I took my mom here for a Mother/Daughter Spa Day. Dyanna did our manicures and pedicures and we got paraffin wax treatments on both our hands and feet. Dyanna is very detail-oriented and took her time with each of us. My fingernails and toenails look better than they do when I go to an Asian nail shop and my skin so soooo soft from body scrub, aromatherapy soak, and creams she used on my hands and feet.Deborah did our facials. She is sooo sweet. And the products she used smelled heavenly. My face felt so clean and smooth and smelled divine.Our massages were good. Even though Ive had better massages, it was still very relaxing and I fell asleep a couple times I was so relaxed.

The interior of the spa and the massage therapist were wonderful. The massage itself, which was the natural body signature, was just not what I was expecting from a usual signature massage. Minimal leg and arm work and no neck, feet, collar, or hand work at all. I never flipped over on the table. Also used hot stones which kind of surprised me because I have also never had these during a normal signature/full body. It was still nice, it was just different from what I have experienced!

I Had a CBD full body Massage with Courtney and it was great, she made my aching back & shoulders feel like new again. Plus they have a great selection of natural/Organic products, selfcare kits. Soaps, candles & oils.

I will start by saying the facility and the massage itself were great and would be 5 stars if it werent for the service I received. Ive never cared about receiving top notch service, it doesn’t take a lot to satisfy me there- but I left this massage feeling more stressed than before and sad about my experience.When I first entered and was shown where to sit down the receptionist just pointed out the bathrooms and said you can sit over here and left. Two ladies that came in after me were taken back by the same receptionist who was being so kind to them and offered to get them anything they might want, this rubbed me a little bit the wrong way I did not receive the same offer but not the end of the world. Then two massage therapists came at the same time to our area and I heard one say my name to which I said “that’s me!” and started to gather my things to stand up. I couldn’t tell who said it because of a wall in the way and the masks over their face so when I looked back up to decipher who it was, I saw one of the ladies staring back at me bug eyed and waving at me like I was an idiot and telling me to hurry up. I didn’t appreciate the way she said that to me so I told her “I am coming?” and walked over to her for her to say “well you just froze up on me there” in a very harsh tone. I was so confused at why she was speaking to me like a child and what I did to upset her, the only thing I could think to say back was “I’m sorry I wasn’t moving fast enough for you?”. I’m pretty young and agile, I really don’t move that slow so I am still confused about this. I should mention the time between her calling my name and me standing up couldn’t have been any longer than 4 seconds.. This was a terrible way to start what was supposed to be a relaxing massage.. tension felt very high between us as our first interaction was an argument and I felt incredibly uncomfortable and in a vulnerable position. I didn’t even know her name yet. I am not a confrontational person at all, but I haven’t been spoken to that way since I was a young child. I spent the whole massage worrying about what I did to offend her. It pains me to not tip anyone in the service industry well, so I still gave her a good tip however I will not be returning as I felt incredibly unwelcome here.

I’d also like to admit that I had a massage in 2019 and I’m just getting around to writing this review, but I just wanted to share that I had such a good time with Ully (Ulli?)I’m usually extremely uncomfortable with people touching me but he was so professional and made me feel comfortable. I know it’s been over a year, but I just wanted to personally thank him and the staff! You guys rock!

AWWWWW!!!! My massage was wonderful. Very relaxing. I took a friend for a birthday gift and she adored it. We had amazing facials as well. Highly recommend but be specific when booking locations because we had a location mishap and were scheduled at a location I never knew they had. They took full ownership though and made it right.

Very good experience, but it could have been great. I had a massage, scrub and facial package so I was there for several hours and packed a bag with makeup and hair styling products so I could freshen up before leaving. I absolutely loved my services (Courtney for the scrub and massage, and Tanya for the facial) but there’s no locker room! I had to tote my bag plus my clothes and shoes after undressing.There is only a small waiting area and two (single-use) bathrooms in the same space. When I showered off my scrub, I literally had to step over a man who was in the waiting area to get to the bathroom—and I was only wearing a towel wrap. Awkward! I am really surprised that they have not incorporated some kind of dressing area, especially for women clients. So I cannot recommend this place for any kind of “all day” celebration or girls’ day. There’s just no space.

Natural body is one of the most peaceful Anns serene spas that youll get a chance to visit. The staff is very kind and will direct you to what you need. The atmosphere is just perfect. They also have a great and decent sized room for couples massages. Almost forgot to mention the various offers they send out through the year. The are sure to keep you connected after your service with them. They also have a very nice product selection in the front of you just want to browse.

Let me start by saying..... I should be ashamed of myself because I got this spa certificate for Christmas 2018. I decided to FINALLY call and make an appointment, and let me say it was long overdue.I got the Signature Spa day package, 60 minute body massage, a facial and an exfoliating body treatment.Lorree did my massage and my exfoliation treatment, I love her she was excellent and super personable.Tanya did my facial and she was also amazing and knowledgeable, I had a great time learning about my face and what I should really do to properly take care of my skin.I cannot wait to make another appt for a massage and a facial because the only thing I regret about going to the Spa was that I didnt go sooner!!

They’ve remodeled and not for the better. The pedicure area is out in the open beside the reception desk. So you get to spend your relaxing time listening to the ladies on the phone! And it gets better .... the cost hasn’t changed. It’s still $50+ for a pedicure. You used to get a private room and peace and quiet for the cost. Not any more. This isn’t relaxing at all. It’s a cheap experience. Do not waste your money on a pedicure or manicure. I will never make this mistake again. Go elsewhere ... like the Asian salons where it’s the SAME experience and HALF the price.

Natural Body Spa was amazing. Every staff member treated me like a VIP guest. Every service was so luxurious. I was gifted a spa day, so I experienced a full body massage, a facial, mani/pedi, and a lunch which is provided by a restaurant next door.

This is my first time going to this particular Natural Body Spa, but I have been to the one in Brookhaven several times. Its good to know that no matter what location I go to I will still have great customer service and a great massage. I believe the name of my masseuse was Adrian? She was awesome and I will make sure to go back!

Im a stylist and sometimes need to stop and get last minute products. They are always well stocked. I have also booked other services and this place is great! Keep up the great service!

Went for a girls afternoon out with 2 of my coworkers. We all had facials. Days later we are still talking about what a great experience it was. Julie did an amazing job on my European facial and my face is still glowing. We are planning to make it apart of our regular monthly routine.

It is priced on a higher side but its worth the money . Will go back again

Let me start off by stating that the massage therapists were great! My boyfriend and I had a couples massage. Both therapists were very professional and listened to our needs. I loved that they give you a coupon at the end to use for next time. Because of the great work of the massage I am giving this place a good.Like other clients have stated before the problem is the front office/reception area. I called to make an appointment for the couples massage and notified them I would be using my companys discount (company name and all). When we arrived there were people standing around the desk and both receptionists look like they were busy so we waited. Well one of the people standing around the counter worked there and did not let us know until after about a minute. I checked-in with the same receptionists that took down my appointment and reiterated that I was using my companys discount and I had my badge and all.After the massage when I went to check-out I reminded the SAME receptionist (SAME as in the same person that took my reservation and checked me in that morning) that I am using my discount. THEN she states that it is only for certain days of the week not the particular day I was there. I gave her a look like really? and told her I was not notified of it when I made my reservation or when I checked in. She said I can give it to you today. Then she stated that I would only receive it on half of the couples massage. I was very confused because the couples massage is 1 price. Why would you break it into 2 and then not apply MY full discount to the whole service. I was not also not notified over the phone that it is charged separately. She stated there is nothing she could do about it. The manager was standing right there and confirmed with the receptionist after she had already made multiple mistakes from the beginning. Needless to say I was not happy. I paid and tipped the massage therapists and walked out knowing in my head I was going to write a review about this.Like I stated before, the massages were great! The front desk/receptionists need work.

This is an amazing place that have amazing products. My massage therapist, facial therapist, and nail lady were all amazing! I love that they were able to use natural products on me! I totally recommend this place!!!

I love a hot stone massage. My wife loves the atmosphere and the prices are great. They have great soothing music and it smells clean with great aromas. They do some great treatments for Fibromyalgia which Im just starting. Make sure you ask about their series of services if you go to a spa a lot this can save you some money.

Nice spa but when it comes to deep tissue massages (and I have had my share and know them well) this establishment is lacking in qualified masseuse. So be sure what your expectations are set properly.
