I come to this place to get my eyebrows threaded. They never seem to disappoint me. Once I came and it wasn’t bad but wasn’t how I wanted. The owner allowed me to come back and she fix for free. I always went to the owner to get service. She is awesome. Beautiful job every time. I went this pass week and she was out. So I tried a new face I seen twice which I know her name. Mia she layed my brows. I love this place and will continue to come. Thanks again Mia I love my brows 😍😍😍

I am always so skeptical about getting my eyebrows threaded but THIS PLACE was amazing. I was greeted when I first came in and immediately got me in a seat to get my eyebrows done. Helia did a wonderful job! She’s the first person ever to actually keep my eyebrows naturally thick and not thinned out 😌. I was super grateful for it. It wasn’t even painful that much compared to others places I go to. I honestly can’t wait to come back again to get my bushy eyebrows tamed. Thanks again Helia.

Im quadriplegic and they made the perfect accommodations for me and my chair. I use to go here before I was paralyze, and I loved that getting waxed here never hurt as bad as other places. I never had irritation to skin after leaving, either. They are patient and pleasant, and Ill continue to patronize this location. My service isnt listed, but I received a full body wax, including chin and neck.

I got my eyebrows threaded and a brazilian wax here. I know, it is a weird combination. The staff was super nice and attentive. The whole appointment probably took about 15 minutes from start to finish. The brazilian wax was super quick and the least painful one I have ever gotten! Lubna made me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job!! I highly recommend this place. Oh, and they are super affordable in pricing. I will be going back :)

I should’ve left this review 2 weeks ago, but NASEEM is AMAZING. It was my first time there and first time getting a wax and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. It was quick with little to no pain. She also did an amazing job on threading my eyebrows! I can’t wait to come back! :)

Omg Helia was amazing!!! I was in and out in maybe 10 minutes... She was super friendly and it was great. NORMALLY when i get waxed it takes 30 minutes or more. I will definitely be back.

Sis... Don’t do it. My brows are uneven and the arch is high on one and low on the other. This was my first time trying them and I regret it. Furthermore, This place is not sanitary. I literally watched a few of the workers use the same gloves client after client and then use the cash register and then go to another client. Won’t be back.

I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. Dishad was friendly, efficient, thorough yet most importantly gentle.

I bought a groupon for 1 Brazilian wax on Thanksgiving on sale. When I called the business to make an appointment, the lady proceeds to tell me the groupon is for the front only. The groupon clearly says 1 Brazilian wax and has the price discounted nowhere on the groupon says front only. She then tells me that I have to pay for the back. Misleading and a huge disappointment. Be better! Needless to say they are advertising falsely on groupon.

My daughter and I found this place on groupon. It was a good experience, staff were nice and polite. I had a Brazilian wax, only downside is its $7 more for your butt(which I thought came with a Brazilian wax). The regular prices are also affordable. I will be a returning customer.

This wasn’t my first Brazilian but I can say this was the most pain free experience everrrrrrrr!!!!!! I also got the butt waxed for the first time and zero pain! I also took advantage of getting my eyebrows threaded and she did really good! I’ll see you guys in 5 weeks!!!!!! Nassim is there Monday- Wednesday and saturdays! This appointment took 30mins on the dot and had plenty of time for my interview I was on the way to!

I went here for my first Brazilian wax here and I was really scared and nervous. I called an hour before and was still able to make an appointment. Haela did my wax and was very nice and professional. I was done with my wax in 10 minutes and also got my eyebrows threaded by Haela. I was out of there in 15 minutes very satisfied with the service, and price for both. I will be definitely coming back!

Dk is always so nice professional and friendly. I had stopped coming for a while because I moved and the commute was a little far but Ive recently started coming back and regret ever leaving. I get all my waxing done here.. threading and my henna tattoos.

I purchased a Brazilian wax from groupon for my girlfriend as a gift after reading multiple positive reviews. I always read through the fine print to see what limitations are applicable however theirs is extremely vague and limited. Once she scheduled an appointment she was told that additional funds would be required for a “Full” Brazilian wax. This was the first sign of unprofessionalism. Without issue we paid the additional funds once the service was complete as well as tipped. When it came time to present the voucher they stated they had no way to redeem the Groupon even though I opened and presented a valid voucher. She kept telling me I had to go to the app and I continuously showed her that the voucher was in the app. She then called her manager and began to say that we haven’t purchased it because when she searched it in the app it said “buy” beneath it. I kindly showed her my order confirmation and the amount paid with the confirmation number. After discussing with her manager for 20 minutes they stated I needed to call Groupon as if it was my issue and that we needed to pay full price. Needless to say I will not be visiting that establishment ever again. As a company if you sell a service to a third party distributor, it is up to you to make sure you have the necessary means to redeem them from the people who purchased them. The customer should never feel like they did something wrong because you are unfamiliar on how to redeem the voucher that was presented.

Long story short I bought a groupon to this place and saw the reviews so decided to check it out....One of the worst wax experiences I have ever had. I am literally traumatized the lady did not handle my sensitive areas with the care and I ended up leaving half finished with a bloody middle section. Please educate your workers on how to wax people PROPERLY.

Helix was great I’ve never been waxed so quick and correctly and all my years of getting waxed it was under 8 min we counted lol she’s amazballs lol thanks hun

I’ve never waxed before and was so scared to try it. They made me feel very comfortable here, I did full legs, underarm, Brazilian and eyebrow threading. So happy with all the services, and although that Brazilian was painful (as I expected, hey it’s a Brazilian!) they made me feel calm and comfortable especially knowing it’s my first waxing experience. I’ll definitely make it back and I’m taking their advice to stop shaving so it gets less painful over time. They were quite knowledgeable and professional and I’m happy I went there for my first time !

Today was my first time trying a different wax center from the one that I usually go to. I walked in and got greeted with a big welcome smile. Very clean and nice. I signed paperwork and got sent to the back with no wait and got serviced immediately. My wax specialist was SUPER nice, I wish I would of gotten her name. The first time I ever got waxed, I went to a fancy chain where the same services cost twice as much, took twice the amount of time, and the staff didn’t even do as good of a job. Enjoyed the experience. Customer Service was great great great. I especially loved the threading. I asked for a clean up and she did just that. Anything pass the clean up, she checked with me first before moving forward. I really liked how gentle she was on my leg waxing and I felt very comfortable. However, when it came to the Brazilian I have had better. It was a little rough on the sensitive areas if you know what I mean, partly because my hair was so long and it shouldve been cut down. I also had to go back through with the tweezers when I got home because that wasnt part of the brazilian clean up process. Outside of that, I really liked the service and the conversation and Ill be back.
