Im a regular at Monas. I am confident in sitting in any one of the ladies chair. They are really skilled in listening and giving me exactly what I want. I like that they are conservative in taking out hair on the eyebrows and not overly arching

I had an eyebrow mistake done by my old eyebrow person. It was a pretty bad one…I saw someone with really nice brows so i was told to come here!So far I’ve been twice and I’m probably never going to stop!I’ll suggest not coming in a day the braves play because the parking lot is a little hectic. And not too late on fridays because it’s really busy!But other than that, service is nice and friendly.Your brows are brushed out and reviewed before starting.As my brows are growing out of the mistake phase, she has taken the time to work with them growing back correctly. I really appreciate the patience’s had with my brows during my last two visits. I hope they are completely grown back soon lol.

I live in the area and was trying to find a place closer to home and ran across this place. I came here because they accept walk-ins and got the absolute WORST wax I’ve ever had in my life. They use soft (strip) wax on Brazilians in which hard wax should be used. Soft wax should be used for the clean up, in which, I still had a lot of hair left over and I get waxed regularly so there’s never a lot there to begin with. When I asked her to use the hard wax, she laid it too thin and had to repeatedly pick at my skin to lift it when she should’ve made a tab at the end for pulling. I don’t believe they are certified in Brazilians and it DOES require a separate certification than a regular waxing esthetician. I literally had to walk the lady through the wax. It was extremely painful and not worth the money. If I could’ve given zero stars I would.

I am new to the area and was looking for a place to get my eyebrows threaded. The space was clean, I walked in and had a no wait time. The ladies there were friendly and did great work. I will definitely be coming here from now on!

The ladies here are artists with the eyebrows. I dont know how many men they see but Im always highly impressed with their work, and the low price means I can tip them better! Always a good experience.

I honestly expected better based on all of the positive reviews. However, while the eyebrow threading service I received here was quick, i was very dissapointed with how the shape and length of my eyebrows turned out.. I explained to the lady that I had grown my eyebrows out for months since I havent been able to go to my regular eyebrow lady back home in Dallas.. I explained that I wanted to keep them long and thick.. but it just ended up short and uneven.

Always stop by here to get my eyebrows done even if I don’t live in the area any more! So quick and my eyebrows look amazing everytime.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. However the inconsistency of techs has made me decide to go elsewhere. Every few months it’s new faces and there is clearly no standard of service because results vary each visit. I really wonder are some of these ladies trained or are they hired because they are friends/family. The last service I received turned out terribly... the entire inner portion of my left brow was removed. She asked would I like it tinted...which I would have had to pay for. I wouldn’t need my brow tinted had she not obviously over threaded my brow and I still payed full price. I always grow my brows out before re-threading so they can be as full as possible. The price is very affordable which kept me coming back but I guess you get what you pay for

I accompanied my 3 yr old daughter for her hair cut. she was super cranky( Crying in her full pitch and jumping out of the seat). One other stylist joined the one who was doin the hair cut and helped comfort my daughter. By far this has been the best location among 5 other salons I have taken my daughter for hair cut. I strongly recommend this place for small kids.

I love this place. Sometimes there is a wait during the weekend but I dont mind cause they are great with my eyebrows! I brought my husband with me the last time to get his eyebrows done and he loved it, lol. We will both be back!

It was my first visit and I won’t ever come back. I went today to get my eyebrows done & the lady that did my eyebrows keep begging me to thread my chin i told her no I didn’t want too. & she keep and keep forcing me and I keep saying no. So after that she asked one last time and she was like I’ll do it free and I said okay then that’s fine so she could leave alone . She finished up and I’m about to pay and she ended up charging me $7 dollars just for my damn chin. Like it pisses me off, plus she messed up my eyebrows they look all cricket. Very ashamed of this place

Rude service and unclear pricing. I went there for a haircut three times. Everytime I had the exact same style cut but she charged three different prices. And she was increasingly rude. She expects you to exactly tell the length (e.g 1.2 inches) and cant take approximate answers. She wouldnt keep checking until the end and wouldnt like if you tell her please cut half an inch more type of things. Come on, why wouldnt you check during the cut? The chair is not suitable for short folks too and mirror is not visible. She is so freaking rude if you ask her to cut little more..then charges high. The haircut is $12 and up. So she can charge whatever she feels like and cant explain the rationale. Would never go again and also I wont recommend to anyone. Cheaper places like this cant give you good service, learnt my lesson the hardway.

I used to love this place, however, theres a new young lady who was intentionally rude to me. I dont understand it. I do know I will never go back and Ive been a client for about 4 years. Dueces back at you.

Did a sub par job on my henna. Do not go here I repeat do not go here for henna. Now I’m stuck with a messy mediocre design on my skin for weeks and ruined my birthday expectations. I told the lady I did not like it because it was rushed and didn’t look like the picture I showed her. She didn’t care. Bad customer service. I would have rather spent $10 on a parking ticket or meter.

Went in today for my usual 6 week clean-up. There was a new person there . She has no idea what she is doing and now I’m doomed with thin uneven eyebrows for 4 weeks. Of course I still had to pay.

This was my go-to eyebrow threading salon! They used to do an excellent job threading my eyebrows but after that, whenever I would go get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded, I end up still having strays of hair left around my eyebrow area and hair still left on my upper lip! Will never go back to this salon!

I had a Groupon for Monas and this was actually a different Monas salon within 3 miles of the one I had my Groupon for. They didnt mention that when I came in for my 2 oclock appointment that i had actually made at the correct salon. As a result, I wasted $50 on the worst Brazilian wax Ive ever had. I get them monthly so they are usually not painful at all but this chick let the wax get cold and had to apply more hot wax to rip off the cold wax and now my cooter hurts like hell and burns when I pee...way worse than my first wax, which is typically the most painful. Ive been to at least 5 different waxing salons and would recommend all of them over this place. Dont waste your time or money.

I love this shop, the place keeps a steady stream of business and if there are complaints they must be handled immediately because Ive never noticed a scene.

Service has really taken a nose dive lately. A lot of ladies who arent good in threading. After my last trip I had cut marks under my brow from the threading, not usual. I dont have thick even lashes & the ladies before used to whip them into place but these new women cant get it right. After my services are used up, Ill be finding a new salon for my threading needs.

They arent consistent with shaping eyebrows( the only people are good are Mona and Ash). Today I walked and I wasnt greeted at all.After sitting for fifteen minutes Nesha, butchered my eyebrows Smh... i told her to clean them up. It took me forever to grow them out for a nice shape now Im back at sqaure one.
