Live in Vegas now but I HAD to stop by here when I came back for a visit. I love their sugar wax Brazilian service.Also some dumb lady was throwing a fit about having to wait and the front desk person handle it beautifully!

Absolutely LOVE this place. I’ve been getting my Brazilian Sugaring done here for some time. Service is impeccable each time and they are always so friendly and professional. Dionna is awesome with the sugaring! She makes sure that you’re as comfortable as possible, is very thorough, and leaves you with an amazing job.Would for sure recommend to people who are possibly new to waxing or sugaring as well.

Everyone here is good. Its as painless as possible le and everyone is very nice. I can always get an appointment at the day/time I request. Booking online is very easy too

Nice facility. Ladies are pleasant. Dont like the getting appt confirmation the day before then a call the next day advising there was a change and the aesthetician you requested was shifted to the other location.

I cant believe that I sat in their lobby for over 30 minutes and no service. Another customer shows up and they take her back within a minute or so. When I i inquired, they told me that my service provider, Felicia, was the reason for the delay. After all my years of coming here, I have never experienced such horrific service or lack of service. Super disappointed and I will not ever come back. #lost customer

Every person who does my wax is friendly, professional, does an amazing job and is quick about what is usually a very painful private mkment. Even pre COVID this place was very clean, sanitary, and hygienic. I felt comfortable coming here even in the midst of COVID.

V was my esthetician today, and she was very nice and did a great job!

I was driving by and saw a sign offering new customers a Brazilian Sugaring for $35. Booked my appointment and it was confirmed by email twice. Then I showed up and they were not ready at my scheduled time and they wanted to charge me $50. They called the manager and he refused to honor the price. Terrible customer service.

I was excited to try this place out since it had good reviews but was so disappointed . I made the appointment through email which now I regret it. I called right at 10 for my appt because on their website it says call before entering so I was following their precautions I was on hold for 8 mins Outside freezing in 48 degree weather just to be told that they double booked the 10 a clock spot. I had the email of my appointment confirmation and told the girl, She said that the girl that booked it was new and absent didn’t know what she was doing . She later called me back to tell me they booked me for the midtown location. It was all a hot mess. If you make an appointment here I would CALL never email and I would ask them to confirm the location because clearly they don’t.

I always get the sugaring bikini wax here. The esthitician is always quick and friendly. Sugaring is good if you have sensitive skin or the heat from waxing is too much for you. First timers get a $10 discount and when you refer a friend, you can get $10 off your next session.

If you choose to go here name sure you select someone experienced. They used hard wax but as she was removing it the steps would break which prevented her from doing a clean pull. It is not suppose to be as painful as my experience was. On a positive side they do or fresh was for each customer. No double dipping here.

Closed earlyThe website states that the business closes at 8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:40 PM requesting an eyebrow and lip wax. I was told that they couldnt accommodate me because they had already closed the register. WHAT!!!! I understand preparing for closing but to not allow a person service 20 minutes before they close is ridiculous. How much money, including tip, did the business lose. Not only that, the business loss my future business as well. If you want to close and be out by 7:40 pm.. close at 7:30. If I was the owner, Id be highly dissapointed in my staff - assuming the owner wasnt there.

The atmosphere is amazing and the ladies are extremely helpful! Everyone is in a good mood whenever Im here. Not to mention they have an awesome clothing selection...i love sweet samba!

This was my first experience with waxing my legs and I was pleasantly surprised with the service! The receptionist was very friendly and patient with me as I asked my questions. The esthetician used a roll-on wax and talked with me during the process. She put a soothing oil on my legs afterward and gave me some tips how to manage ingrown hairs until the next time I could have my waxing done. Im excited to return!

I go here every 4-5 weeks for the Brazilian wax. Love this place. They have these punch cards that gets you a free wax job after 7 visits.

I had a great experience the first 4 times I went. Amazing service from Denise Richards!!!! My 5th time was not such a pleasant experience. The woman was aggressive and left me in pain with leftover wax everywhere. Ill never go without calling ahead to make sure I get Denise.

I love sweet samba! I moved OTP and only used sweet samba ITP (inside the perimeter) but this location was just like the other ones! Nice, clean, friendly. My wax looked wonderful, definitely my new wax spot!

I go to Olga. Shes fast and efficient. and doesnt ask for your entire life story while waxing. She lets me sits there in peace and quiet and respond to emails without forcing convo.

Okay I rarely write reviews but I just had to share details on the incompetent service I received at this establishment. I received my very first brazilian wax here and made sure to do thorough research on how to prepare for this service. Naturally i knew it was going to be able, however the pain i felt from this wax was beyond excruciating. Its as if the esthetician did not care about implementing a procedure that would make the pain a little more bearable. She rushed and was not thorough at all. In fact, when she finished i still had clumps of wax all over my legs and bikini area. She didnt even bother to at least put something on the area afterwards to soothe it (such as aloe vera gel), or at least clean up the gloppy mess of wax stuck in areas i dont even want to talk about. I did not receive aftercare instructions even though i stated that it was my first time getting waxed. I was in pain for a good week following this wax. The area was irritated and simple tasks such as sitting were incredibly painful for me. Sad to say, I will not be returning to this establishment. Theyre only getting 3 stars because the young lady at the desk was so nice.

So. Dirty. Trash can overflowing, stains on the walls and the most grimy, filthy carpet in the appt room. Esthetician put on gloves, then opened the door to our room to speak with someone outside, came back and had NO intention of changing gloves after touching a public handle. I can’t imagine how many health codes this place is violating. Also my appt was at 1:40 and I wasn’t called back until 2:10. Haven’t been there in 3+ years and won’t ever come back. It’s a total disaster.

I waited to post this hoping I would at least receive a call from Someone/anyone from Sweet Samba but I have not and it has been almost 2 weeks. Im gonna try to be as brief as possible. Any way, I went here for a Brazilian wax, as I have done several times within the past year. This time I was serviced by Yani. I always ask the esthetician how long they have been doing Brazilians and how long they have been at this location because you get someone new almost every time you go here. That was not the problem though...the problem was that Yani got the wax stuck and had to call in someone else for reinforcement. I was still patient at that point because I knew she was new. The young lady who came in to help her (Veronica or Victoria) was able to get the wax removed and explained to Yani that she has to do one side at a time. Not even 2 minutes later she got the wax stuck AGAIN! This time she explained to me that she could not remove the wax and she left me lying on the table with a big glob of wax between my legs for approximately 20 minutes. Not one time did she come back to check on me, to see if I was okay, or to let me know the ETA of the other esthetician (who was with a client of her own). I have been getting waxed for about 5 years and this was BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I felt like she was ripping my skin off and it was so painful! Here it is 2 weeks later and I still feel some discomfort. PLEASE BEWARE! This boutique rotates estheticians with some of their other boutiques so you never really get an opportunity to get comfortable with your esthetician. My experience was horrible and I will NOT be patronizing this business ever again!

I came here to experience my first Sugaring Brazilian. The experience wouldve been better if I didnt wait so long. I had a few hairs that were left by the technician, but for tje most part it was a great visit.

The owner of this business is a racist vigilante that should be arrested. Today she assaulted me while I was at a light on Barrett Parkway. I was sitting at the light when I noticed that I had a puddle in my seat. Normally I dont travel in this area however, due to traffic Waze to me this route. While at the light, I indeed made the mistake of littering by placing the bottled water and cup in a bag and placing it outside my car. When I did so, the owner pulled up in her white Porsche and began to curse at me. I shrugged my shoulders and continued to look straight forward. Within seconds, she jumped out of her truck, picked the bag up, emptied the water onto my car and threw the cup, bottle and bag at my car which ultimately hit my vehicle. This is against the law and is simple assault. After she did this, she had the audacity to call the police. When I called Cobb County Police they negated to address her misdeed and turned his focus to the fact that she called in first. This an example of why blacks are disenfranchised in America. Had I acted this way, Cobb County would have immediately issued a warrant for my arrest. Please DO NOT support this business owner as she does not act within the boundaries of the law.

Would not recommend going here. Got a Brazilian Wax here - it was just okay. I left sticky and had to go home and try to remove the leftover wax on my own. (they have signs up that say dont call them if you go home and find that they missed a spot which is horrible). So while I was there I scheduled a facial appt. When I showed up they told me the facial pricing went up $20.00 (I had just made the appointment the day before and called and confirmed). They still had signs up with the old pricing so I refused to pay more. They did the facial which was mediocre at best - the steam machine wouldnt stay still so it was either too high or I didnt feel it at all. I asked for moisturizer for my lips and the aesthetician said she didnt have anything. The aesthetician chewed GUM the whole time - who can relax when someone is chomping over you. And Lastly, I was pregnant and asked about the comfort of the table when I made my appt. The receptionist told me that it was an adjustable table where they could put your head or feet up in the most comfortable position for you. I walked in and it was just a flat table with sheets on it. I complained to the manager but still had to pay full price for the visit. She apologized for my awful experience but didnt offer me a discount, a complimentary return visit or anything. I was so disappointed. This was meant to be a relaxing treat for me as it was last day of work before starting maternity leave. What awful service -> receptionist, management and the aesthetician. Guess Ill stay with Village Health Spa in Smyrna, GA for future facials!

I have been waxing for over four years now, and this was by far the worst waxing place I have ever been to. I made an appointment to get a wax and still waited over 30 mins before I left. This was very rude and inconsiderate.

Marybeth incorrectly placed eyelashes using the wrong size and too much glue on December 05, 2018. On December 21, 2018, during a visit for a refill of lashes, it took the technician over four to remove the glue where it normally takes one. The manager refused to speak with me or address the poor service. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They are just OK. Ive tried them a few times because they are close to my house but I always leave sticky. I have broken out every time I went there. This last time was the worst. You also cant make and appointment with a person you prefer. I only like having one person that I trust with my V.

This place wasnt very clean. And the lady that did my wax didnt even get all the hair. It seemed like she didnt quite know what she was doing. Will not be going here again.
