Came in on a Saturday to delete the Mid Muffler on my Dodge Challenger and, just like I was told, it was a first come, first serve.Nick got me almost immediately and had me all done in about an hour - very impressed and my car sounds great!Also, I did not know they did more than just Exhaust systems and will more than likely use them whenever my car(s) need something else done to them

Please do not go here. I took my Ford Edge here for something happening with my brakes, told them I was scared to drive w my new baby in it. They said it was going to be $600. Got a second opinion and it was a recall - absolutely free. Will never ever go back there and absolutely dont recommend anyone else either.Disgusting to take advantage of a woman who truly may not know any better and a new Mom. The person I did end up using said that was pretty despicable and gives mechanics a bad name.

Used to be a good place, not anymore, Andy got greedy.Had brake issues and they changed the master cylinder, it broke again 3 months later and still charged me the same amount I paid to get it fixed the first time. Paid it but we will not use his business anymore.

Had them install new catalytic converters and a new muffler on my Jeep. Wasn’t sure which muffler I wanted so I asked the guy behind the counter for his recommendation and went with it, he got that exact sound I wanted for a pretty cheap price. Will definitely return.

My girlfriend was recommended Andys mufflers from a friend of hers who had recently visited. Andys was a little out of the way for us but was worth the drive. Andy and his guys performed a muffler delete for my girlfriends mini cooper in less then an hour. We where in and out and the new exhaust tips looked great. Would highly recommend for anyone needing exhaust work.

These guys have been taking care of my folks cars for years. When my mom had a strange noise after having a flat they kept looking until they found it and fixed it for no extra. Great honest place to have your work done.

Absolute best auto repair shop Ive visited. I was able to talk to the owner himself when setting everything up. They started working on my car within 30 minutes of arriving and finished up quickly. Made sure to talk to me about what was going on and really took care of me and my car at a reasonable price. This was my first visit and Im pretty sure I wont be going anywhere else from now on.

The exhaust system was ok after the 3rd time bringing it to the shop. We were given an estimated price. It ended up being over $100 over that.

Ive been going to Andys for all of my vehicles, sinice 2006. 98 Dodge Ram, 04 Ford F150, 05 Dodge Magnum R/T. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Installation time, and quality, is great. Theyve worked with me on suggesting what would work/sound best for my custom exhaust projects, and they have delivered the results. Ive never had a bad experience with these guys. Customer service is impeccable, and they answer any questions with professional courtesy, and knowledge. Its always exciting to take a trip there, because I know Im getting the best service possible. Highly, and I mean highly, recommend these guys.

I was recommended to Andys a few years ago and have never ever had a complaint about them. They have done muffler work on my Honda and I have recommended several people to them. Recently I purchased a Kia Van that had a problem with the A/C. I was told there was something wrong and I needed some free-on in my A/C. and was charged $122.94 on May 26,2013, I left there very happy with my A/C blowing great. Three days later,my air stopped working again, on June 13 2013 I took it back and was told I needed more free-on and was charged another $56.40. At this point I asked what was going on why am I having to keep putting free-on in my van.I was told there was a leek some where but it could not be found. This time I took it some place else. As soon as the mechanic open the hood he saw free-on every where and the hose that it was leaking from. He could not believe how the guys at Andys took advantage of me, knowing that I am a senior citizen that has no knowledge of car repairs. The new place I went to replaced the hose refilled my car with free-on and charged me $55.80 for everything, and told me if I have any other problems to bring it back and they would repair it for no additional charge and he put it in writing. I think that it is so sad how Andys Muffler take advantage of elder woman. I really do not think that they would want their mothers or grand mothers to get cheated and taken advantage of like this. I wish you guys no bad luck because I am a Christian, but just a future note, The God I serve sees and hears all and vengeance is his says the Lord. It does not matter how long you have been in business, God can strip you down to a vacant lot so be careful while taking advantage of Gods Children . God Bless..PS...Ladies Please dont make the mistake I made of going to Andys with out your husband, son, boyfriend, someone that can assist and ask the correct questions because they will take advantage of you!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE... HORRIBLE MECHANICS... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... I took my car there because I was having problems with misfires. I was wanting to get my 96 Impala back on the road as a daily driver. After getting my car serviced at another shop and having my emissions done, I decided to look into why the car was misfiring. I took it to another company and they wanted me to pay an unreasonable amount for a new catalytic converter. I called Andys and they quoted me a better price, so I took my car to them to diagnose the problem. Well, they found other issues that THEY THINK could be causing the misfires. They suggested replacing the spark plug wires and the serpentine belt because it was sounding like it was having issues as well. I agree to the work and paid my tab. A week later my car is running extremely rough, misfiring, jerking, running hotter than usual, so I contact the shop and drop it back off with them to correct the issues. Four days later they cant find a solution to the problem. (Over those four days, I constantly have to call them for updates) I pick my car up on the fourth day and Im given an enormous list of issues with my car totaling $1500 and my car running even worse. Before I can get home, my car is smoking, running hot,misfiring and making even louder sounds than it ever had. I get home to find fluid all over my engine and continuously spewing onto the engine from the coolant reservoir. I take it back to them the next day to discuss the work that has been done and possibly a refund. There is no way Im going to let them continue destroying my car, yet their answer was to leave my car with them and let them continue to investigate. They accused me of lying about the car passing the emissions test and blaming their shoddy work on the fact that my car is old. Now I have to take my car to a real mechanic shop to fix the new issues that they have caused. If you are looking for reviews on these guys, this is it. STEER CLEAR... THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS...

BUYERS BEWARE!! Shady business practices !! Watch out!!! Agreed to buy a set of tires they had offered on Facebook. Set up appointment to meet in the morning. Then come and find out that morning they sold tires out from under me without any notification! I called ahead. I arrived at around 8:45. I left my Challenger with them. They did not finish until 5:30 pm. It was a routine flowmaster install. I was the first customer of the day but they took all day. I think because I left it with them they felt it wasnt urgent. They did not even give me an explanation. I wont go back.

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 Liter. I wish I never took my vehicle there! I simply went in to have some headers installed properly to replace the stock exhaust manifolds. I called ahead of time and spoke to Bryan, informed me that rate is based at $110 an hour. Wasnt able to provide me an estimated time window. I requested to Bryan when the work order was being handled by him was to check to make sure fitment wasnt an issue before continuing installation. Took almost 5 hours, only later to discover that modifications to my exhaust pipe were made in order to complete fitment, wish I was contacted before than took place and now afterwards. The headers dont have proper clearance within the engine bay, they are crashing against my steering shaft. A test drive shouldve been completed to double check there were no unforeseen issues in drivability (not driving the truck around their parking lot). I went back to try to resolve this issue in person face-to-face. The owner Andy was their and gave me an extremely hard time, very difficult trying to cooperate with me and gave me the run around. It was a Saturday morning and I visited when the opened up after 07:00 am. Andy told me he didnt have any bays available in the shop for my car to be looked but there were no customers there. This place charges top dollar with mediocre work at best.

7/11/13 - Had an unbelievable experience with Andys Muffler Shop. What a blessing this company was to me and my family. Their services were top notch and completed the work needed in a quick manner as promised. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

I have gone to Andys Muffler every year for 10 years for my emissions test. They have been efficient, thorough, and economical. I trust them to be honest and competent.

What a rip off artist! My Daughter had work done, and she had to keep coming back because they did not fix the car right the first time....this happened not once, or twice, but several times. I brought my truck in for a u join problem, and oil change....these people fixed the loud noise it was giving me, but when I started driving it at work I still heard a little bit of sound coming from the u joints...AGAIN! My daughter is STILL having to come back again and again for work they just completed! They told her to drive it a week, and if she is still not satisfied to bring it back and they will try...TRY to see what the problem is....Me as well as my Daughter have already found another place to go which is a well known company that KNOWS how to fix a problem the FIRST time, and provide better customer service than these incompetent jerks!

Again, I have gone to Andys Muffler and received exceptional service on my Mustang. It is a show car and this is the only muffler shop that I will take it to. Thanks again guys for a professional job.David A.

Andy’s muffler did exceptional work on my Nissan Altima going above and beyond to complete the work on my fuel pump.

Brought my truck in here for a head gasket replacement. Originally quoted me $1000 total and 3 days in the shop. I had asked them to let me know about the timing chain because if it did need it now would be time to do it @ 200k + miles.Not only did I not get a phone call during all of this work but I had to call them after 5 days and not hearing from them at all. So I call and they say its ready. Not sure why they didnt let me know it was ready muchessential about the timing chain. I go to pick up the truck and they mention that due to machining costs the price is now $1500.Reluctantly I pay the $1500 but when I got to start my truck it does not idle properly. Once driving its fine but at idle it sounds like its misfiring.I leave the truck with the shop for anot her 2 weeks and they were unable to determine why. And they never gave me a single update during the 2 weeks. I kept having to call and see. IMPORTANT: My general observation is that this shop has too high a volume for the number of workers so they do the bare minimum in order to get the vehicle back on the road. Not to mention thatAfter being exhausted with no solution I took possession of my vehicle that is now running rougher thanot before I brought it in. The proof behind my general observation...before I brought the truck to them I replaced all spark plugs....brand new. Here is the list of things they did or did not do appropriately:1. Exhaust manifold was missing 2 bolts2. Much of the brackets that route cables, wires and hoses were not put back. This is just plain laziness and while not required for operation, you would expect the parts of your car to be placed back. Those brackets route those cables, wires and hoses for a reason. To prevent wear and tear from friction and heat.3. The number 2 spark plug is completely rounded off. I still cant ascertain if during the course of replacing a head gasket they looked at other issues and saw theach appropriate time to repair other items. Because again they never called me to discuss any of this.So now here I am having to take the head off completely undoing what I paid for because they failed to inform and properly inspect other items. Over all a poor shop. Unless you have to go to them for a simple oil change or coolant flush dont bother after all they are a muffler shop. They also will probably charge too much for the oil change or the coolant flush as well.When I talked with Andy about all this his response was. Youre not going to find another shop that will be able to diagnose. Toyota calls me when they dont know what it is.My advise is to take your money elsewhere because they will either over charge or leave your vehicle worse off when it comes to engine repair.

Had initially given them 5 stars and left with being told there were no problems and that my transmission was “strong”. Transmission started acting up and went to a more local mechanic and they told me the transmission fluid was so burnt that it was damaging my transmission.
