They took on an intence task for me of replacing headers on my truck. My truck is notorious for header issues. They took care of me in a timely manner and the peice was great. Also found some other issues they called to address the problems. I also didnt ask but they save the parts for me to see. Hands down i will be a returning customer. Up front and honest.

I had a critical breakdown of my RV. I could not find anyone to repair my rig. I called Dynamic Diesel and Cory was able to schedule me in. I was able to park my rig in their lot a day ahead before the repairs were made. My RV went in on a Monday and the repairs were done the next day! Super fast and friendly personal service. Great repair shop had my ford f250 towed to their shop with a no start problem. Also had a full service done. Wound up needing a new starter and work done on transmission. Very informative and up front with details. They were great and I will return in the future.

Were new to diesel and bumping into a lot of opinions as we explore the open road in our class C. Its a pleasure to hire a garage that doesnt treat us like the newbie we are. In, out, no extra charge or hype. I like it.

Work was top notch. Really like the attention to detail while under the hood! Will have them do more work when needed! Only one suggestion... avoid getting the new floor mats dirty with a paper mat protector. I know not all interiors are maintained well.. it’s a truck after all, but would have appreciated that care. Overall good experience at dynamic diesel.The price I was quoted for the install and parts didn’t change even after they had to do extra work and remove my exhaust manifold which wasn’t part of why my truck was there.(I did pay for new exhaust manifold gasket)I also noticed they cleaned up the surface where the manifold gaskets sit.Most shops wouldn’t have done that even tho it’s should be. They do there work the right way and it shows.

Needed my rangers computer reprogrammed after the old one burnt up. Bickford didn’t return my calls and these guys got me on the road again. Highly recommend them!

Really fast turn around! I greatly appreciated the quick call backs, easy scheduling, quick quote and authorization. I have the go-ahead on a Friday afternoon and the work was completed by Monday afternoon. (A day ahead of schedule)Ball-joints, tie rods, shocks and alignment. Drives better than new!

Brought my truck here on a recommendation for a second opinion. I felt the first shop was trying to take advantage of me. Dynamic Diesel was friendly and fast. They were honest and quoted the problem for what it was. No pushy sales or other add ons. Just what was broke and they fixed.

Up front, he asked (just) how much work I was looking to be done on it, to make sure i wasnt paying for unnecessary things. Even when I asked whether it could be possible to upgrade the brake system on my vehicle, rather than try & get more money, Terry was not afraid to say, You most certainly CAN, but to tell you the truth ...your RV seems to have been well maintained.. and that would probably be more cost than its worth. They, also, got the job done in half the time they said to expect it. And whats more they offered to fix what theyd found wrong with my brakes right on the spot, without rebooking me for another day.I highly suggest Bear Alignment!👍

I have been running a BD exhaust brake for 5 years. It was installed by a competitor that is no longer in business. I heard a “whoosh” from the brake when it actuated, and techs at two different shops in western Washington acted like it was normal. After I had it checked out by Gino and Steve, turns out the brake had never worked correctly since I bought it and had it installed. Glad Dynamic is on top of their game, the brake is now working like it should

I love this place. These guys have been working on my truck for nearly 13 years at dynamic diesel. From full front end work to the smallest of repairs all the way to the sweetest upgrades. The out come is always the same, perfect. I do not ever recall having to take it back in for something that was missed or wasnt happy with.The mechanics are very personable and very interactive with any questions I have about the work that was performed. The service mgr Cory always treats me with respect and is helpful with suggestions that I may not otherwise know about.Theyve built my truck in to a bad ass machine and I love it. Will be retiring out of state in the next couple years and it will be coming back each time for upgrades.

I have in 1983 ford F350 That has a service bulletin on it Concerning Some Rivets that were fatigued And needed replaced. Ive been turned down by several shops that obviously couldnt do the job. By chance I drove by dynamic diesel And inquired to see if they could do the job. The manager said that hed call me back after he read the bulletin. They called me back and said yes they can absolutely do the job. I also had some other work at that I wanted doen on the truck. Not only was it done fast the customer service was impeccable. The manager even called me to give me an update on the progress.The work that the mechanic had done on the truck was completely acceptable to me and I am a very picky person. They also came in under budget. Id like to take this opportunity to thank dynamic diesel, the mechanic and the manager and I wouldnt hesitate to service my vehicle at this shop again. They did a great job for me getting my diesel motorhome ready for a big trip. For me, getting it serviced is a big deal. I live in mine with my two German Shepherds. I cant drop it off and leave it for a few days. After explaining that to Cory, the service scheduler, he told me to bring it in at 8:00 am on Thursday and it should be ready by noon. No other shop has been that accommodating to my needs! Oh, and it wasnt ready at noon, it was ready at 10:30 am! Score! Got an alignment done after replacing my tie rod ends, ball joints & u-joints. When dropping my truck off they estimated an hour & a half to maybe 2 hours but they were done in an hour. Now my steering wheel is perfectly aligned & my truck tracks perfectly straight.

Dynamic Diesel diagnosed the problem with our truck promptly and got all the parts required to fix it within the same 24 hour period. As a result, we had minimum down time and were back on the road quickly. Corey was a pleasure to work with and we are happy with our overall experience!

This is the only place I take any of my vehicles. Diesel or gas they do it all. Been a customer for 5+ years and its always done right the first time. They stand behind their work and even have a warranty for the work they perform. The owner Steve Hill is extremely knowledgeable and can easy explain things so they make sense. All the staff is professional and knowledgeable. Cory up front who schedules all the work is great to deal with as well. This is the only shop I use. The other local shops should take notes on how this one is run. Amazing service.

I had a major problem with the turbo on my 07 duramax. The truck was running so poorly it wouldnt get out of its own way. I key dropped the truck on Sunday, got a call Monday afternoon and they informed me the variable vane turbo was seized and egr system was extremely clogged. I needed a new turbo and full cleaning. I hit the go button and then got a call Friday that it was finished. In just 4 days they had performed major surgery and when i got the truck back. Now it flat out rips . I even had a fass lift pump installed too. Mash it to the floor and it will smoke the tires and throw it sideways. Not bad for a crew cab on 35s. I couldnt be happier.

They made my truck run good, but watch out if you have extras done. They called me while fixing it to recommend flushing brake and power steering fluids, transmission fluid, and differential fluids. I paid them a bunch of money and went on my merry way. Months later l came to realize the brake fluid was dirty(hadnt been changed). I had been charged for a serpentine belt which had obviously not been changed. Not sure what if anything they did change.....truck runs great, but just watch them!!

If you got a diesel truck and you want it worked on and you want it worked on by people you can trust that know the industry and know the vehicles then this is the place to go. Yes its a bit of a drive but its one of those gems thats really worth it. Also, did you know that you only pay 7.7% sales tax there? That alone makes it worth the drive.

Had truck serviced a few days earlier at Jiffy Lube, (never again), as I was tight on time -Dynamic is a bit of a drive. Jiffy left my auto trans low on fluid, got stuck on highway in safe mode. Dynamic fixed bad service problems. Little more money twice the service.

Had a alignment done the guys were great however looking at the bill at home I npticed a $12.00 charge for shop supplies what supplies for them using a lazer alignment machine come on owner is $99.95 not enough for 30 min work?

Took my truck to my regular mechanic ( does my cars) when my Duramax started running roughly. They told me there were 13 error messages and needed to replace injectors and ficm (fuel injection control module) plus possibly some other work. I primed the vacuum pump and it seemed to run fine for a few days, so I decided to go to Dynamic Diesel. They had done work on my 5th wheel and was very satisfied. They went through truck, erased all the codes and only found possible trouble with ficm. Had them replace it .Truck runs better than ever. Not inexpensive but saved about $6000. Highly recommend them. Will be back for regular maintenance. Thanks Dynamic Diesel!

I took my truck in to have the alignment checked as I had uneven wear on the tires. Like some of the other reviewers I know that they did nothing to the truck but charged me for putting it up on the alignment rack. I questioned the charge as it was a warm day and the doors of the shop office were open and I waited for the mechanic to check it. I couldnt see the truck but I never heard the unmistakable sound of my diesel or any diesel truck being moved. They said the truck couldnt be aligned because the ball joints were shot which was true. I paid the $65 bill for supposedly putting it up on the rack because the manager insisted that they had put it on the rack. He stuck with the lie. They of course wanted to do more work on the truck. I realized then that they were not to be trusted. I wonder how many people theyve ripped off over the years every time I drive by their shop in Snohomish.

I have a BD exhaust brake that would stay engaged when hot and needed to fix that issue. Dynamic Diesel had my truck for about two months and resolved nothing. The time line is below. Truck is a 2005 Dodge Ram Cummins.May 23, 2019: Dropped off the truck.June 14: Picked up the truck because I needed the truck.June 24: Dropped of the truck again. Advised them I will be out of the country and the soonest I can pick up the truck is July 26. Terry was my contact at the shop. I told to email me if he had any questions.July 26: I called in. Terry had some questions form me.July 29: I picked up the truck. Nothing was done.July 31: Arrived at BD Diesel in Abbotsford, BC, Canada at 8:20 am. At about 9:10 am, they had a full diagnosis. They needed the truck for the day to repair. I ended up in Whistler that day and opted to pick up the truck the following day.Aug 1: Picked up the truck and went home to Seattle.I really wished Dynamic Diesel was able to repair my truck. I was looking for a good local diesel shop. Terry at Dynamic was either disorganized or had too much on his plate. The folks at BD Diesel were able to figure it out in less than an hour. Dynamic had the truck for two months.Seems like Dynamic has good reviews. This is more of a warning for folks that need repairs on issues that are outside of the Dynamic wheelhouse. Just be reminded, Dynamic had had my truck for two months and nothing was done. BD had my truck for less than an hour and knew exactly what needed to be done.

I was noticing my foot pedal was pulsating when I was braking so I took it in to Dynamic Diesel and Bear alignment to look at it. They said that I needed the rotors turned and new pads. Wow, it works perfect now!

Wanted to upgrade the steering on my husbands girlfriend. Stopped out one day to find out information about how to keep her from drifting so much. (Damn dodges) Corey was so helpful! Took her in for an inspection and they went over her like a fine tooth comb to figure out what we needed to get her to quit straying on the road. Made an appointment and picked her up. They also pointed out a couple of things for us to keep our eye on. She corners like she is on rails. We will be back as a matter of fact we have an appointment for another upgrade.
