Never answered there phone, until the 17th time, in one of the calls un hang the phone and heard a conversation between a man and a woman who said come anytime, but when I got through she gave me an appointment for 4 days later 😶

The worst hair cut in my lifetime, the (stylist if there is one) spent 5 minutes to cut my hair with clipper (No.4) all my hair without paying attention or saying a word on what she is about to do. she started with clipper from the front of my forehead all the way to the back of it, I looked like criminal, I went back home and shave my head to No. 0 now I lost my hair and my money. I believe these workers never been in hair styling school and wanted to make it through the customer who visit them. I wish I can leave less than One star.Update: 07/25/2020 Manger of this salon called me today to see why I left them negative feedback? I explain to her that her worker (The clipper) did not follow my instruction on how I need my hair to be done,Manger didn’t like what I said and She didnt apologize about the poor service or even trying to resolve what her worker did, her calls was to insult me because I left Negative feedback.

Overcharged for item, but the only reason I went back the next day to get my $1.00 overcharged was because of the attitude. My luck, I got the same lady, Kaye Reed, still with an attitude, so I stood my ground & gave her one back. As I walked out, I heard her say, “ And don’t come back” Don’t worry, I won’t. If she treats customers like this, I can only imagine how she treats the employees. Also, first day, had mask down below her chin, the next day, neither her or the poor little girl standing next to her weren’t wearing masks period!!! 🤷‍♀️

I really wish I had a option to put rating in negative,I called there at 4:40 pm where I wanted to know if they were open and make an appoinment,but the front desk lady hung up on me with out any concern second time I called and made an appoinment she said they can do at 6pm which was fine with me.I reached there at 5:50pm and the front desk older lady said the appoinment was for 6:15pm though there was only one customer which the other lady was taking care of already so I waited there untill 6:22 pm and then I went to see when was my turn then the younger lady told me it would take 15 mins more allright I still waited outside in the waiting zone for more 15 mins and then when she was done with the customer which took forever,she went outside and came back at 6:48pm and told us she went to other store to check on something clearly she was smelling cigarettes which I don’t care that her personal habit but when you promise to give service,you should be punctual.People working there have no time management, very very poor customer service,I would not suggest any body to go there to get haircut or any service.Its just i had to get a haircut so i did wait that long else i would have left way long time back. A SEVERE NOOOOO TO THIS PLACE.ALSO THE HAIRCUT SHE GAVE TO ME WAS NOT AT ALL SATISFYING.

The stylist just didn’t listen. I paid and tipped. Not much but I did.

I go here every time I get my hair done Kay is great and takes her time does a great job

I usually have my eyebrows done by a really sweet younger lady that works here. She does a great job.Yesterday an older lady was working and did them for me. It was the roughest and most painful wax Ive ever gotten. I have had my eyebrows done every month for over 10 years and Ive never had someone do this terrible of a job. She went way too fast and broke most of my hairs off under the skin. I am broke out everywhere she waxed. I also have raw places where she ripped off my skin. She also missed several patches of hair and forgot to remove the leftover wax when she was done. I had to remind her.On top of everything, my eyebrows are nowhere close to even. One is half the thickness of the other. She didnt even ask me how I wanted them done. I will be scheduling my waxes with my usual from now on.

The ruined my hair. I showed a photo to them of what I desired my haircut to be and it looks nothing like the photo. My bangs are shorter then what I even like my bangs. I will never be going here again. Specially with their price of $16.95 for a crappy haircut.

Im giving three stars because Id like to give the blonde lady 5 stars. She did a great job on my hair. As for my husband and our two boys... they got terrible hair cuts from the older brunette lady. After reading other reviews Im pretty sure she is who they are all talking about. She brags about how fast she can do a hair cut... I want a nice hair cut its not a race. She left patches and uneven areas and then acted like we were inconveniencing her when we pointed them out and asked her to fix it...very unpleasant and just bad at mens haircuts. Luckily I didnt get my hair cut by her but maybe she is better with women... but judging by her attitude I just think she is all around a bad hairdresser. Cost cutters, I think that you should let her go because she is bringing your buisness down and giving you a bad name. The blonde lady does a nice job she has a great attitude, she takes her time and shows that she cares about what the customer wants. Brunette lady is not good.

If I could give zero stars If i could I have never seen any one cut hair like she did ! She said it would like better once I showered due to it being a fresh cut. my hair is so uneven!!!!!!!!!!!!

I looked like sonic the hedgehog when i left the salon.

Chopped my hair way shorter than desired, even after I showed an image of the style. Left with uneven sides and wet hair.
