I was a little hesitant at first to have my fill in done here after reading some of the reviews. However, Im happy to say I had a wonderful experience and my nails turned out beautiful!! The pedicure was fantastic, included a massage, and incredibly thorough. They were also super polite and nice. I didnt know exactly what I wanted for my nails so he helped me figure out a design and was super patient when I changed the overall color after selecting the accent nail. Will 100% return!!

I went there because of the raving reviews and how close it is to my home. The first time I showed them an ombré design, the girl couldn’t do ombré and said the way I wanted was half and half. It wasn’t. She put the dark coat on first which is not how you do ombré. I dealt with it because I had to go out of town. They charged me $65 for my nails with gel and about half an inch of nails. Not bad. I come back today I get super short nails. Maybe 1/3 of an inch with no color and she charged me $55. Lol ten dollars less than the ombré gel nails with length? Plus I still have orange particles in my nails from the last set she did. Don’t go her for your manicure. I can’t add pictures for whatever reason but it’s ridiculous.

I would go for a spa pedicure but I would NOT go for acrylics. I had my nails done at another salon but I wanted to try this one out since it was rated high.Spa pedicure: (4.5 rating)The pedicure lady was AMAZING. She took her time and removed ALL the dead skin from my feet. She didnt cut me at all. The massage was so great that I started falling asleep. She even took her time to paint my nails and they look great!Fill-in: (1.5 rating)Unfortunately, my fill in was not a good as my pedicure. She did my fill in while I was getting my pedicure and I noticed that she was putting big chunks on. I figured shed file it down so itll be flat, but she didnt file it down enough. When I was drying, I noticed she missed parts of my nails, the acrilic was not flat, or properly shaped. I eventually said something and she tried to fix it. But she would have had to redo the whole thing. There are only 2 nails that look good.Cleanliness: (2.5 rating)You can tell the place is old and could use some renovations. There is tape on the arm rest of one chair. The staff chairs have clear wear and tear on them and the place is a little dusty. I wasnt sure if the tools she used on my feet were properly sanitized. She brought them over in one of those pencil boxes. I do know that the nail file and scrubber were new because there were no file marks or dead skin on them. I dont know if they cleaned the pedicure tubs. When I first sat down, the old towel was still there. The tub didnt look clean but it was also old. I dont remember if she cleaned it after me either. The entire place could use a wipe down. The front desk and the places they put stuff on are dusty.Staff:The staff are nice and friendly, and have great patience with children. I dont have any, but about 3 kids came through and they were very sweet to them. They treated me nicely and have everyone water to drink.Overall, I hope they continue to improve. They are good people and their hearts are in the right place. I would go back for a pedicure.

I went to get sns about a week and a half ago and my nails look HORRIBLE! I had to tell the tech (who acted as if she was a manager) to apply the polish over my entire nails! On every single one of my nails the polish was not all the way to the side of my nail. I have natural nails and they werent even at all! They are slanted and I had to go home and fix them. They started to crack on 3 of my nails about 5 days later. Now, they are look over a month old!I will NEVER come here again! Oh and they are more expensive than other salons. Why is that if you cant even get a basic thing done?

Great nail spot! My manicure looks good. I appreciated that they take the time to soak off the gel polish rather than grinding it off. Also a plus that theyre open on Sundays! $5 cheaper for gel than the place I normally go & just as good of a manicure.

This is worst job I’ve ever had. I paid $46 for French manicure on my natural nail and pedicure. My toe polish looks like a child did it for the first time. It’s horrible! Two days later and most of my nail polish has chipped off. It took over an hour after they started. This is the most crazy sorry service I’ve ever had!!

Very professional, nice and clean

I have been coming here for 4 years now. It’s hard to go anywhere else. Vicki and the rest of the staff have always been awesome. My pedis and manis are best. Mai is the best on brows. My brows are thick and she keeps them trimmed and neat. She listens and doesn’t take off too much. I always come in and charge my phone while in the pedicure chair right next to me. I love this salon!

I got my nails done here and they did such a bad job. You can see where the first layer of nail polish is and the second coat is barely over my whole nail. My nails also started chipping the next day! Definitely take your business somewhere more professional.Side note: I saw them pulling instruments out of drawers, using them and putting them back in. I am 99% confident that they dont sterilize instruments between use...

My sister in law and I went here yesterday. We both got manicures and they are awful. It’s a shame because the staff was very nice, but we will not be going back. This was a complete waste of money considering both of our nails are chipping and look so bad. I got gel nails and they didn’t even use the UV light. I do not recommend this place at all.

Enjoyed the nail salon. Went on a Friday and there was no wait. And I had a full set done in less than 45 minutes. I loved my nails at the end

The staff here was so nice and professional. However, I got a simple full-set and its probably the worst job I have ever had done on my nails. I can see the first layer and second layer of paint and my nails are already chipping one day after getting them done. Wont ever be back but the ladies were very nice..

Toes were painted the wrong color gel. Asked for fushia (even pointed to the color on her samples), they painted them brown. Fingers were so wet that the color scraped off. So basically I have to redo everything myself! Waste of time!

A friend took me here last week for a mani and pedi. The two ladies who did my mani and pedi were great! They took there time and were very attentive to your needs. Great experience at the salon. Clean, quiet, relaxing, and very nice salon. Very nice place to pamper yourself. The staffs were very sweet and friendly. Give it a try!

Excelente service and professional work

I called to make an appointment and was hung up on. Called back and was never apologized to and she talked very dry to me. So I called to cancel and when I did she says you again and proceeds to laugh. If that is how they treat customers that are paying for services, I will take my money somewhere that treats people right.
