I’ve been coming here for 3 years getting my eyelashes done. I went yesterday 08/19/2021 around 5pm and got my lashes done, as soon as she laid me down in the chair and started putting them on, I noticed she was not putting them on correctly, she was attaching them to the top of my lashes, on top of my eyelid. I tried telling her that it was incorrect. She was also using WAY too much glue. She almost drenched the eyelash in glue. And she ignored and kept going. Never got a fan to dry the glue like usual.I will NEVER be coming back to this place ever again, it’s nothing like it use to be. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AR THIS PLACE. Also not to mention, they don’t do refunds.

Worst service ever, my girlfriend went to do her eyebrows done, and she ended up looking like all burn, we went again to let her know about that but she was trying to do the same thing with the same product, we refused to use the same one and she didn’t care.

Every time I go, they do an awesome job. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed and threaded here. As well as my lashes. Lashes last a long time. I recommend them.

The young lady attitude was not friendly, I walked in @12 and she was like. “I just opened” she was talking on the phone.. I guess the conversation she was having made her upset.. I asked her about the tinting she act like she didn’t want to do it.. so I just said Nevermind you not in the best mood..and I told her I hope your day gets better..

I went on Saturday evening to get my eyebrows and lashes done. She did an excellent job on my eyebrows threading them. I thought she did an awesome job on my lashes until I got home seen all of the hair glue she put on them. Once the glue dried completely my eyelids was itching like crazy. I won’t say any more but I went in to try to work something out about the dissatisfaction & she rude about it. It wasn’t her fault I’m allergic to the hair glue but I’m sorry I’m black I would know if I’m allergic to hair glue way beforehand especially since I weave in my hair now....

She did a really good job threading my brows but I shouldnt have to ask a professional to use sanitizer before touching my face.

Was on her phone the entire time. Drastically Messed up my eyebrows. The worst experience ever. Do not go here for your eyebrows, you will be disappointed

Called numerous times throughout the day and no one answered the phone or returned my message. I went up there anyway and waited 10 minutes while I waited for someone other than a 5 year old to greet me. The lady asked me what I was here for and I told her a pedicure and she informed me that she did not have a nail tech. As I was collecting my things together to leave her toddler who was about 18 months old walked over to me and dropped a bottle of black nail polish on the floor. It broke into a million pieces and multiple chards of glass got into my sandles. I thought I had picked all of the pieces of glass out of my foot but I did not obviously as I walked a few feet to dig more glass out of my feet. There was never an apology and she spanked the child and put her in time out. The place was nasty and toys were strewn everywhere. I will never go back.

Hands down this is the best place to get your brows done! The eyebrow tech is a miracle worker !

Went and paid 80 for my nails on a Friday they was so thin that they broke Saturday went to get them repaired and they tell me to come.Back tomorrow or the weekend when they still had a hr until they closed!! I recommend pairs nails salon if your in the Smyrna area!! So unprofessional and rude

Got eyelash extensions, made my own eyelashes fall out when the fake ones did.

The whole process was rushed.
