Ive gotten tons of work done on multiple cars there and have a great experience each time. The receptionist is very nice and helpful with explaining everything that gets done and pricing as well - she even was willing to work around my work schedule so I didnt have to figure out borrowing a car. The work is always done in a timely fashion and I dont ever have to wait too long.

Needed my water pump replaced stat, single parent with 1 vehicle! Every other placed I called needed to have my truck overnight. I brought my truck in at 930am got a call that it was done at 1230pm. Thank you for the very fast repair job! Much appreciated! Will recommend to everyone.

I have been searching for YEARS for an honest auto mechanic and I FOUND HIM at Accurate Auto by the name Paul. Paul is AWESOME, honest, and accurate. Great prices, excellent work. Completely explains the work to be done and gives you thes best possible price.My brakes were completely shot when I pulled into the shop. Left my keys at the desk and a bit later a call from Paul and explaining what he found and how to he was going to go about replacing them. I thought for sure I wasn’t going to be able to have all the work done done n one day, but much to my surprise it was finished quickly and correctly.I’ll never use another mechanic or auto shop now that I have found Paul and Accurate Auto.

Before coming here, I took my 2006 Mazda 3 in to a dealer because the radiator cap broke. The dealership said my car was totaled because of rod-knock. It was a total lie. Brought it to Accurate Auto Service, and they did a full diagnosis, drove the car around to ensure everything was ok, and gave me true recommendations on what was needed. They fixed the radiator cap, performed a tune-up, and gave recommendations on next steps to continue caring for the car.After being lied to or receiving a very poor assessment from a previous dealership, Accurate Auto Service gave me a correct estimate, and are very fair and honest.

I just moved into the area and wanted to find a local mechanic shop. I have now used their services twice with complete satisfaction. The only complaint I have is they are so popular that you may have to wait a week or so for service, but its worth the wait. Paul is not only a professional but an excellent businessman who understands that customer satisfaction is more important than short term gains. Hes just an honest small town auto mechanic, very rare these days.

Paul, the owner, runs, by far, the best repair shop Ive ever interacted with. Which, to be fair, isnt a huge hurdle to overcome. So to more accurately characterize the quality of this business, Paul runs on of the most fair, honest, transparent, customer and community oriented businesses Ive ever interacted with, regardless of the service being offered. Came in already stressed from a busy week and was immediately relieved by the treatment received from this establishment. The reviews dont lie everyone was incredibly friendly and I was proud to support a fellow mechanic that served overseas. My Jeep Liberty 2008 heater stopped working and sure enough the timing belt and water pump was leaking coolant. They replaced the water pump and serpentine belt in 2 hours did it under $400. My wife and I were able to enjoy our first photo shoot with our son and be back in time to pick up my Jeep in excellent working condition. The ride home was nice and toasty and I have Accurate Auto Service to thank for that!

Took my car in for the first time to this shop thinking it was going to need repairs, turns out it didnt! They called me, kept me updated and drove/checked it again and was open and transparent with me the entire time. If I end up ever needing work done to my car this will be the shop I take it at.

Today was the first time, I visited this place and all I can say is, I cant give them enough praise. Paul, the owner went out of his way to fix my door handle and called a locksmith to fix all my locks, including on the trunk. And it cost me very little. Paul didnt even charge for his labor. I know, I am a lifetime customer now and will not go to any other place. When my starter went out, my dad was about to be leaving to reno, and he knew we wouldnt be able to have one vehicle. He got it done that day and called us in to pick it up. I recently called and asked if this shop worked on foreign cars. I informed them that I have a Mercedes-Benz C300. They said they work on all types of cars and to have me bring it in. I brought it in last Friday (2/1/19) to have my heat fixed. After it had been at the shop for nearly 3 hours, I was told to bring it to an auto shop that specializes in foreign cars because they dont feel comfortable working on a German made car, despite being told over the phone they could fix it. By that point it was to late to bring it to another shop, and by Monday I was stuck with a car that had no ability to heat up or defrost, in the snow. I work M-F and trying to get my car into be fixed is difficult. They wasted my one day I had to do repairs. The problem is a stuck motor blower, pretty easy fix for an auto shop.Despite my experience the staff were very friendly. Ive brought my Honda here before and they never charge for a diagnostic, which some auto shops do.

Called today to get an estimate, gal on phone said, yeah we dont really do estimates over the phone hmmm so wont be doing one in person either. Didnt even ask me what I was looking for to be done, in this case routine transmission flush and differential flush. Ok, guess I go to who will give me a price.

Fast service, good prices and super honest people. Recently brought my truck in thinking it needed serious work, it was a minor fix...they didnt even charge me for it (alot of places wouldve charged since they had it there for a day while they got around to it).

Super rude big guy behind the desk. As were in the rating room a customer called what seemed like to check the timing. The big old guy got really short with them and after hanging up talked about how they were cheap based on their phone carrier (?) found a place by the Safeway in snohomish that did the job for 250 less than what they asked. Only getting the star because the woman behind the desk seemed super embarrassed and sorry by his behavior.

I cant say enough good things about this place. My husband and I found ourselves in nowhere Eastern Washington with an automatic transmission going. My first call was to Paul (not AAA). He didnt know of any transmission services in the first town we were going to find but got on Google and not only found us a shop within 7 miles but also called them to talk to them directly. Then he called me back with the information and reassurances. We limped in to find them waiting for us and they had, with Pauls info, already called a rental car location for us. On top of all that, Paul called us back that night to be certain that everything had gone well. I have always been happy with the repairs work he has done, but this was over and above.
