I am a single mom, and it was a blessing to find Auto Tech USA because their prices are fair and they are honest and dependable. They have done everything from placing a transmission in my older car to changing my oil. Recently I went there because my battery did not work. Instead of trying to sell me a new battery they did a quick fix and I was on my way.

Great shop. Ive used them a few times over the years, no problem too big or small. Quick turn around and always fixed right the first time.

This is the most dishonest repair shop Ive ever been at. I brought my car to another mechanic to get a second opinion on what they said was wrong and they FLAT OUT LIED about what my car needed. I saved LITERALLY hundreds of dollars by not trusting these theives. STAY CLEAR if you want to be treated properly.

Brought my car for an oil change. I am very happy to have found this place. The owner works for a dealership of my same car factory. The prices are more then fair. The waiting food is comfortable.

Outstanding service.This place was suggested by someone who sold me a car to repair something I called them told them what was going on he told me to bring it in he repaired it return it to me at no cost because it was something he missed in the beginning. I will take my autos to them in the future because he told me what he was going to do and did in a timely manner. I really appreciated the wonderful truthful staff.

Very efficient service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They charge $17 for an emissions test so the prices are fair. The guy at the front desk also changed the battery in my key fob because I couldnt get it open which was nice of him. I will return next time I need my emissions done.

In my 25 years driving cars I find Auto Tech to be the most honest and trustworth garage.My wife and I have taken our cars there for the past 2 years. We have had multiple experiences where the mechanic added air, tightened a nut or fixed a loose wire for little or no cost.These guys are amazing and they have my recommendation without reservation.

I took my car to these guys at the end of last summer to check out the air conditioning in my 2002 Honda CR-V. They said that the whole system had to be replaced except the hoses which were all fine. Cost me $1200 but I figured hey, at least now Ill have a working air conditioner for next summer. This summer rolls around and the air conditioning which has not been used all year is running very weakly. I took it back to them since I still had a 1 year warranty and they said that one of the hoses had a slow leak and would cost $470 to replace. First off - if the hose had a leak, why did they not discover this last year? Second off - I called another mechanic who said theyd replace the same hose for $300. I called back Auto Tech USA to let them know Id be taking it to another mechanic. They said that was fine, then called me back 30mins later to tell me that they were going to charge me $90 to diagnose it. REALLY!?!? Ive never been charged more than $60 to diagnose a car. Also Im out $1290 and STILL dont have a working air conditioner...

Just had my brakes serviced today as a first time customer at Auto Tech USA Snellville. I must say totally professional, friendly and pricing on repairs were fantastic. I actually paid $30.00 less than was quoted for the brake job. Most places would have just charged me the quoted price and pocket the diff, but they passed the savings down to the customer. My ford dealership wanted double the price for the same repairs. Job well done, I will return! Thank you.

Most honest shop in town!

I called and visited a week ago, the day my truck began makeing noises consistent with a bad wheel bearing. They were the only shop that were even open to taking a look at my problem that day. They even took my limited time into account and told me they would squeeze me in the next morning if they found that to be the case. I recived a call within an hour telling me it was a dust shield rubbing the rotor. Its been almost a week and its quiet as ever. Because these guys were honest they saved me nearly $300 you gotnto love that. You better bet they will be the first place I call if I have more mecanical issues with any of my vehicles.

The owner has fixed problems with my bmw 525i that bmw certified shops were not capable of. He is extremely knowledgeable with how to simply fix a car even a bmw. I trust him like my father when it comes to his repairs and his pricing. He is better then bmw certified. Give him a try for your next car maintenance.
