A great gym and an awesome community! The trainers are really focused on you learning proper form and new movements. Been going here for about 5 years and I recommend it to literally everyone
I have been going to the training room for the past 7 months and have had a great experience. I found it based upon a recommendation of a massage therapist who was helping me recover from a back injury. I started out with personal training sessions and then moved on to focus on classes a few times a week. The staff is really pretty great, they focus on doing the movement correctly which means you dont get hurt! The classes definitely vary in intensity but once you figure it out youll have a great experience.
Ive been to three circut training group classes in the past 2 weeks. I liked my first class so much a bought a 12 class pass afterwards. Ive worked with a trainer one on one before but that was years ago and strength training on my own wasnt cutting it anymore. A few of my friends have been going for a while and love it so i tried it.I found the trainers to be really knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained each exercise and gave good one on one instruction on how to use proper form. Being new to class they were very good about checking in and providing help.
Very friendly trainers who help you avoid any injuries. Helped me to get rid of a nasty lower-back pain. A nice selection of training programs.
Been training there for a bit over two months now and cant recommend it enough. The staff is super nice, knowledgeable, and they make working out fun.
