Great customer service and time frame of getting repair was good 1hr wait. Paid to fix my daughters Iphone screen...good job done. Price not extreme but could be better, guess because its a iphone. All around great experience.

Beware! These people will steal your money and not fix the problem. I brought my phone in to install a glass screen protector and gave me my phone back with bubbles. Asked them to fix it and they wanted me to pay for the service again. Why should I pay when you dont know how to install a screen protector? Again, stay away!

Always fulfill your needs

My iPhone 6 had severe water damage. I dropped my phone off at about 5PM and was told it would take at least a day to check for further damage. I called the next day at about 4:30PM to see when I could pick up my phone since I had another errand in the same shopping center. I was told my phone had a lot of water damage, but no other parts needed replacing and that I could pick it up in about 40 minutes. Prompt, professional, and courteous service at a reasonable price! I’m taking my iPad in, as well!

Had a wonderful experience today, the owners/staff are so sweet! They had my phone battery replaced in the time frame they gave me & even got rid of a faint blue circle on my screen without me even inquiring about it. I will be returning to them in the future & recommending them to friends & family.

Terrible they rip u off and have horrible customer service. I recommend checking other locations and letting this be your last option . Paid almost 400 for a note 9 repair when i could have bought a new one and a case for that amount. I didnt care cause I needed it fixed asap but never going here again . On top of that they dont use mask and they are located next literally right next to a hospital that is actively texting for vCovid. Terrible place . Terrible people that work there .

Manager was angry and confrontational, told me to get out of the store for basically no reason. Cursed at me in a different language for stading there wondering what I did to offend him. Please dont use this store for your phone repairs, theyll probably just throw your phone at you.

It called 3 other shops in the area and CPR was the only one willing to order the screen and repair my phone. They were reasonably priced and did an excellent job.

They are very nasty people they wont take back a product my son bought because of covid-19. Try to return the item less than an hour after he bought it. They can take your cash with a high possibility of COVID on it but they wont take back their own products. BULL S*** Dont buy anything in that store.

The first time i brought phone in i had to return because screen wasnt working on left side. They replaced that one. Now this screen is literally coming off and my front camera is now smoky. Do not recommend

Fantastic place!! They were welcoming and kind, I have an older phone (HTC one M8), it wasnt charging and I brought it in. I was told that I may need a new screen because it was cracked may shatter because they have to take it apart. They were careful enough and I didnt need to get a new screen and they fixed my phone within 3hrs. They had the part available in store which I thought was great since my phone was so old. They quoted me the best price out of everyone in the area....I highly recommend going here to get your phone fixed!

They worked a miracle for me. My daughter broke her iPad charger inside the charger port. I tried to take it out myself and pushed it even further and cause a mess inside of it. I brought it to them with hope and was even scared it was already damaged and too late. They didn’t charge me much at all and did a wonderful job...

I stopped in this store just looking for a cell phone for someone else and found a place that goes beyond just cell phone repair. They fix almost anything you can bring them from cell phones to tablets and other similar items. I asked them to fix/modify a particular cord for my cellphone to extend length for car radio integration. They did just that. Highly recommended the services offered.

Couple running this business is very kind. The man was able to repair my wifes phone parts for minimal expense, less than other quotes we got. This allowed us to retrieve the data and transfer it to new phones. We kept it as a back up just in case since it works again.If you have a cell phone need, I would definitely recommend this business. Fair price and a fast turn around. Hope to never need it again, but if I do I will go back to them again.

I was a walk-in, the representative was very professional. she explained the process and the time it would take to replace the invisible screen protector. My daughter and I were acknowledged the minute we walked in. Not much information was needed as this was on warranty. This was completed timely and the phone was delivered to us in a custom bag. Deserving on zero stars ⭐️. On 2-12-2018 I called to ensure there location have the part and time to replace my broken screen. A woman answered and stated the price is $89, yes they had the part, come in. I get there 15minutes later. This rude and unprofessional man, didn’t listen to anything I said. Told me the wait was 2+ hours and there were more important customers in head of me. I quickly exited their store never to return I drove over to Tucker, Ga 30 minutes installation, welcoming staff & cheaper. There are better places so don’t waste your time.

CPR Cell Phone Repair in Snellville was able to fix my phone where my cell carrier and phone manufacturer and other repair shops failed. CPR was the only place that fixed my phone without me worrying about losing any of my data (I had not backed up anything). Other places I contacted said they would have to ship my phone to run a diagnosis and would have to factory reset it - something that was unacceptable to me because I had nothing saved. CPR was able to run diagnostics in store and the staff was very understanding of my situation and they were very nice and caring! I am so grateful to them!

The power button on my phone had become inoperative. I brought it to Cell Phone Repair hoping that they could somehow replace it. Instead they informed me that the original button had just come loose from the motherboard and they were able to solder it back into place. The phone works beautifully!! The service was very fast and at a very fair price. I will definitely use them again!!

The staff here was very personable and friendly. I had a broken earpiece speaker on my phone and they fixed it for $60 in under 2 hours. It’s like I have a new phone again! Beats having to get a new iPhone. They can even fix water damage here too. If I ever have a problem I’ll definitively go here first. Skip the expensive phone warranties with high deductibles. If you’ve got a problem they can fix it. I was very pleased with this business.

I absolutely enjoy this CPR! I was late getting over there a little over a hour before they closed and I was blown away with the customer service they showed me. I had a cracked iPhone 7 Plus and they got my fixed and were even willing to stay after so they could get me my phone back that day! Had screen replaced on my S9 Note. 2 days later it fell out. They said I dropped it, which I didnt I picked it up and it came out in my hand, and wanted to charge me another 40 dollars to put it back in. The guy at Samsung center in Best Buy fixed it and its been fine since.

I went to get my charger port fixed, and I ended up with a bad camera and my flashlight got disconnected. I lost my cool and I went back to the store. JD stayed professional the entire time, while I was ranting. They took a look at it and fixed the problem with NO CHARGE. I was satisfied by the way they handled the situation and how their team stayed professional. Great place !

Excellent and fast service. I got my screen replaced and they were almost $80 cheaper than going to Apple. So far the quality of the screen is like OEM. I recommend them to anybody that wants to save some money and skip the hassle of going to Apples Genius Bar.

They installed a replacement back for my Galaxy S8. After install, it flexed and bent unlike the original. It seemed like it wasnt seated correctly. The phone made a funny popping sound when you squeezed it. After two months it developed a crack (no drop or other impact had occurred). I took it back and they accused me of breaking it. Waste of $99. Go somewhere else.

Ive taken two phones here. My fiance brought his phone here to replace the charging port. When he got it back, after a short while, the microphone went out. We shrugged it off as bad luck and got him a new phone. I took my phone here two to three months ago. The charging port just needed replaced. We chose here since they did fix the charging port on my fiances and knew it would be $75 to tighten the port.They fixed the charging port but a few days later I realized that nobody could hear me when I called them. My microphone was out. So I took it back to CPR. They insisted that it got clogged. Even though it wasnt clogged when I dropped it off. So the man took it in the back and it sounded like he hit it with canned air at no charge to me. We then tried the phone. He called my fiance and he still could not hear my fiance on my phone. The man then insisted that I dropped it. We asked if maybe the soldering got too close to the mic to make it go out. The man stated that he did not solder the port back on my phone. I dont know how phones work so I let it go. A month later my phone died so I went to charge it. It wouldnt charge. I tried several different wires. We took the phone to lifeline this time. The manager there told me there was water damage, which is strange because I dont take my phone near water. After 2 weeks, we called them and asked whats up with the phone. They told me they sent my moto x pure to Atlanta to be soldered because my phone HAD to be soldered and there was a back up. I told them okay, things happen. It was no big deal. Lifeline worked for 5 weeks to try to fix my phone before they finally decided they couldnt. When I got it back the manager explained the charging port was completely loose and not connected. They explained that because the charging port was not put back the way it should, minor amounts of moisture (such as steam in a shower if I had music going while getting ready) would fry my phone. And it did.

Horrible customer service! I took my phone in to get a cracked screen replaced. a month later the screen goes black then starts flashing. I return to this location and i am told that it was because I dropped the phone. this IPhone sits either in my office or in my truck and i run my business off of it. i called another store and was told the issue was a defect in the screen. I was also told it would only cost half the price i originally paid to get it fixed. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!

In July My adult daughter was struck by a drunk driver and killed.Her phone was in the completely destroyed car that they had to cut her out of for three weeks in the rain and elements. When we finally recovered it I took it to this location to attempt to get it working after severe water damage. These folks really went above and beyond douing a triple procwss water repair and then screen repair to finally get the phone working. Since this is all I have left of her i was very happy they did not give up and kept trying.Deeply grateful and wholy satisfied

They really know what they doing. I brought my g2 in came back to pick it up its like the screen never been messed up before.

They fixed my phone in under 3 hours and they were following all social distancing guidelines, when my phone breaks next I will be coming here.

I have utilized CPR several times to fix my familys iPhones- the first time after trying to install a battery myself, only to realize I needed expert assistance! I have been impressed my CPR Snellvilles honesty on the repairs, even when they could not fix my phone.

Its really not a one star. I dont even do reviews but I dont like getting taken for my money. I took them my ps4 for them to repair my HDMI port, which they did and it work for a month. The same symptoms I was having before I took it is happening now and they saying something else is wrong and it from nothing they did. They told me it would another labor charge to figure whats wrong. At this point Im being double charged. I see other customers have the same issues pretty much for the same type of repairs by reading the reviews. The guy told pretty much its about money and he has to get paid, I guess even if they have so called fixed it before. I would not recommend CPR.

So my screen on my iphone 5 popped off, it wasnt damaged and the touchscreen worked perfectly fine. So, I take it in to see how much its going to be to put it back in place. The lady looks at it and says, ohhh, youre probably going to have to get a new screen, but let me check. So, she goes to the back to I guess get a second opinion and comes back to tell me Im going to have to get a new screen and it would be $94-$96. Again, my screen wasnt broken, scratched, or damaged, so I went to another repair shop and guess what...I didnt need to get a new screen. They put my screen back in place for $25. That goes to show that all this place just cares about is the $$$ and are willing to lie to your face to make an extra buck.
