The first time I was here, the couple was nice and polite and I spent $100 including tips. NOT the second time around! I arrived at 9:30am (opening hours listed) and no one was there. After being told to wait once they did open 15 minutes later for a simple fill in and polish change, I was disappointed that they didnt have the color I wanted and was willing to settle until I was rushed. The rudeness and foreign language in the extra staff came out very quickly. Arent you all supposed to be professional? Dont ever rush a person who is paying you for a service, especially after being late to your own business. Also, professionalism mixed with creativity would have offered a similar solution to what I was willing to pay full price for. Bottom line, DO BETTER!

Horrible quality of acrylic.. nails stared to left 2nd day. & lady that painted them did a really poor job nail polish all on the side not neat at all! I wanted the nails removed & my money back the man stated he would fix it but not give me my money. Why would I want them to work on me again if it’s such bad work! I would not recommend this place. I rather drive further but be happy for what I spend my money on..

When we came in they told us to come in and sit in the spa chairs so we could be serviced, they then ran our water for our pedicures to only be told we weren’t next and we had to wait 30mins additional before anyone could start our feet. When initially we were gold we were next. Never going back bad customer service DPWU!!

I’ve been to this location numerous times. They are always polite. There is always a bit of a wait but I’m pretty sure that’s because of staffing.Today I went in for a fill in and cutdown. I had my 11 week old with me who was fine until Laura started on my nails.Imagine my horror with trying to calm a baby in a nail salon during the pandemic. Laura was very patient and took her time with my nails while also trying to get me out of there as soon as possible.I love my nails even after a slight disagreement over the shaping. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys soo much.

Ive frequented this place before which wasnt all that great. I took a chance and went again today which will be my last. I came in for a pedicure; I received the bare minimum of interaction with the older lady that was preparing to do the pedicure. I waited for a minute to see if she would offer the deluxe or anything more than the regular pedi. She never offered me the menu like my money wasnt good (Im black). After she filed my nails, she turned off the jets and started removing the plastic lining. At this point Im looking confused because I know I havent chose my specific service. I finally said something and she said she didnt know & next time. There wont be next time!

They always mess up my nails. The wait is 2 hours for bad results. They don’t take their time at all. The last time I went was the last I’ll be spending $80 with them. Nails chipped in 2 days. I would say next time I’ll take pictures but it won’t be a next time. They are rude too. I might go there just to take pictures of my nails to post.These reviews are facts

Awful.....polish change. Came in stated 30 minutes. I waited over a hour. A Hispanic lady came in and immediately help her. Myself and another black just wanted a polish change. She left as well..... TERRIBLE SERVICE. DONT GO!!!!

Sadly it is not my first experience at this nail location. Its my 3rd time here. I swear if it wasnt 3 minutes from my house. I went in for a gel manicure ($25) yesterday. I kid you not this place was empty. EMPTY. I just thought to myself well I think I know why remembering my previous visits. I went at around 4p.m. There were 3 women there. When I walked in nobody greeted me so I said: Hello. Then one of them approached me and I told her what I wanted. I explained to her that I did not want them to buff & leave my nails paper thin because of what they did to me before. It took me 2 months of treating my nails to get them to regrow healthy. She did not even acknowledge what I said. She just pointed across the room to go sit down. I was just like where? Anyway not the point, I think the woman who was doing my nails was an older woman. I told her not to buff my nails thin. She then turns to the woman gossiping and spoke to her in her language. I assume she pretended not to understand me since the woman said what did I tell her. I repeated it even though I told her when I walked in. Long story short its pretty dark in there and she did a shi* job shaping. I couldnt even describe it if I wanted to. And the polish was.. imagine a toddler learning to color inside the lines. And it had bubbles. So when she was almost finished she asked me where I worked so clearly she knows English. Ok so the next day (today) i showered and since she polished on my cuticle it lifted. I use to bite my nails for 20 years so obviously if it lifts Im gonna take that shi* off. Tell me why it peeled of like regular polish though. I paid thirty dollars total for a ducking regular mani. If you dont care about wasting money or basically giving it away go ahead. Never again though. I blame myself though since I already knew

I went in for a pedicure and a manicure gel set. They put acrylic on. I asked three times for gel. Still they put acrylic on my nails. It was going to be my first time getting gel so I didnt know for sure then I looked it up and it was acrylic. They were rough with my legs and I got a bruise. They kept asking me if I could handle the price as if I dont have any money. I reccomend you do not come here.

This was my first and last time going, they were not taking their time at all . They rushed on my eyebrows and nails & the nails are horrible & very thin, I feel they will break in less than a week . So it’s a No it’s a never again .

I like this place. They do amazing eyebrows. You have to tell them how you want your nails done like any other place to achieve the look you want. Been a customer for years now. Ive tried many nail salons around Smyrna and Marietta pretty much the same only pricier.

First time going and last!!! One of the guys was rude and arguing with a customer.I watched him do her nails and I was thinking he was doing a very bad job on her nail shape.I was just coming in for a polish change!!! But he was rude he actually laughed in her face when she said she was upset and had been coming there for years and lost a loyal customer he stated “Good”!!! Other then that the color choices was slim.My tech was very nice and did a good job but just seeing what I believe to be the owner act that way I will not be back!!!!

Lauren did an amazing job with my eyebrows 🥰 paid $8 for my eyebrows. Place was pretty empty went around 4pm on a Saturday.

This is a zero star rating. I have gotten my nails done for the last 15 years and this has to be the worst place save your money and go somewhere else. Within one week not one not two but three nails popped off and they charged me for the first two and gave me the third for free. It has been almost two weeks 9 days to be exact and today I have had two nails pop off like press one when I was shopping and going through clothes on hangers and one popped off then the happened again. So save your money! Don’t go here... crazy totally not worth it.

My experience at this salon really sucked for lack of a better word. The workers werent very welcoming or friendly. I sat with an older woman who began by picking at my cuticles. I had never had someone pick at my cuticle as much as she did. She picked so much that she made my cuticle on my finger bleed twice and once on another finger. She complained about my gel nail polish being too thick and stated that they dont do it that way there. When I came back from washing my hands she told me that there would be a $3 dollar fee for taking off the gel nail polish. I was taken back by that because all of the place Id been not once did they charge to take the gel off. When she painted my nail it was a very thin coat and on one finger it was very runny and sealed all the way on my cuticle with the UV light. I was charged $28 dollars for a regular manicure that normally is $20 dollars. Before I got the chance the pay the woman asked for a tip. This by far was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. I will NOT be going back in the future. Please do not waste your money. I recommend that you go to a nail salon called Nail Design they will definitely have take care of you.

HORRIBLE. Went here even a second time to give another chance. While getting my nails done, I had to make them take the acrylics they just put on because they wouldn’t listen to what I wanted. Then STILL didn’t do my shape right even after that. MULTIPLE of my natural nails are torn OFF of my skin from my acrylics. Requested the man to do my nails and instead they just kept switching back and forth between him and one of the females every couple of minutes. My nails came out ugly, extremely uneven, and definitely was not what I wanted. Do not waste your time or money here !

I used to be a regular customer but I didnt like the way my nails were polished. I returned months later and realized the pricing didnt make sense and when I questioned one of the owners, she invited me to leave. I would give them a zero if possible.

Lauren did my SNS, pretty sure her name wasnt lauren but ill go with it lol. Service was great. They got REALLY busy towards closing and there were a handful of nail technicians but the guy and Lauren did an awesome job on my nails. Ill def be returning when I can no long re apply coats of gel top coat 😂 I usually have to go back once every 4 weeks.

Terrible customer service. All if the employees were very rude. I originally wanted a mani/pedi but stopped after the pedicure because I felt so uncomfortable being in there. I had to ask multiple times for design on my nail. Everytime I asked they acted like they didnt understand what I was saying. The polish job was good but the pedicure itself was not. Still alot of dead skin on my feet. I could have done a better job at home myself. Over priced!! $30 for a bad pedicure. NEVER AGAIN. Will definitely drive the extra 10 minutes next time to get to Nail Time. So much for convenience.

Terrible! First time I went there, the guy me and my friends cuticles bleed. I stopped going there but then months later, I had to go there because it was more convenient than my usual nail salon. This time around, 2 of my acrylic nails came off a day later, he fixed one for free then tried to charge me $3 for the other. DO NOT GO HERE!

Walked into the nail salon today to get a medi, waited for 5 mins to get acknowledged first mistake. The man at the front was completely rude. So I’m sitting there for 20mins to receive my service, a older cuacasian lady walked in the salon & asked for a medi & they sat her imediately. Then the man looked at me & said you wait for 30mins, excuse!!!!! me that was completely rude considering I’ve already waited 30 mins by then. I am a very respect young black GAY male. Totally felt disrespected & discriminated against. Horrible Horrible customer service. Never in my life I felt that way. I would never ever come here again.

If I could give negative stars I would... where do I began... first time at this place so I was very hesitant and second guessing myself... thinking I should just go to my regular nail store... I needed a Fill-in with Jel polish... the Jel polish was a Lil pricing for where the salon was located... not to mention Ive been in the Beauty Industry for over 10 years... and is capable of doing my own nails... so the day of my services I proceeded with.... the guy was very rude... I had coffin nails and he filed them oval... now that was the second hazard prior to the Jel polish being over priced... he continued with the application... making my nails coffin... then told me to wash my hands then a lady did my Jel polish... now Im thinking to myself never had to wash my hands before applying Jel polish... so now on to the polish... she expired with the application.... I paid i tipped I left... at this point it was closing time.... so they locked the door behind me... I walked to the grocery store beside the salon... now at this time Im observing the services that was given to me.... my polish was a horrible nightmare... just imagine a five year old polishing your nails... Ill wait.... so I decided that I would go back on the next business day... unfortunately my schedule did not mesh with there hours... so at this point its about 3 hours after getting my nails done... I noticed my nail polished had appeared chipped... now Im flustered... Jel polish does not chip... next day I notice I had a broke nail... now Im so angry I dont know what to think... so I go back with in 4 days to get my services fixed... the guys tells me they will fix my nail but not my polish... and I told him I was just here blah blah blah and Jel polish does not chip... he had every excuse in the book... then he decided that he would fix my Jel polish... and turns around and tells me the color that I chose was to light for my complexion and thats why that happen... so the whole time of the repair he argued with me... so fast forward to the second Jel polish application... THIS TIME IS WORSE THEN THE FIRST TIME... moral of the story... dont always think outside the box... dont always give everyone the benefit of the doubt... go with your instincts... if you have a great nail place stick with them... at any means necessary... thank you for listening to me vent much oblige...

Not to friendly and youre rushed. My daughter comes with me to do our nails and toes. Mind you she 4 and the lady had the nerve to be upset because Nyah messed up a toe... really she 4 and you didnt put anything between her toes to begin with. What hapoen to paper towels, tissues or sivider that are made for feet. Any other time its done. These nail salons are too much. I really wish we had more latins or black owned nail salons in my area.

Quality of nails are awful, they literally broke in less than a week. But whats worse is there service or lack of service. I didnt see them greet any customers as they entered, they just said what do you need and started speaking in their language. I even noticed they were rude to a obvious long term customer and the poor old lady just sat there and waited. This place sucks! Dont waste your time or money.

Starting from the owner of this place on down to the workers. Did want to file my 1 toe down stated they dont have a file. Rushed to do my polish change had attitude the whole time. The older lady next to me was also complaining also about the service she was receiving. In a nut shell dont waste your time money or energies. Go somewhere else.

Went there to get my SNS powder taken off and to get a pedicure and to get my eyebrows waxed but only got my SNS powder taken off because that was the first thing done they hurt my fingers he was way too rough and they all have attitudes

Rude. Worst customer service. Walked in and yelled they were closed. They do not close til 6 and I only needed my eyebrows done. Walked out. Not getting my money.

They only have 4 people in total working and they focus on clients who are going to put acrylic nails because they get more from acrylic nails than from manicures or pedicures ..... My mother I wait 2 hours watching 4 clients pass in front of her who put on acrylic nails. the staff is not friendly. I do not recommend them at all !!!!!!! Bad service!!!!
