Sonya is awesome. I go way out of my way to see her. I had lived only a few miles away when I began seeing her, but Noel’s I travel an hour and a half to see her.Be sure to ask for her when you go there. I’m not saying that others there won’t give you a good experience, but rather I know that you’ll get one with her.

They always do a good job cutting my hair. Its not Van Michael, where your stylist knows exactly what you want without you having to tell them, but they give a good haircut for the price. Plus, if youre a senior, which I guess is 60 and over, the price of a basic haircut drops to that of a childs - I think $13.50. That is if ALL you get is a basic haircut. Additionally - not all the stores do this - but mine gives a card where they mark off each of your haircuts. Once you fill up the card, you get the next one free. It works out to around an 8% savings over the life of the card, so thats an added benefit.They can discontinue using the card at any time, so YMMV. However, they still may honor the card if they stop using it if youre close to completing the number of haircuts you need to earn a free one. That just makes good business sense. However, who ever said all businesses exercise good sense. Right?

Sunday morning, checked in as a second customer, took my mom for her haircut and hair colouring. Greeted very well by first stylist! Did not wait that much. Clean place! Could not get my mom colouring as the second stylist stated they do not do that service as they are busy! Again a note here, the first customer in front of us been taken care and left in 5-6 minutes, we were the only ones there afterwards!Thus, had to leave to another place!...the place left bad experience!

Walked in and Pam was able to cut my hair. She did an amazing job and the price is unbeatable. I will defintley be back to see Pam. The atmosphere was wonderful and she was great.

More misses than hits!Ive given this place its fare chance but rarely can they get it right. This last time was the last straw!I checked in on the app, walked in and was promptly seated. So far, so good. I show her a picture of my last haircut and tell her thats what I want. She acknowledged and stated she understood. Im thinking that Im in good hands right!? I mean I showed her a picture of ME with the haircut that I want so surely thats what Im about to get, right?Wrong!!!This was the last time they will get any of my money.P.s. It wasnt a hard haircut. It was basically a buzz cut.

All in all the visit went great. I do you have to go back to get my haircut fixed but the staff was very courteous and very nice. As long as they fix my hair its a okay with me

Went here for a haircut on September 1 and as I was leaving I said I was going elsewhere for an ombré . The lady assured me that she could do it . Long story short she destroyed my hair and now 4 correction appointments later I’ve spent nearly $800 just to try and fix what she said she could do. They also cut my hair completely crooked . NEVER trust this place . Pay a little more elsewhere and it’ll be worth it .

Needed a haircut and put my spot in for 4:15 online. Website states there still may be a wait. No problem! Walk into establishment at 4:10. Hair dressers tell me to have a seat and they would be with me in a moment. Im still ok with this experience so far. While waiting a gentleman comes in and wants his haircut, they advised him to sit down as well. Fair, but mind you, no names or numbers have been taken at this time. 4:20 rolls around and a gentleman comes in and sits right in a chair without a reservation or check in (I only assume because there are no names on the board.....not even mine!) Hair dresser completes the current hair cut and proceeds to cut the next gentlemans hair. Now I have to debate being late for school because some ignorant hair dressers pick nd choose when they want to cut hair. Its a damn shame too because I tip at least $10 everytime. I guess another establishment will get my business. 0 stars.
