I just went to the salon, not the same person made my manicure. My pedicure was great, the lady was amazing. The new boy was terrible was fast and do not even made a good French style! Also charge me more then the last time. $45 dollars for this!? I am sorry but they do not even care, the lines were not delicate or straight, here is the photo of what I asked and my horrible nails remained. I do not return!

I walked in on a Friday with two friends. I did call beforehand. They took precautions for COVID-19. Upon arrival, our temperatures were checked and we were asked to wash our hands before service. The man who did my nails was excellent and paid very close attention to detail. I am a picky client but was very happy with my set. Im excited I found them and will definitely return!

I just moved here from Mississippi and been going here Every since. I love the way the older guy does my nails. I went to one place before going to this place and they messed my nails up.

1st visit and was very impressed ..the polishselected was a beautiful color and seem of goodquality and lasted a month..normally most salon shops willuse old polish and sometimes do a shabby job meaning not properly filling ..shaping unevenly or not cleaning under the nail .. of which all are important to me..Job well done!.. will return and hoping for the same quality service..

I’ve been getting my nails done for forever and this has never happened. i went to get my acrylics removed & they broke my nails, made one bleed, cut them insanely jagged, didn’t even remove all of the acrylic powder, & then still made me pay $10 even tho i asked if i could pay less since i was literally bleeding.

My manicure was good but the pedicure was amazing . Definitely coming by to see you guys again soon.

They be changing the prices. How was my fullset $35, but my file was $36, then charged my daughter $46 for full set no designs or nothing just gel. Never will I return

I love this place! The guys guys are really great! I have been getting SNS done on my natural nails and theyvre grown so long and pretty. Plus, they take their time and are really gentle when filing nails. Id definitely recommend getting your nails here.

Walked in on a Sunday only 2 workers their. Was advised first 30 min wait. The excuse was the 4 women getting their feet worked on and full sets.Then was denied service and advised to come the next day.

I’m in love with this shop! It’s a small and cute little shop with such welcoming owners. Prices are fair for manicure and pedicures. They use organic fresh fruit to give you the best massage. Danny and Brian was incredibably awesome! They are friendly and do their best for you to come back. This is my go-to salon from now on!

The guy that did my nails was very nice but when he saw two people come in to get their nails done he started speeding up and messed my nails up.

Whatever has happened to turn this place around has made all the difference. I swore I would never come back after 2 bad experiences with rude staff and long wait times, but after trying one more time - it is like a NEW business. Warm, service-oriented staff make all the difference. And the new organic fruit pedicure is wonderful; my legs felt silky smooth. This is my go-to nail salon now.

They always have great customer service. I got there as soon as they opened and they started on me right away. I had a long day coming and they were so attentive. They always do a great job on my rough feet and polish always lasts for more than a week without gel. Love this place. Wish I lived closer.. but Im from macon..

I walked in and specifically asked for a basic acrylic set, which was listed as $23 on the menu. The tech sat me down, gave me a polish wheel and told me to pick a color. I picked the color, and he got started with the process. After it was done and it came time to pay, he quoted me $38. I asked what happened to $23, and he said it was because he used gel polish, which costs more. He then said that I chose the polish, and I reminded him that I chose based from the only options he gave me from the nail color wheel (which didn’t say gel, only numbers were listed). He then tried to tell me how gel polish is more beneficial for nails anyway and keeps the nail healthy. But I got acrylics?! So how is the gel beneficial when it’s not even on my bare nails? I don’t get my nails done often, but I know when I’m being swindled. I paid the $38, but that will be the LAST time I step foot into this untrustworthy establishment.

Customer service is okay. They are very pushy about extra services. I asked the lady who was doing my nails, who is one of the owners now. I ask her to cut down my nails. They now charge a 3$ fee and she just cut them down to how she wanted them even after I showed her how short to cut them. They are very short compared to what I asked for.I also asked her to shape my nails square and she shaped them round. She insisted that they were and they are not!!!Also I dont have any tips on my nails. My nails are real with just acrylic on top. She tried to make me get a new full set which is 27$. She couldnt give me a reason why I needed a new full set. Other nail salons have never told me I needed to put new tips on my existing nails.It makes me feel like she was trying to get more money out of me.I guess she thought I was stupid and would listen to her.I will not be back again. When Peter owned and ran the place it was a great salon. Now not so much!!!!

Honestly, they should be closed down. They don’t wear gloves at all. Everything looks unsanitary. Polish selection is limited. And they prices definitely don’t match with the quality of service. The only reason I ever went is because of convenience, Being that they are located outside of my apartment complex. But I’d rather drive 30 minutes away to not have to deal with this place.

My friend and I went to this nail salon a few days ago and I have to say I couldnt believe the customer service. The ladies and gentlemen were completely rude. We both went in and were nice but the workers seemed like they did not want to even speak to us but then we noticed that two young ladies after us came in and they were offered water and wine. They were greeted with smiles and full conversations. I hate to say race was the issue because weve never experienced that but for whatever reason we were treated completely different than the other customers. You should not run a business if your not going to treat each person the same. Race, gender, weight, height, ext. should never be an issue. No matter how close this salon is to you it will be worth driving a few more miles to another nail salon.

Ty does a wonderful pedicure. A very relaxing experience, the environment is friendly and peaceful. The prices are pretty affordable too. Ill be back again.

These people are horrible. I got a pedicure and it looked like my 4 year nephew had done it. And they keep trying to upgrade the service. Very irritating. If you ask me one time and I say no then leave me alone. I come to the nail shop to relax not to be hounded about a service that is worth much. I will never go back to this place.

Went to this nail salon today the customer service was phenomenal they got me in and out seeing that I was on my lunch break. But when it was time to check out the man charged me $63 for a pedicure which was priced at $38 bucks and the rest of that was for a polish change for my nails. I asked the man why was it so expensive and he told me for a polish change it was $25 bucks. Seeing that I complain he phoned my coworker after we left to let us know that he was going to return $5 because we complained about the price. As we left he than gave us a bottle of hand lotion also for the inconvenience.Long story short if you want to pay high in prices for okay service go there but I truly think their pricing is extremely too high for the service that youre receiving.. Hopes this helps.

My first time at PL Nails today April 29th and Bryan the nail technician and Ty the pedicure technician were absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable about their products. Meghan is a doll. Great atmosphere and great people. Thank you PL Nails my nails are gorgeous!!!!!

Had not been there in a while. The service has really changed for the best. The place is clean and nicely decorated. I will be visiting again.

I returned after 2 year hiatus due to moving from the area and there is a marked improvement in the service. I just had the deep powder nail service and it looks great, tune will tell whether it lasts as long as 5h old style gel. The service was prompt and friendly.

If I could rate this salon any lower I could.. my nails are absolutely DESTROYED. Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. I called ahead the day before to make an appointment for 2 SNS. When we arrived at the salon there were only two employees and they both had clients already. One employee stopped doing the nails of the woman who was already there and started on my friends SNS. He quickly filed off the top coat of my gel polish and instructed me to soak my fingers in a bowl of acetone. After 20 minutes I asked if I could wash my hands and he said no. Nearly 40 minutes later he finished removing the gel polish... my nail beds are absolutely DESTROYED. I refused any further service and was still charged for my gel plosh removal. My friends experience was no better and he even admitted he did a poor job on her SNS.24 hours later my nails are still sensitive, inflamed, and have all broken down to the quick and my cuticles are a mess.

I went in to get a gel manicure. I was charged $25 and two days later they peeled right off. Customer service was good but the quality of work was awful. Save your 💰 go somewhere else.

My nail tech Ryan was AWESOME! Very polite and professional. I work next door and live right down the street so this salon is very convenient for me but the services tops the convenience. I got a mani/pedi for my sisters wedding and couldn’t be more pleased. Went home and my excited dog stepped on my toe and ruined the paint job. I returned in less than 15 minutes and Ryan fixed the paint for me free of charge although I offered twice to pay. I’ll defientely be returning

They charge too much for the quality of work that you get. Customer service is horrible. I will not go back ever again. The middle age woman is very pushy about getting extra service. Do not go to this place. Its a waste of money.

If I could rate less, I might....I got a full set done in gel, the next day 1 came off. I thought, ok, it happens went and got it fixed . The day after that (this is day 3 btw / when they told me to come back in 3 weeks to get a fill) another nail popped off. Like wow I didnt do these with nail glue at home ??? I went back yet again and tipped them $10 for fixing my nail again . Next day same thing....I was over it....I dont know what product they are using there but I will never return. Wasted almost $80 in this process for 1 set and repairs . Not again.

Every time I come here I kick myself for doing so.only plus is that they are close to my house.either the polish jobs suck and or the nails are too thin and pop off . I have had long nails forever and never once have I had to get three nail repairs in two weeks time span.and of course they place the blame on you .if youre smart you will stay away

I will give this place a 1 star, simply, because I cant give them anything lower! I am never one to complain but this place became a nightmare for me. I went to get a pedi and full set done. The quality for the full set was horrible and the people who did mine (because it took more then one person) were very rude and pushy and in the end did what they wanted.The pedi part is what ended up being my nightmare! The man obviously didnt know what he was doing bc he made a HOLE on the side of my Big toe nail from cutting/trimming too much!! Afterwards I had to end up going to a specialist because I got a fungus got in my toe nail -caused by the hole created-They are overpriced have horrible quality of work done and for them to do what THEY want to you. From my experience, I walked out with more than I bargained for because I not only did I did I have to pay them but I had to pay for ; a Drs consult; blood tests; and prescriptions.If you are considering coming here, please, look elsewhere. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!
