I love this place and the people! I’ve been going here for the last year. The nail tech is so careful with my nails. When I first came in they were like paper and she did her magic, making them so healthy. Even at their thinnest, she was incredibly gentle so as to not hurt me while filing. That was not usually my experience when going into nail salons.I’ve recommended my mom, aunt and boyfriend’s sister to this place and their experience was just as positive. Last month, I moved about 20 minutes away but I’ll still go back. It’s worth it to me and I do not trust anyone else with my nails.All love ❤️

I visited this salon while out of town evacuated for hurricane Ida. My grandma passed away and I had to attend her services and needed my nails and toes done. Not knowing if anything would be available back home I decided to visit beauty nails. Me and my sisters walked in and were not greeted right away. (Wasn’t just us because I witnessed another woman enter and wasn’t greeted either) Long story short, I finished my service(paid and tipped). My nails started to crack and chip within a couple hours. I went back the next day to get 1 nail repaired(Was willing to pay but was never given the option). They told me they were too busy so I left. Called back later that afternoon and asked if they had time for a nail repair they again said no. Called again the next day around 11 a.m. same thing!!🤬😡😡 Well I’m back home now and had to go and pay to get my nails done again for (my grandma’s funeral) the second time in a week!! I would not recommend this salon or any one like it!!

I tried to go in for a simple gel polish change, and all these people did was try and upsell me. She tried to tell me that she couldn’t put a fake tip on my nail and then do the gel polish, that she had to do the dip powder on them and then paint them with the gel polish, which is a complete lie. Dip powder already has the color in it. Why would you dip my nails and then paint them with gel polish? She was just trying to make me spend more money which is pathetic. EVERYONE GO TO SMYRNA NAILS AND ASK FOR MAY, SHE IS THE BEST IN TOWN.

The owner is amazing, however the young lady who did my nails caused severe breakage to my nails and I had to go back twice to have my nails fixed due to several breaking within a week of the work. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The nail lady refused to shorten my nails despite asking multiple times, say it was impossible to do for almond shape nails. Then she made my nails stiletto sharp. And then when i showers her a photo of what i wanted she scoffed that that wasn’t almond shape and i needed to ask correctly for what i wanted. She then proceeded to do the sloppiest French I’ve ever had and when it was time to pay. I was asked to pay extra for extra long nails even tho that was not my preference. Piss poor service. Even worse workmanship. Would never go back or recommend. My nails are embarrassingly bad.

My long time nail tech left her previous location so I decided to try a new location. Beauty nails was near and had mostly good reviews. Tracy completed my pedicure and BB completed my manicure. The new owners just bought this location 3 days ago per Tracy. Tracy and BB did a fabulous job. Im very particular about my manicures and pedicures bcz I have long, natural nails. Very satisfied and I will return.

The first time services were incredible ! I was amazed at how they worked on feet and hands at the same time . I got pedi, full set w gel polish . I paid $98 . Today I went for a fill (I’ve had a cut down on nails since then EXTREMELY short . Like the size of my natural nail . Fill in was $35 and polish change on feet was $25 totaled $60 . The guy in the shop files two of my nails noticeably shorter than the rest and the prices seem online prior to coming are cheaper than what I paid ! No one in there has customer service ethic . No one offered to fix the nails he messed up and when asked about the price difference it was like a careless whatever . I thought this was my new nail home BUT unfortunately the search continues . Also how is there a mask requirement but no sanitizing of files and other nails tools IT MAKES NO SENSE

The ladies and gentlemen were excellent. I love my nails and toes. Some friends and I came after work and the made sure we were well taken care of. They even stayed past closing. Great place and awesome atmosphere. My new nail place.

Awesome experience the ladies and two gentlemen were great, made us laugh and were very professional and will return.

It would have been 5 stars just on the quality of the pedicure, but I had a 4pm appointment, and sat with my feet in the tub for 35 minutes before they could get to me.However, the gentleman did a superb job. Ill definitely come back. Ill just schedule more time in my day for it. It will be worth the wait. :)

I would not recommend this business. The employees were rude and even cut my finger with the cuticle clipper and didn’t apologize. She just looked at me as though she did not do anything . The customer service was horrible will not spend my money this nail shop again .

They did a amazing job

My absolute favorite nail salon. All the nail technicians are so nice and they are all very good at what they do. My nails always look beautiful and I get lots of compliments on them! Their designs are the best and most trendy. Their service and quality is very friendly.

They seemed unhappy to be open. Nails were super thin and not at all like I wanted . I went to someone else to get them repainted and after a few days (got themDone 08/14) one nail broke off

I don’t like leaving less than wonderful reviews so I sat on this overnight before I made the decision to review my experience. I chose this locations off the 5 star rated service and I do not feel my visit was par for the course. The atmosphere was quiet and clean. Only complaint was the show of sorts that played on my tech’s phone with the same song on a loop. LolAs for the service, I came in with SNS. Requested SNS. They used acrylic. While they are similar in powder, SNS is more fine and the bonding agent is better for the nails. You also don’t have the pain of the acrylic hardening. I did not say anything because I try to trust my artist and get anxious correcting people so by the time I realized, I felt it was too late. I also wrongly assumed it was less expensive. The acrylic is over my nail bed by way too much causing irritation on my skin. My fingers are very sore from the overlap and hardening of the acrylic. I don’t have that problem with SNS which is why that’s what I request. I also wanted to ask him to clean up the cuticles (I got them done yesterday but they’re so rough around the edges that 4 different fingers keep snagging my hair) but they had already been nicked on 3 fingers that I didn’t want to risk more damage. I’m leaving a 3 because without close inspection the nails look okay. The color and design were what I requested. The location and atmosphere were fine. But the overall execution was below the expectation set by their reviews and pictures added.

I went yesterday and got my nails done S & S by Vivian. She is amazing! She takes her time on your nails so they come out perfect, she also treats her clients with the utmost respect. Vivian is also extremely talented so if you are looking for great designs and beautiful nail art, she is your girl. The shop is clean, the service is friendly and timely, and they listen to their customers, unlike so many other shops who justPatronize you and do what they want to do you your nails.Beauty Nails Smyrna even offers you a drink while you wait. I wish the shop was closer to me in Decatur, however Vivian and her team are DEFINITELY worth the drive.

Made an appt for 2:30, was not serviced until 3:30. only two people in salon on a Saturday afternoon, both very rude, obviously talking about my friend and I as we received our pedicures. i had to repeatedly voice my same concerns on the work that was being done until it was done correctly and the woman doing them just got a worse attitude as time went on. would NOT recommend, customer service very poor.

Every since my friend Jennifer told me about Vivian at Beauty Nails Ive been hooked!!! I like my nails to look a certain way and to last topped with great customer service and Beauty Nails provides all 3. Oh I forgot to mentioned their fast not fast like sloppy I mean fast and efficient. Vivian is the absolute best. Good prices, and good quality. I’ve had my stilettos nearly three weeks now.

Manicure was rushed, dirt still under the nail, the shape was terrible.
