So I was needing to replace my dads screen for him after cracking it in several places on his iPhone12, and had called around to over 7 different Phone Repair stores to try and get the best deal for my dad. I was told prices was $450 - $250 everywhere within a 30 mile radius in Gwinnett. I was also quoted by other places it took take a few hours to fix or at least an hour. I stumbled upon this location by chance when going to NothingBundtCakes to pick up my daughters cupcake for her birthday and found this establishment and decided to walk in to see how much they would charge me since I was already there. I was greeted by Sam, and told him I was needing to get my dads screen replaced, showed him the phone and he said he would do it for me for under $250 with the better quality screen and could have it done in 30 minutes! I was thrilled because it was cheaper and faster than everywhere else I called so I dropped the phone off. I came back and the phone looked brand new like it was just purchased, and Sam was AMAZING! I had an American Express credit card and didnt realize they didnt take it, so had to use cash and Sam worked with me to make it work. I have never had such a good experience at an establishment and I cant say enough good things about this place! They are fair, professional, knowledgeable, great customer service, fast, and quality service! Highly recommend to all!

My phone screen has been cracked for slightly over a year now. There is a cover on the screen but numerous businesses have told me that they could not fix it or if they attempted that it would be upwards of $250+. I found iFixScreens by complete happenstance as I was going to a business in the same plaza and just happened to see it and decided to just see if they could possibly fix the phone. Malik looked at my phone and within 10 seconds told me that he didnt believe my screen was cracked and that the issue was the actual protector and not the screen. I was apprehensive because this is complete different than what Ive heard over the past year. He said he was going to take the cover off and he did. Low and behold, the screen was completely fine! He explained that many providers would charge high rates and simply remove the cover knowing that nothing was wrong with the screen! This guy is a very fair and stand up person! You dont see that kind of honestly everyday from people in business to make money! He saved me at least $250, so I was compelled to patronize his business with a new case and screen protector! I highly recommend iFixScreens in Snellville. At the very least youll receive an honest assessment, professionalism and fair pricing!

I cracked my phone for the first time and needed my screen and LCD replaced. Sam was the associate that helped me. He was very fast and reasonable. I went to Ifixscreens in snellville on 8/29. I walked in at 7pm with a cracked screen on my iPhone 7 Plus. I was happily met by a gentleman named Ali. Ali yes we can fix it. I asked him how long he said give me about an hour. I said ok, let me call my wife to let her know I will not have my phone for a little while. My wife said to see about getting my youngest son phone fixed who’s phone was in my truck by happen chance. I went and got it out the truck and Ali said yeah we can fix it right after yours. So I said great. I had no where to go so I sat in the lobby area and watching tv while I waited. 20 minutes later Ali returned my iPhone 7 plus. 20mins!!! Wow. They are now repairing my sons iPhone. Nothing but great service. The coffee was good and complimentary by the way too. Breaking news, as I type this, Ali just told me my son phone is done. Wow again!!! Two iPhones repaired in 25 minutes.

NOT APPLE CERTIFIED!!! If you take an Apple phone here it will void the warranty and may not work right. My home button did not work after visiting here. I just broke my screen again and had it fixed my a certified Apple place and it all works great again. Only reason it is not one start is because he tried to get everything to work multiple times and was friendly.

I have spent so much money with this place between my families phones. I had a glass protector put on and 4 wks later it just slid off no sticky on it at all, no cracks or scratches. I take it back he says he’s never seen that happen before but there’s nothing he can do about it . Obviously it wasn’t put in right or it’s defective. You just lost a customer. I’m a business owner I wouldn’t have lost a loyal customer over $20

I requested a repair estimate on ifixscreens.com website for the Snellville location. I was quoted $219 for a screen replacement. I just took my phone into the Snellville, Ga location and they said they would not honor this price. They said the online price quote was from the corporate office and they are independently owned.... they best they could do is $279.... why are you false advertising repair prices?

Do not use these guys there is no warranty on a $329 phone screen that cracked in the otter box case 8 days after replacement. Heres the deal.. I had a screen replaced on my Samsung Note 9 on Saturday October 31st. They called me after quoting $329.00 to tell me my s-pen was missing and the back of the phone was cracked. This was cool because I already knew. I approved the replacement of the rear glass and replacement the s-pen in the new amount of $394.00. This is where it gets messed up. I picked up the phone 9 days ago and its been in an otter box case since I picked it up with no problems. This morning I look at my phone to reply to an email I heard come through and the screen is cracked. I have not dropped the phone or put pressure on it in any way being its in an otterbox case. I thought ok this is for sure a defective screen. I then called Ifixscreens to let them know my screen was defective and was told the screen is not under warranty I damaged it. I DID NOT DAMAGE ANYTHING. What good is a warranty on a screen if its not covered 9 days and $394.00 later. The man was not cool at all and repeated the manufactor does not cover damaged screens. I did not damage the screen and for $394.00 it should be covered somehow. They will not help me in any way and want another $329.00 to fix the screen that was defective to begin with. Unbelieveable. DONT USE THESE GUYS THEY DONT BACK THERE PRODUCT OR LABOR.

They sell stolen phones and then refuge to give you a refund! Then when they do agree to give you a refund.. they tell you that they don’t know how to.. that they have to call the company to see if they want to refund your money. Dishonest and shady business! Had to make multiple trips only to be meant with excuses and lies.

DONT LET THE RATEINGS FOOL YOU, this ifixscreens was probably the worst phone repair store I ever been to. They where supposed to fix my screen and in the process they ended up messing up my sim card so my data didnt work. Every day they said it would be ready, it wouldnt be ready. They had my phone for over three weeks I finally got it back today and the data still dont work like what was yall doing. Please dont waste your time and money, I should have went to the phone repair close to my house 😒

This store uses extremely low quality parts when replacing screens. We had a screen replaced on an iPhone 8+ and the phone started to get hot while using it, the battery life became terrible, The color of the display was off, and the screen sensitivity changed. I would not recommend using this Store when you can spend just a little bit more money and have it repaired by apple with a genuine Apple replacement screen.

The guy was great, fixed my iPhone 7 screen super fast.But when he handed it back my colors were super dull.. it was weird. He assured me that this was normal, even if I took it to Apple. So I called Apple and they said that wasnt true. I had the guy put my cracked screen back on and refund me. Again, super nice and quick.Then I went to Apple. When they tried to replace my screen, my display was gone. GONE. No way to truly describe it. They said whoever tried to fix my screen totally destroyed my display. I had to buy a WHOLE NEW PHONE. Luckily I was able to buy a display phone for the same price as the repair.Oh, and taking it to Apple was 30 bucks cheaper.
