They set everything up, hooked everything up, cleaned up and took all the boxes. WOW!!! Thank you, thank you Mr John D, Mr Mike and luke. I’m so sorry it was such a difficult delivery but I just wanted you all to know how appreciative we truly are. I would have dropped all the appliances and mattresses in the drive way and left so thank you for all your professionalism!!

Sales staff was helpful and courteous. Because we purchased two appliances we were able to to get a reduction in cost. They are delivering the freezer on Saturday and will take the old one with them after set up of the new one. We have shopped at Johns in the past and have been pleased with the products and services.

Before going I did my research on several makers of French door refrigerators and knew what I wanted and to be aware of the ones to avoid. My husband I were greeted by Randy H. With the hellos exchanged and ask what we were there to look at spoke of ones to avoid and brought us to the exact one we had in mind. He also threw in another one to look at while he helped another couple. I appreciated his honesty about the brands to avoid and time to compare. The refrigerator we decided on was out of stock but will be delivered shortly. Holiday sale was on so with tax and service plan we were still under the Manufacture suggested price. I would have given 5 stars if they had it in stock.

Very happy with the service we received from Howard. We just moved into our house 2 weeks ago so I haven’t used my new appliances for very long but so far I am really happy with what I purchased. I also loved the fact that Howard was able to match the lower price I saw on our washer and dryer.

Do yourself a favor, try Johns Appliance before going to Home Depot or Lowes. After experiencing the worst service in my entire life, I decided to go to Johns Appliance. The company is awesome. They ordered my product on Monday, they called me Weds. letting me know it was in, and told me it would be delivered on Saturday. The owner of the company called me Friday and told me the time it would be delivered. The entire process went so smooth. Johns Appliance has quality products and quality service that bigger companies cant compete with.

My refrigerator was 10 months old when I called about the ice maker not working. This refrigerator was brand new in July, 2019. I first called repair in April, 2020. After 3 repair visits almost waiting 1 month it finally was fixed Monday, May 25th. Now today June 3rd. I went to get some ice last night and the ice maker is no longer working!!!!! This refrigerator cost me close to $2,000.

I visited Johns after getting lackluster service at a big box store. A salesman greeted me and asked how they could help. It was wonderful to receive this degree of personal service in this inpersonal world. Johns will be my go-to location for appliances from now on.

Since many of my customers live out of state when a kitchen appliance or the below window AC system needs to be replaced ASAP Johns Appliance has was is needed at reasonable prices. Even if the item is at another store location arrangements are made for me to get it by end of day. Also GREAT support if parts are needed.

He had experience with just about every product and made sure to right size the product to my home and get the price in my Budget. If youre coming in on a Sunday I would definitely recommend you ask for him but every associate was fun and friendly.

They have a huge selection of appliances. They have very knowledgeable staff that can help you put together a whole kitchen set, or even just help you choose 1 item. They even have a used section, as well as scratch and dent.The quality of the items is guaranteed, and they have faster delivery and installation service than anywhere else Ive seen. If something arrives with a manufacturer flaw or defect, they are very quick to fix the issue.I have 4 appliances from there, and bought them almost 2 years ago. I waited to review them to see the durability of everything, and all that I purchased is still running beautifully, despite having a teenager at home! My next appliance purchase will be from them without hesitation.

We went into buy a refrigerator. We did not want to spend a lot of money and we needed to have it delivered. We went with a scratch and dent model, total out the door including delivery was $500 and it would be delivered in 2 days. Good deal as far as we were concerned. The delivery was right on time, set up and all was well. It was plugged in and had the proper settings such that when we came home with groceries a few hours later, it should have been cold but it wasnt any colder than room temperature. We immediately called the salesman who immediately set us up for another delivery for a higher priced refrigerator, first thing the next morning since it was closing time that evening. The replacement refrigerator was delivered on time as promised and it started up like it was supposed to. No additional charge for the refrigerator nor a delivery charge was required. This refrigerator is working as it should and we could not be happier with the response Johns Appliance City provided to us to remedying a situation no fault of our own and most likely no fault of theirs. We would definitely use Johns Appliance City again for additional products and services in the future and we would recommend them to anyone we know and obviously this Rate and Review Column. Three (3) of my Appliances are DIEING so A New Washing machine is being delivered this weekend, I have a quote on a new King size mattress and they will call me when a Refrigerator arrives in their warehouse. After all three (3) are installed and operational, Ill give them all FIVE STARS. I DID ASK if they had to shut down at all while a lot of stores had to durring the 14th. Pandemic since 1812, NO, they didnt due to the massive size of their Warehouse they were Business as usual!

Wow! First time visit, and was very impressed. If you’re shopping for appliances, bedding, or remodeling a kitchen, ya gotta stop at John’s!!Especially if you want to save some money, they have a giant selection of new scratch & dents from the factory. But what I liked the most, was being able to browse their huge inventory and not be stalked by sales people like vultures. Browsing was enjoyable in their well organized,and comfortable showroom. And when you do need assistance, the sales people are extremely knowledgeable, and not pushy. The two I dealt with have been with John’s for many years, and was evident that this is their profession, and not just a job. We purchased a high end washer/dryer combo and was pleasantly surprised to see that the delivery and set up was done by John’s employees in a John’s truck, and not some outside contractors. They were very good at what they do, and were well equipped to complete the install, and haul away the old machines. So from start to finish, this gave us such a nice, warm & fuzzy feeling over something so mundane as appliance shopping. Thanks John’s!

Vincent, our local appliance guy, moved to this store recently. He always goes above and beyond, getting the job done quickly and right. We truly have a void here with his absence.It’s not every day that you can turn to a business owner during times of crises. Vincent was that for our shall community when It was ravaged by Florence. Vincent was the first person helping everyone around him, organizing events and support, and making sure people had appliances fixed or replaced.

After checking prices and service at large stores such as Lowes and Home Depot during the Black Friday sales in December 2019, my wife and I purchased a new refrigerator, oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine and dryer from Johns Appliance store in Palm Coast Florida. We selected Johns because they matched all sales prices and have their own employees to deliver, install and maintain the appliances. Salesman Darius was as helpful & nice as the day is long- delivery had some difficulty fitting the fridge in a tight spot- the staff at Johns got right on it- found a better fitting one and had it delivered the next day- even the delivery experience was great- they called the night before with a ONE hour window ! for the next day delivery. The delivery guys were efficient & polite. I am a realtor that arranges new appliances for my out of state clients & have never had a better experience. I am now a loyal customer for Johns Appliance- was very pleased with the pricing, too

I purchased a used washer and dryer, when delivered the washer made a horrible loud sound and the dryer didnt even kick on. I was told they can take them back and repair( with no time line) or I can go back and repack. I chose to repick. This was on Wednesday. I immediately when into the store. There was no other options to choose from. They offered to show me new, or a refund.After thinking about it, I went to look at scratch and dent. No washers to choose from. I decided to spend a few hundred more and go with a new pair. I asked that they wave the delivery fee. He acted like it would be a big deal. But it was waived. Next delivery date was Friday. I was actually moving in on Friday.I since never returned to the new apartment until move in day. So Friday comes and the movers are unloading and I hear the sound of running water. Turns out the hot water valve would not turn off. The stuck the hose down the drain and said nothing to me. 3 days hot water was running down the drain.I was able to get it repaired before the delivery of the new units arrived. They install the new washer and dry. Washer works fine, but the dryer required a longer cord. They did not have one and it wouldnt be until Monday. I was told they would call me and schedule a time. Call never came. I paid for a cord and was left with an unusable one. They never called. Very poor customer service, poor business practices. Very shady place.

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Jack approximately, a year ago when we were in your Daytona store. At that time we knew that we weren’t ready to make a purchase, however, we wanted to know what was out there in the “appliance world” and Jack let us browse and explore and he answered every question we had and explained in detail. About two weeks ago, we decided it was time to make it happen and Jack was the first person that came to mind. Once we arrived at the store and asked for Jack, he greeted us like we had been friends for years. The number one selling point for my wife and I was the fact that he remembered us and the specific concerns we had in our initial visit. Two weeks ago we needed a replacement for the 20 year old dishwasher at our beach condo, so of course I called Howard Sargrad at Johns Appliance in South Daytona. Howard helped us in a complete kitchen remodel at our Lake County home last summer and the whole process with Johns was friendly, informative, straightforward, and completely satisfactory. Then we needed to replace the washing machine and Howard helped us select the double washer-dryer combo which opened up a bunch of new space in smallish condo laundry area. I called about the dishwasher on Wednesday and our gorgeous Bosch washer was delivered right when scheduled. Actually a bit earlier!Johns is great and Howards the best.

He walked us through the features of 3-4 brands and helped us select LGs. He gave us a Veterans discount and offered a Manufactures rebate. I recently purchased my 2nd full set of kitchen appliances (new house!) from David L. at Johns Appliance. We only shop at Johns! Our king mattress, full kitchen suite and our recent addition, beautiful french door refrigerator! Always a very easy process from start to finish with excellent customer service! Next up...washer and dryer! :)
