I bought a snail from this petsmart and not only were the associates rude to me while getting the snail, they threw it around in its bag like its safety did not matter. The snail died not even 2 hours after making it home. I HIGHLY suggest staying away from this place.

Alicia n grooming salon is awesome she comforted my pooch n went out of her way to keep my dog comfortable. We had horrible experience @ Conyers location n I appreciate her trying even tho she cdnt finish it was too traumitizing for her she referred me to a personal groomer after telling me she thinks PetSmart is too fast paced for my Yorkie mix. Thanks to tiara n Conyers my dog hates PetSmart. Never had issues with PetSmart until we met tiara

We love going to this location! Mari is the best! She is the only groomer that I use for my pet! Overall they have a wonderful team!

I’m very satisfied with the grooming services my Pomeranian (Nani) received. The groomers name was Andi C. She was very friendly, knowledgeable of the services and professional. I will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

Return online purchase is a pain. They stated that you can only return online purchase where you picked up. I guess customer would be screwed if online purchase was shipped direct to customer home.Policy clearly stated that online purchase can be return at any PetSmart store.

Came in this store which I frequent fairly often . 8:30 this morning, loaded my cart ( well over 100.00) of merchandise. Went to check out and was told registers aren’t open until 9:00am???? Why open your doors if you are not allowing patrons to purchase merchandise?? Literally the craziest thing I can imagine . I know PetSmart Corp does help animals, but come on, hire some staff to start at 8:00 many people are only available in early morning hours to buy supplies !

Service is usually always really good. They are just usually out of crickets but not yesterday, yay! It tickled me that purchased 176 crickets and the staff person counted every single one to make sure I wouldnt get 1 extra, rofl 🤣. Then as soon as I got home I emptied the first 100 into the cage and about 30% of them were dead! No I didnt count to see exactly how many I got ripped off for as my dragon will not eat dead crickets. SMH

The grooming staff were amazing. They were friendly, caring and very professional. My dogs liked them too.

We have taken our doggie to Petsmart a number of times to be groomed and we’re normally happy with how they groom our handsome boy. Well on our last visit they literally only cut half of his fur (the back half) and his face and shoulder areas were still so scruffy!! I called and talked to a manager (main store not in the grooming area), I believer her name was Sue. She was so sweet and helpful. She gave me the grooming manager’s name and when to call, as they were closed when I called. When I did call back a gentleman named Pete answered and said they were so shorthanded they weren’t even open due to employees calling out. He was just answering the phones that day to reschedule people. He also was very nice and helpful but still no manager. He did say there was a satisfaction guarantee on the cut. When I tried AGAIN (3rd time) someone in the main store said the grooming area wasn’t even open due to no one being there to groom. So now I’m not sure what to do being that I paid almost $50 for a half of a grooming. Very disappointed. I gave them three stars because the employees that answered were very polite and as helpful as they could be considering the situation they were in having no groomers. My pictures show ‘before’ and ‘after-front and back’ if you look you can see they stopped halfway. The paws are neat though. I also posted a pic of what he normally looks like after a grooming (a lot less scruffy!) They are nice and everyone was polite but our little guy is still scruffy and I’m out $50! Get it together 124 Petsmart!

Was able to get in and get out. Even asking questions to two of the workers there. Who assisted me on locating what I came to get. She also, made some recommendations.

Petsmart,oh pet smart. You were the home of my hamster willow for 3 weeks. (Thanks for that by the way.) Pet smart is the place to go to purchase TONS of pets. I adopted a beta fish and a hamster from there before, the death of my fish was my own fault. (rip nova) but my hamster is still healthy and living.🤗

DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!!!!! I took my furry daughter for a dentist appointment today and she never returned home. I got a call saying Im sorry precious didnt make it. MY FAMILY IS SO OVERWHELMED. HOW CAN THIS HAPPENED TO A 1 YR HEALTHY 🐶? NOONE HAS AN ANSWER.

Took my puppy for his first grooming and it was a great experience. Asha was awesome and showed him lots of love to keep him calm.

Dropped off animals at vet, nothing new about that

Even though this store is located in a very congested location, the store itself makes up for it. The store is not only clean, but they have exceptional customer service.Upon walking in, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. During check out, the cashier gave me no issues with price matching, which I greatly appreciated as in the past, at other pet stores, I was given a very hard time by the manager and store employees for even requesting a price match.Additionally, The best part about PetSmart was that I was not only able to get the items that I wanted priced matched, but I was also able to apply that on top of their Buy2 get1 deal. For someone who’s a frequent Chewy shopper, the deals I got here were a steal and best of all, saved me at least $30 compared to what I would’ve paid on Chewy.

I’ve been bringing my pit mix here since I moved to the area - so about 2 years give or take- and I never had an issue with the groomers until today (11/20/2020) They refused to listen to my about my anxious pup. I told em SPECIFICALLY what needed to be done. They didn’t do anything I asked or said. They then made her anxiety worse by trying to pull her through the gate from the main door entrance. I told them if I walk her to the gate and then they grab her there will not be an issue. but because they made it worse for my dog they then refused to take her. Petsmart if you’re hiring groomers who are afraid of pitbulls just say so. And now the manager called me and left a message while I was on the phone and now no one is picking up the phone period. I’m never coming back to any Petsmart or Petco. I’m finding another groomer and I suggest y’all do the same.And also their products aren’t that great either.

My husband and I came in to the Scenic Hwy Snellville location to purchase our 5 year old daughters first fish tank. Customer Service was 5+ stars. All of the representatives were so knowledgeable about all of the fish and products. They answered all of our questions. Ariel was the first person working with us and her suggestions were so helpful. She taught us the best way to set our tank up and knew what products would be best. Austin and the Manager Jordan were extremely great at letting us know what decorations would be best for the fish we chose as well as the best food to provide. They all went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed to care for our Betta fish now and in the future. I even had a question the next day and called. Jordan picked up and remembered us from our previous visit and let me know step by step what I needed to do to help make the transition for the fish to the prepared tank easy for the Betta fish. This was the best customer service experience I have ever received anywhere and I’m so glad they are the ones we will repeatedly be working with from now on. GREAT JOB Ariel, Austin and Jordan!!!!!!!

Jessica is very rude, kept cutting me off while I’m speaking. She had an issue with a coupon from my adoption booklet (which no other Petsmart ever had an issue with). I won’t be coming back to this location.

The manager tried to wriggle out of charging their advertised price, then he had a little fit because he was addressed as man rather than sir. Maybe next time if I address him as my lord he wont try to bait and switch.

I stopped by here cause I was close and needed something but the lady who checked us out was very friendly and asked about my kitties and was pleasant to deal with and was greated at the door asking if i needed help.

So my wife and i came to this location to buy some fish you know nothing crazy and while I was there I found 5 different fish that passed away in the tank and had been there for god knows how long ... I wouldnt recommend this Petsmart for anyone unless youre trying to save or adopt the Cats they have in the back they are truly cute.

I do not recommend this PetSmart for grooming. My Australian Shepard was taken there today and over half of his coat was shaved off by Daysia after she was told only to shape him up a little. You are not supposed to shave a double coated dog down that low. I am very upset and I won’t be bringing my dog back there ever again.

Adopted my new kitty here. Great that they care about pets. Kitty was in a kill shelter. He is my new best friend.

Called they told me they had a specific brand and type of food. Went right away, it was not there. Second time this has happened. Petco has it. If you dont carry it just say so dont waste my time.

A very clean PetSmart. Friendly staff. Well stocked each time I have been. Aside from the traffic outside the store, it is a quick stop kind of place if your in a hurry and dont want to wait on lines. Rarely I have waited in line for more than a minute, normally a register is always available where you can walk up and check out.

We bring our fur baby in to help socialize her, because of her being skittish of other people. She was a rehoming situation and I dont believe she was around too many people. The associates are great at this store and the one younger woman there recognizes our girl and comments how she is getting bigger. I may need to get our girl used to other dogs and how to act, not pulling to see others.

Nice pet store with a variety of items including stuff to care for chickens. Many types of animals to adopt both big and small. This location only has male rats. (Responsible pet stores only carry one gender.) If You want a female you will need to visit petco. The sales associate in was super friendly he even introduced my girlfriend and I to the adorable adult cats they had for adoption.

For all your dogs grooming needs see Savannah or Tristan. My babies loved them a lot.They took their time with them and by the time it was time to go, they didn’t even wanna leave.

The vet service is good. Been coming to this location for a about a year and bring my dogs for vet care which is always a pretty smooth experience. The grooming side, I avoid because I had a bad experience. I had to drop off my dog, and was told to come back in 2 to 3 hours. When I came back 3 hours later, my dog was not ready. They asked me to come back at my inconvenience, not to mention I started to worry. I decide to let the matter go as long as my dog was groomed. When they called me back around 3 hours 30 minutes later, I drive back again through the absolutely savage 124 traffic at 4pm and pick up my dog. The groomer/tech makes sure to take my payment and not render a receipt before bringing out my dog, because sure enough, my dog was still a mess. I could tell he was given a very quick wash, he was still wet and had damp hair clumps all over. The nail clip add-on I had paid for was also not done. I asked her did they do his nails and the groomer said we tried and then quickly retreated into the backroom before I could say anything. So i basically left my dog in questionable conditions for questionable reasons for 6 hours. And got fleeced for 40 something bucks. Not a good experience.

Helpful people. I am sure the employee got tired of answering my questions but she never showed it. She gave me great information and helped me make a good choice. I plan to get more pet items here.

Dr. Williams is very good and, he attends to my dog ​​since he was born. I dont like the grooming area, they always cut the dogs hair badly and this last time when I picked it up I got to the car the dog had a tick. The price is getting higher.
