Literally the best salon, I’ve sent 6 friends since my first visit, G G is the best, also hear a lot of woman ask for Amy also, very clean, well kept, beautifully decorated, manager is very nice and friendly, pedicure menu is amazing, prices are great, the actual products they use are great quality and last my last full set didn’t lift or break at all for three whole weeks! Had Classical Manicure done here yesterday and i really loved it. My four year old had a blast! The place is wonderful, reasonable, and the staff is wonderful.

I’ve been going here for years for a pretty decent pedicure. But after my last two visits I won’t be back. I cannot believe how unabashedly the tech just rushed through my service. He made no attempt to hide how quickly he was doing everything, skipping parts of the service, barely delivering on the other common parts. Then rushed me to a drying chair. Then hovered until I signed my CC slip even after I said I needed a moment to sign. They were neither busy nor near closing (an hour from close). Honestly the weirdest, rudest nail experience I’ve ever had. I was giving them one more try after a similarly weird experience last time. But I am done.

Very friendly kind staff! I love my nails! They even stayed late for me! This is my new spot to get my nails and toes done!!!! They have so many colors! Love this place.

Usually go to Bally nails, this location is well set up for any technician?Was $85 for a pedicure,, and manicure? High priced for the area... I didnt get just the most basic things done with the pedicure, had to guide the technician on doing my handsI stopped for a minute thinking it was that ....I am a Master Cosmetologist, but thats not why.Just to basics that should be done were not.Over priced, not quality work.

I went 2 times and they were so stingy with the SNS powder, I had a couple of nails break or pop off. 1 was just grabbing my car seat belt. I went back the 1st time and the lady was nice enough to glue it, yes, glue it back. But every time a nail breaks, you have to add a fake nail which is not free. Now, several broke by now, every time I have yo go in to get my nails done, they have to redo the fake nail which only broke because of them. Mya is amazing! I wish she hadnt been on vacation when I went the last time because that was the last time. Terrible experience again and when I called to discuss with the manager, not helpful. And to make matters worse, on the 3rd day of having my nails done, the SNS pops off. $120 down the drain. Im not going back again!

SNS didn’t last an entire week. Pedicure was great though.

The man at the front is rude EVERY TIME I go. No customer service skills whatsoever. As Michelle was doing my nails, he kept calling out her name halfway across the salon and hollering out in Vietnamese which was very rude. Then she had to rush, and had to come back and fix two of my nails. She does a very good job usually, I also think the color I chose yesterday the powder was old. Then when it was time to check out, I asked for a water, and the man at the front told me to go get one from the case. Instead of getting it himself. Because God forbid he actually get his obese self up and get it for me. Not to mention he’s always eating around customers which is super rude. I’m kind of over this place to be honest. Sigh. The search continues.

Ambience is everything.The spa is immaculately embellished with chandeliers and other decorations. It feels like a taste of Italy when I walk into the place. The staff is friendly and professional. They serve wine and bottled water to customers. The chairs are new with updated massage features. They use disposable liners inside of the foot bowls. The foot and leg massages are nice but could be longer. The gel color options are immense. I was surprised but pleased to see a diverse staff (one nail tech was a woman of color). My only complaint is I requested that two people work on my feet and hands simultaneously because of my sensory issues and not being able to sit still for too long. They were busy and forgot about me. My foot bath kept getting cold and I had to request that it be filled with more hot water. I sat for over 30 minutes with my feet soaking before anyone started working on my pedicure. However, the staff were very apologetic.So overalI, I loved my experience and will definately be back.

Be careful with Mr. Man – a very dishonest man. He’s always asking me tip in Zelle, and never share the tip to co-workers. I’ve tested him 4 times, and He’s failed all 4 times. He lied to me: “If you tip thru the credit card machine, the salon owner will cuts 25% of my tip.” Is that true in this nail shop? The owner of the business must explain this.He’s so rude, up-selling services and steal tip from co-workers.Tips: You can tip at the front desk thru tip line, or give cash direct to the nail tech who did you nails

Walking in the salon was very nice and clean. They did my nails as I sat for my pedicure which was cool so that it got done quicker, but it did make me feel kind of rushed. I was charged $7 for each accent nail and 5 days later they look pretty sad. I also wanted my nails shorter (I am a nanny and cant have long nails because I don’t want to scratch the kids) and the nail tech said no, she would only do them this short, I should keep them long. I don’t appreciate being told how I should have my nails. I spend $120 between a pedicure and getting my nails filled and I am not happy with them. If you just want a pedicure or manicure this isnt an awful place but they were not taking proper COVID precautions, no dividers and the staff took off their masks multiple times.

Stopped in for their version of a deluxe pedicure. Some treat, let me tell you! I was in and out in half an hour. Don’t think I even got lotion and the woman’s version of a massage was claw hands up and down my legs. She nipped my toe while clipping my nails and burned the bottom of my foot with the hot stones. Terrible experience when I just wanted to treat myself and relax. I wanted to provide feedback but she was the one who checked me out. I called and was told I’d hear back from a manager but still waiting on that call!

Best nail salon in GA I’ve experienced so far!

At first, this nailshop interior design beautiful. The old lady seats next to front door (people there called her Mama, the owner, may be – I don’t know) soak my hands in cold water. Then she went to pedicure chairs, used her phone to captured customers’ feet without asking permitted (is that legal in Georgia?). The nailshop was so noise, their native language speaking nonstop and the music from speakers, make me feel like I’m watching a Chinese movie… Finally, the old lady finished my gel manicure. She colored looks like sh*t, and all colors come off in two days.$40 for 50 minutes sitting in this nailshop watching Chinese movie with a poor gel manicure service, not a good idea.They’re also keep many kids inside the room with dangerous chemicals floating around in the air. My nails were abandoned halfway by the tech because I mentioned the work looked rushed.

I have been going to this nail salon for a year. Very disappointed when I came to an early appointment. The owner didn’t have a mask and was offended when I ask him about his mask. As a leader the example starts with you. So I have chosen not to return. Even though I loved the way my nail tech Venn (the lady) did my nails and toes.

I went about two weeks ago, I couldnt really tell how jacked up my nails were until they grew out. I have been going for over a year and had to change nail techs due to some unforseen circumstancesI will not be going back as the nail tech Helen did not buff my nails correctly.Thank you for the services in the past.If you decide to go ask for Amy.

Came in to inquire about the price for a fill-in. I was very specific when I asked the question, I asked, “how much is it for a regular acrylic filling with regular nail polish” And proceeded to hold all 10 hands out so he could see the length. I was told $20. less than 20 seconds after that, the price went up to $28 dollars. He said i will have to charge you three dollars extra for the shape then he asked is that gel or regular nail polish? I will have to charge you five extra dollars to takeoff your gel nail polish. You tell me who charges to take nail polish off? At this point I decided that I wasn’t going to be hustled and I walked out. I understand that times are hard but that’s not how you go about retaining clients. as a person who’s in the customer service industry and also someone who knows how to do nails I left there and did my own nails. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I truly enjoy going to this establishment. My husband and have received services from Tia over the past years and she has always maintained consistency with detail toward meeting our expectations. She is not only meticulous and skilled but also, considerate and attentive to making you have the most comfortable experience, even during this time of pandemic.

All i have to say is this nail spa will be the only place i go to for my pedicures. The nail tech that did my pedicure took his time. i’ve never had an hour long pedicure.. this nail tech gave my leg and toes a real good massage.., i was like wow! i’ve never experienced a pedicure like this before,,, the best pedicure i’ve ever had !. he definitely got a big tip from me.. lol ... cause usually when i get pedicures it seemed so rushed . I’m so happy i found this place, i can’t wait for my next pedicure..

This trip to the nail shop was totally worth it! I came in for a basic mani/pedi. Kim did my pedicure and Julie did my nails. They are true beauty consultants and up sold me to getting a gel set which I am so happy with! I let them know I had a special event to attend and was on a budget. Technicinas rushed through my service in order to assist other customers. My service has been rushed on multiple occasions, but never this bad. VERY DISAPpOINTED. (They did fix the issue and I payed full price.)

I usually requested Ms. Ven for pedicure, even that she speaks very little English, and chat nonstop in Vietnamese during her work. This is my last time with her after I saw her take the tools she had just used to do my pedicure, put them into a new sterilization pouch without cleaning and seal it, then put into her kit box.VERY DISAPPOINTED…

My pedicure was not done properly! They did not push my cuticle back and barely scrubbed my feet! The job was so rushed and it just feel as if I got a polish change. Do not get a pedi HERE!

I came in the other night and they had a 2 minute wait, while I was seated promptly the man at the front kept making me move seats to accommodate the nail tech, by the 5th move I was finally able to put my stuff down. Then I had to wait for my nail tech to stop talking on the phone and while she was doing my nails he took the drill and made 6 of my fingers bleed while I constantly asked her if she could be more careful. Once she was done filing she started painting and she did no know how to paint nails so instead of getting someone else she kept going and didn’t even fix the sides. After I asked to fix it she said it was fine. I on the other hand had a different opinion and fixed it my self after I got home.

Stay away from old lady named HANNAH – very very rushed, horrible service, always bad mouth about owner and others nail tech. She always did the absolute worst job, Luxury pedicure $45 in just 19 minutes, and this happened many times. I’ve been coming here for years and always satisfied with my services, but not Hannah – the fat and old lady…

I am from out of town and was looking for a quick place to get my nails done this morning. It was well worth fighting the traffic to come here (although I assume thats mostly everywhere around here). Service was quick and typical pricing. Nina did my pedicure - she was PHENOMENAL and took her time with me. Would definitely recommend!

The pedicures are ... fine. But I always feel like I’m being rushed through. Pedicures here usually take under 30 minutes, whereas other salons take closer to 45.

The prices are good and for the most part they do great work. However when they are busy, I would suggest you just come back. It seems to be whenever they are rushing, they do less than perfect work. Overall the environment is beautiful and very relaxing. Would highly recommend!

One of the most beautiful nail salons I have ever seen. Most nail salons dont give much consideration to interior design or ventilation. The owner put a lot of thought into the ambiance and the ventilation is excellent. No acrylic odor at all. The staff is friendly and they serve white or red wine.

I have gone to this location many times and I dont know why, i have only come out of the salon ONCE with good looking nails. I keep trying to give them second chances, but that approach doesnt seem to be working. I have been getting SNS, and they lift within 2.5 weeks, so if thats good for you I guess i recommend coming here.

I will never go back to this salon, and I recommend you dont either. I found this place shortly after they opened and was very excited about it; the place looked clean, the prices were reasonable, and it was very pretty inside. After my first pedicure, I noticed the polish was peeling off and my toenails had white patches underneath. I was told by their staff it was fine and to ignore it. I assumed it was the polish and avoided that brand. Fast forward 6 months and I decided to get french tips. When they exposed my nails underneath that polish and painted them clear, I noticed all the white patches on my nails (every toenail), with some yellow around the white on the big toes. I went to the doctor and I have been told I got toenail fungus from this salon. For them to ignore it, tell me it was nothing is not acceptable and I do not trust this facility anymore. Now it is the middle of the summer and I have to treat this fungus, which means I cant have polish on my toenails, plus wearing open toed shoes means Im showing the damage.

Please don’t go here- especially if you have a picture in mind of something you like. I had a simple picture of a cream base with a gold glitter accent. First they didn’t have any stock of colors. Then the lady complained that the glitter was difficult to put by the cuticle of the nail. She left my nails uneven, bumpy and put 5 layers on. Will never ever return. $60 and tomorrow I will have to go get them fixed somewhere. Terrible terrible terrible!

This is a beautiful nail salon, however, it did not do it for me. Sadly the nail tech that I was with does not know how to do SNS nails very well. I was horrified when I got in my car and looked closely at them. They told me it would be $35, but when she was done she charged me $45. When I questioned her she told me it was because I got my nails long. They did not tell me that in the beginning and they saw I had long nails when I came in there. It has only been 3 days and you can see by the pics that one of my nails is already chipping. All I can say is that they look pretty awful and hilarious. While Nail Care Spa is a gorgeous salon, some of the nail techs do not know how to do nails. Five of my nails have broken, and today really did it for me as one broke in the middle and began bleeding terribly. I will never come here again and I would never recommend anyone to visit this place.Their customer services skills aren’t even that great anyway. I will return to Nail Ly moving forward as they do a really good job and provide excellent service

I went to get a full set yesterday and asked for my nails to be shaped square. I also asked for sports length. After she shaped them I told her to just round the tip edges just a little. She reshaped my nails making them all look completely round. She removed too much of one side of my nail on some fingers during the reshape. She made my nails too thick. One of my thumbs is too wide. I am really dissatisfied with the look of my nails. Yes they serve wine and water but not everyone was offered some. No referral from me.

I like the location however the techs tend to be slow and when youre on youre lunch break that wont cut it.

I have been here a couple of times. The most recent time I received a pedicure and the guy did my pedicure in 20 minutes. That’s the fastest pedicure I have ever gotten which is not a good thing. It was super rushed. On top of that he painted my feet terribly. I can tell they pick and choose and spend more time and cater to others way more than some. I will not be going back. I see my service is not valued.

I visited this nail salon today. I was so excited about trying this salon for a pedicure but the lady that did them, disappointed me so much. I wanted a manicure and didnt get one because I was so disappointed. I felt as if a kid was scrubbing my feet. I will never come to this location again. She didnt offer me anything to drink. She kept forgetting to turn my fan on to try my feet. I WILL KEEP DRIVING THE NEXT TIME.

I had a GREAT first and second experience and nails came out great. I visited 04/14 and my cuticals were shredded, I left with loosing skin all around my nails on my hand and my toes nails were filed narrow. I didnt wanna change the with of my nails just file the top down. The polish over lays were uneven and not fully covered.

First time visitor from out of town. As soon as you walk on it just feels classy/upscale. I loved the big/bright atmosphere! My FAVORITE thing was that my Mani/pedi was completed at the same time!! The amount of colors to choose from were almost overwhelming, but the manicurist helped me pick colors that matched for my toes. Complimentary beverages offered! Fabulous services! Great experience! I would not recommend. I went because the place looked really nice. My service was rushed after waiting with my feet in the tub for 20 minutes. I got a natural manicure, my nails are still uneven after asking him to fix it. The polish is lumpy and not evenly coated. Everything including pedicure was a rush. I was just ready to leave the entire time. Not spending any more money with them. I just don’t want anyone else to be disappointed like me.

Customer service was TERRIBLE! I asked for something a certain way and the lady literally said, “okay whatever” My nails were not even how I like them so I feel I overcharged for a subpar nail job. I will not be returning.

Today I went I to get a manicure and pedicure and it was amazing!!! My nail tech was Jimmy and my pedicurist as Tony! I love them...even when I messed my big up they laughed and said it was ok and fixed it. My absolute best experience was today, Im loyal to the Nail Care Spa!

Painless pedi. I feel like a princess. So soothing and relaxing before my vacation.

Went in for a brow wax, they sent me to the room and I ended up waiting in there for 30 minutes. The door was open too so I know they knew I was in there. I just decided to walk out and when I did 4 nail techs were just hanging out by the front not doing anything so I will most likely not go back there.

Lady did a terrible job, asked for a gel full set coffin shape and this what I got . I will never come back here and don’t recommend this place .

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My paint job was trash and so was the lady who did my nails. She wasnt taking her time. Hit my skin with the drill many times, and made my nails thin. She finished one hand and I got up and left. This will be my first and very last time coming to this salon. TERRIBLE JOB!

They have horrible service all the way around. I had my nails done and 5 hours later my SNS manicure started to go south. I went back in for a re-do and the same thing happened. I would not recommend getting your nails done at this salon.

The building, design and decor is clearly where all the expertise went! All of the employees except for a handful are professional with exhibiting great customer service throughout your time with them! They act as if the are being forced against their will to expedite a service they offer and train for! They have no respect for the fact that each client is different and have very different expectations. I got a pedicure and the guy never clean under my toe nails, I took the tool after he applied the oil and top coat (I was hoping he hadn’t actually forgotten) and did it myself and he had the audacity to be upset. U missed a step rushing but still I return time and time again. I know how a well polished pedicure is supposed to look and feel and that’s what I will always expect no matter where I take my hard earned money!! Miss V and her mother are the best.

The did a terrible job! Half way through the lady who was doing my nails swapped with another lady to do something else. My nails are uneven and some are falling off. It’s been one week and my acrylic gel nails should still look great but they look like I have been wearing these for two years. They also charged me 50 bucks for just acrylic nails with gel polish. I went in to get an acrylic set and it wasn’t busy at all, most of the workers were just sitting around. I got a lady and she started going to town on my nails like she had a ton to do which was pretty painful as she was scraping my skin continuously with her file. My nails were all uneven, which I had to ask to be filed down multiple times. She put way too much acrylic on a few of my nails but not all so my nails didn’t even match & were lumpy and then when she painted them she painted my cuticles too and it looked like a third grader painted them. When I asked her if she could fix it she said they couldn’t be fixed. Luckily I was able to go down the street to Ivy nails and get someone to fix them. They couldn’t believe a salon let me walk out with my nails in that condition. I will not be back.

Some of the techs are very good and thorough but most rush through your nails and after going here exclusively for quite some time, the natural nails on my hands and feet have become extremely damaged, with some of them shedding down to the skin. I will NOT be back.

This place seems nice once you walk in, but my experience was awful. First, I walked in with two of my friends and one of my friends was getting SNS and the other one was getting gel, just like me. We asked to sit together, but they would not let the girl doing SNS sit by me because it was not in the “right section”. Next, once we were seated, the lady doing my nails was very rude and was not patient when my friend and I were thing to pick out colors. Another thing that happened was that it was very clear that the lady doing my nails and the one doing my friends nails were talking about us. It’s so upsetting. Here I am, 3 days later and my gel is almost completely off my nail and it is very upsetting. I would like to add that two of my sitter’s friends have gotten foot fungus from this place.

They do a good job on nails, but I’ve had to go back three times, after a fill-in, because my nails keep breaking. This never occurred at other salons I’ve been to around the area. Won’t be coming back.

Nice space. Questionable customer service. Inconsistent job quality across nail techs. Still hoping that they will launch a massive training program and recover.In the mean time, either I will:(a) keep revolving through the doors of one-after-the-other nonchalant, non-service focused, walk-in nail salons until I find one that gets a A both in quality and in service; or(b) I will return to my award-winning nail tech (for 20YR...12 miles away) who understands the importance of training, quality and the diversity of the ATL customer base... even if we are picky. I’ve been here a couple of times and I can’t say I’m impressed. The first time I had a man who did a good job and didn’t have any issues. So I went back (hence the two stars vs the one). I went back for a second time and had a terrible experience! The lady who did my “pedicure” didn’t even paint my toenails all the way, she complained when I asked her if I could move my feet bc the position she had my feet in hurt my ankles (dang sports injuries), the staff was walking around eating food (which, hey, I get it..we all need to eat but I did not appreciate it when a chic sat down right beside me as I was drying to eat her eggrolls), there were old nail clippings everywhere, food laying around, etc. It’s NOT a place I’d recommend.

Easily the WORST most rushed pedicure Ive ever had in life. The goal here is to get you in and out to free up the chair for the next person. ALSO I brought my 10 year old daughter with me for mommy/daughter pedicures and shortly after we arrived they seated two young yuppy couples directly across from us who then proceed to pull out bottles of wine and glasses so they can drink while getting a pedicure. What? Why? I didnt plan to take my daughter to the BAR and if she had noticed what was going on, trust me everyone would have noticed my mouth. Will NEVER go to this place EVER again. Stay away.

First time here......just moved to smyrna but when i lived in Buckhead i went to the Nail Care Spa on N. Druid Hills which i really liked but all Nail Care Spas are not the same. My Deluxe Pedicure at the Nail Care Spa in Smyrna was very sloppy. I got a deluxe french pedicure by Pha and the white polish was everywhere. (Pha) did my deluxe pedicure and his momma had to fix it due to the sloppiness of the work performed by Pha. His momma did an excellent job. Will be back for a second try but Pha will not be my pedicurist. We pay too much money for inexperienced nail techs to be “practicing” on us. Friendly staff, clean atmosphere. Overall it was a good experience.

When you first walk in staff is kinda friendly but dont have a problem bc their attitudes go thru the roof. The owner yells at you etc. I went in for a full set Pink/White paid $55 and left with 8 cut up cuticles. I called the owner the next day when i woke up with scabs on 8 of my fingers and she said she would refund my money so i went up there and she started yelling at me stating they were only scratches and they would heal up. IM SORRY I DONT PAY FOR SCABS!!! BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I really thought this nail salon was top of the line 5 star rating, but NO! My experience was FAR from top of the line. I went in to get a “gel polish change” and eyebrow waxing. The girl rushed on my nails, they rushed me to pick a color and my nails were peeling on day two. The first polish that I picked out was so clumpy, even the nail tech advised me to pick another color. I told her I wanted the polish thick bc it was a light color. My eyebrows looked the same as when I walked in. It was my fault bc I should’ve waited to go to the salon I normally go to, but I was in a hurry and it was my birthday weekend. The ladies in both chairs next to me were treated very nice. The techs talked to them and everything. I guess bc I refused a manicure, I wasn’t equal to the others. Never again!

Worst nail salon. Customer service is horrible. Got my nails done, less than 24 hr polish came off. Went back to get re-polish and they wanted to charge me. They inconvenience me why should I have to pay to get my nails re-polish. I do not recommend this nail salon.

Its a fancy outer shell...but when it comes down to actually doing a good job on putting the polish to the nail🙁😒🙁 Terrible. Good service and the spa was worth the pirce, however they have no experience in actually giving a pedicure/ manicure. One woman semi pressured me to get a mani. w/ powder....😐😐😐 she messed up like 4 times..and my pedi nail polish...sloppy...

Very nice place professional but they a little pricey

I went today for a full set ... my nails were not done correctly. The electric filer chipped at my skin & the girl didn’t care. I left out the salon bleeding. They did my eyebrows, the girl took off half my eyebrows. I was not pleased at all. I would not recommend & I will not be back
