If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They had no compassion or understanding that I had a newborn and this was the only time that I could come and get my nails done. When I came in they could have accommodated me as there were hardly any people in the shop but because they are more about money then helping they told me they wouldn’t do my nails because my baby was fussy and they waiting so long to say something that by that time the shop filled up. Don’t give these people your time or your money. I know I won’t. And for the record, I had been coming to this shop for a year.

Only went to get my eyebrows done. Wasnt the most pleasing experience Ive had. The cosmetologist I had used a razor after the wax, which for me, shows poor technique. Ive had amazingly arched brows without any razor use at other salons. Also, at some point, there were four of us in the little room being used, far from ideal for social distancing.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!No attention to detail while applying nail polish. Shoddy shoddy workmanship. They just wanted me to quickly get in and out so they can work on the next person.What a waste of $46 for a simple manicure and pedicure (no tips or gel)DO NOT RECOMMEND!WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

This is THE BEST nail salon in the area. I have tried several of the others around here, but none even come close. I love Mary, she is my regular, but I have also had Lin, Julie and several of the others do my nails and I am never disappointed! These ladies do a GREAT job!

May did a wonderful job on my nails! She was quick and personable! She continued to make sure I was okay with the shape and thickness and was very gentle. Definitely will be back!

Overpriced for the work they do !!!! charged me $18 xtra to get gel on my toes & didn’t day anything untill after my card had been swiped . $40 for a pedicure is ridiculous

I called for to see if they accept walk ins but they persuaded me to just make a same day appointment so I did for my husband and I. They took us right away after we signed in for pedicures. Everything was good, except I personally think the massage part is too rough/intense to enjoy. Otherwise great pedicure. Only other room for improvement is communication, Im an introvert so Im perfectly fine with a silent service, but at least communicate what you want me to do, they would kind of just tap your leg and hand signal when to put your feet up or down. After my paint job as my first time here I didnt know where to sit to let them dry, so I had to ask. Then after sitting there for several minutes I had to ask how long before I could go as none of this was communicated.

Best pedicures ever. The service is AWESOME! I drive out of my way to go there.

May is amazing and there reflexology foot massages are great. They are also great with kids. My daughter loves going.

I hated the way they shifted it was so bad the way they did the dip powder none of my nails look the same one of them look thicker than the other I will never go back to this place there’s so unprofessional

Quality work!

Way too pricey for lack of service. Nails flat with no type of curve so that tells you the acrylic is thin and nails can break easily. They talk too much while you want to relax and most of all WHAT pedicure is $22-38 price range and does not come with callus removal???? You pay extra for that! Too pricey for poor quality work! 1st try and it was a no for me. I definitely will not be back

May does amazing work. I am very specific about how I want my nails and I love how attentive she is and how much care she puts into her work. I love the environment. All the ladies have great personalities and everyone is usually smiling.

Mary is my nail tech and she is AMAZING! I am a loyal customer of 3 years now!!! The WHOLE staff is very professional and caring. Mary ALWAYS makes sure I am satisfied with my nails... And I am!!

I went here one day because it was close to my job and I have been going every since... My SNS lasts a very long time. my pedicures are always wonderful, and I always get the extra massage that they offer and it is great!

I took my wife and I here for her birthday and I was thoroughly impressed. Im a clean freak and the level of sanitation here was impressive even to me.All of their BASIC services are comparable to deluxe services at another nail salon. The prices are just a hair above what I remember paying at my home spa in Colorado, but their quality is well worth it!They dont rush and they know how to get cuticles painlessly. 5 stars.

I arrived just shortly after they opened, and was seen within 10 minutes. During the hour I was in the salon, there was a constant flow of clients and they never once turned anyone away, made anyone wait more than 10 minutes, or ignored anyone. I received a pedicure today, which I desperately needed at 32 weeks pregnant, being unable to care for my tootsies like id prefer. It was the most relaxing pedicure, in the cleanest salon, by the sweetest technician. (I didnt catch her name! :-( ) I WILL be returning to this salon!!

Ive had nothing but good experiences here. The staff is so friendly and helpful and my nails seem to look better and last longer when I go to Smyrna Nails! They definitely can be very busy, but thats only because they are so good! I recommend during the week if you can slide out for a long lunch break. Im always in and out when I do that! Youll love them.

I have been to this salon every 3 weeks religiously for the past 2.5 years after moving to the area. I will NEVER return.I came in today to receive a gel manicure and toe polish change. I was not touched for over an hour. Once the tech finally arrived to start the gel removal process, she didn’t even acknowledge me. Then I sat for at least another 30 min before another tech grabbed me after finishing a pedicure.When I arrive to the pedicure chair, the liner, filthy water, and all other remnants from the previous person were still there. I told her that it was dirty. She said that my feet would not touch the items. I continued to stand until she reluctantly removed the items. Then she proceeded to grab her tools from her pocket (not the sealed bag) to complete my polish change.After that was done, she removed the foil from nails. My nails were peeling from the extended time wrapped in acetone. Oh yeah...she grabbed her tools again from her pocket, She did my nails as is completely SKIPPING the manicure that’s listed on my service sheet. I brought it to her attention and then she scrambled to try to give me a manicure. I declined. Before my polish was even dried, the tech had moved on to another person. The clear gel polish was all over my fingers. Another tech had to come to correct it.I understand the long wait since they were short staffed. I can live with a long wait on the weekend. But cutting corners, being unsanitary, and sloppy work is NEVER ACCEPTABLE.

My nails look AWFUL! After not telling me that the color I picked was an extra $10 (which I wouldn’t have gotten) my nails are lumpy and not smooth at all. My hands look like they were done by 2 different people. One hand is heavy on glitter while the other barely has any. There was so much “glue” on the tips of my fingers after and I asked her to clean it up. She wiped it with alcohol and told me that I just needed to keep washing my hands. Will not be back.

The best nail shop Ive ever experienced, and the complementary drinks are a plus. The nail technicians dont rush on your hands or feet, they make sure its exactly the way you want it, and the customer service is pleasant. Also, they use disposable tools to ensure clean tools with every service.

I love this nail salon! The service is phenomenal and they incorporate sanitation into every service they provide. Each pedicure station is fitted with a disposable liner. All of the items used for your manicure and pedicure are just for you and disposed on when you are done When you receive the paraffin treatment the paraffin is poured into plastic bags so you are not dipping your hands or feet into a vat that everyone else has used. Needless to say, I truly appreciate the service and the thought that has gone into keeping each customer safe.

Went cause it was close by my job. Didnt want to drive across town where I usually go Went in for a fill in and gel color. Ended up paying $40. She did a good job.but too expensive.... Wont return

First time visiting. Didn’t like the attitude of the technician who did my nails. A simple change of mind (from not trimming my toe nails to trimming) led to her having an attitude. My gel polish was also not smooth and after bringing it to the Tech’s attention well it wasn’t fixed.

Hannah did an amazing job she was friendly and made sure she was doing exactly what i wanted. She even called me by my name which is a plus since they make you sign in i will definitely be back 😊

Level of cleanliness is good, but actual pedicure service is not that great. This is the second time I have experienced the same thing. Staff is too lazy to scrub dead skin off your feet, then whats the point of getting pedicure? Feels like you can get good service only if you have white skin! Because they behave differently with different color people.

Got sns done for the first time and very happy with my nails. I was a walk in and did not have to wait at all. Would go there again.

I love this place. Every time I try to go somewhere else I end up coming right on back. They remember your name and give a great pedicure. SNS dipping power is also done here. I do recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. Because they are so good. They are also super busy.

I really like this store. Sometimes the wait is quite long to get started, but all of the employees are wonderful and they do a really good job on my nails.

WORST nail salon in the area. I came to get a solar color change which looks HORRIBLE and CHIPPED within hours of getting it done. When I called about getting it fixed, they hung up in my face. Worst customer service. Do not give them your money.

I will never go back. I called the shop trying to get a nail fixed and she lied and said nobody was there although I could hear people speaking in the background. I will never waste another dollar here. Disgusting attitudes.

My mom and I both visit this salon. The staff is great, and they have good prices. While your nails are soaking, they give you a neck massage which is a nice touch. They have a huge selection of colors for nails, and offerings.

They did a wonderful job with pedi & gel nails. I never felt rushed and they even give a short back rub with all manicures. Hannah was my technician and she did a great, great job.

I have been coming here for about a year now and I’ve been pretty satisfied with the service. I always get SNS and it lasts about 3-4 weeks. The last few times I’ve gotten SNS and my nails chip within 2 weeks. I ask them not to file my nails down so much, hoping that will help but they ignore my request and continue to file paper thin. The standard pedicures that I get are good, but the quality of the SNS has been lacking lately. If you’re not picky about the quality of your SNS, this is a great and clean place. I would also like to mention that times Sunny and Tammie have done my nails, they were fabulous (they’re usually booked when I go in).

Up until my last visit out of about 5 or 6 visits things were fine. They did a wonderful job on my nails and provided great customer service. However, I decided to visit on a Friday early afternoon and yes they were busy but that wasnt an issue because I enjoyed my past experiences..... that visit simply became an issue because I yes I smeared my polish and wanted to know how long I would have to wait in order to change from polish to gel polish. After sitting there waiting and hearing customers walk in the door and inquire as to the wait time and hearing them respond immediately in order to retain customers I and my inquiry were completely ignored when the question was asked.... After sitting about another 10 minutes and no one answering my question I decided to walk out and no one even acknowledged that fact that I even asked a question during my walk-out process... I can only assume they assumed I wasnt willing to pay for the inconvenience of changing from polish to gel but they were completely wrong..... To be clear my question was relayed to the other technicians via one technician but the others just looked at me like leave already....as well as the one technician who interpreted the question.....

Loved it! Quick service. Very nice workers. Beauitful SNS mani and pedi. Plus reasonable prices!I decided to return to this salon. The gel on my nails look very bumpy. Just horrible. Unfortunately I didnt pay close attention until I made it home. Therefore, I called back to explain my how my nails look. However, the person who answered the phone was not very helpful or pleasant. So, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me hes never there. Really!!!

Ive been coming here for two years for SNS and latley it seems like theyve been slacking. I started getting GEL pedis for about a month now and because they PREFER for me to get gel pedi, they try to find a color that matches with the SNS color I pick.. However, its been twice already where the colors dont even match.. just be honest ladies.. I dont think ill be coming back.

First time going and they took me right away. Overall pretty good job and great prices but one of my nails was done a little sloppily & didn’t file them all to match.
