I walked in on a holiday because they were the first place opened and I never left 3 years later!!! I am very loyal so for me to switch? It had to be worth it! And it was worth the switch!!! I made an appointment for Brian for 1:30 and a pedicure for 1:30. Arrived on time and Brian was working on someone else. At 1:55 I got sat for my fill in but not sat for my pedicure. At 2:25 almost an hour later they wanted to start my pedicure. I told them no and Brian does horrible nails! Customer service sucks you’re just a number to them. I’ll never go back!!!!!

I can’t say enough about this place and the amazing staff. I’ve been going here for over 6 years. They have become family. I send everyone I know there and everyone is always so happy when they leave. My nails always look amazing and I truly love everyone so much.

Set up an appt, and 45 mins later I still was waiting and there were 2-3 in front of me. I left as I didn’t want to waste more time. I don’t doubt the quality is good based on other reviews, but whoever does the scheduling isn’t good at it. Appts mean nothing so make sure you have ample time to wait if you wanna come.

Sonya and the Bally Nails team are amazing. The custom service was truly on point...very professional and follow CDC guidelines fully. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Great service but very pricey. They need to do better than that. 2 gel full sets and a deluxe pedi shouldnt have been $156. Thats entirely to much and ivey gone to more classy places than this one and they didnt charge this much. Everyone was great other than that

Just arrived for my second appointment with Brian. Currently getting a pedicure. Last on amazing...spa pedicure. Below you will see a 📷 of my nails after two weeks of SNS, cannot say how much I love it. Got ride of my acrylic nails on my last visit. Brian did a fabulous job.

My regular place was unexpectedly closed. They took me right in as a new customer walk in and did a good job on my mani/pedi.

Ive been using this salon for a couple years now. Lately, the customer service has been below par and that is disheartening as I have been a loyal customer and brought several clients to their salon.They are currently operating on an appointment basis. I made an appointment and was seated pretty promptly with Sonja. I discussed what I wanted done on my nails (I came in with bare nails, requesting SNS, no tips). When it was clear I didnt want tips, I was then asked to sit elsewhere and wait for someone else to do my nails. Several clients who came in for appointments after me were serviced. I waited over an hour for anyone to even start on my nails after Sonja asked me to leave her chair and took other clients in my place. It took OVER 2.5 hours for my nails to be finished (regular pedi and SNS mani).For perspective, I came to the appointment with my sister who had the same services done. She was finished in an hour and had to wait on my nails for over an hour and a half. This is unacceptable. It was very clear that I was last priority for this salon and I was passed off to less skilled employees simply due to my simple manicure request.We unfortunately wont be back to this salon anymore. The service during this visit was extremely poor with no communication on their part. I will be looking for a new salon that will appreciate my customer loyalty, generous tips and kind, patient clients - like my sister and myself.

I cant be happier with my nails. I have been coming here for months now and wont go anywhere else. And that says a lot being Im a cross country truck driver and will only get my nails done here. Vivian is the best at hand painting designs. These tigger nails are all gel and hand painted ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

When I looked at the reviews I ignored them I should have listen to the reviews please before you be upset like me listen to the reviews this place is horrible they are very pricey. The people who work there are very rude they would rush your nails and by the time you get home the polish on your toes will chip and your nails will break in half because the nails are very thin. The person that was doing my nails was snatching my hand and also made my finger bleed for being to ruff.

I NEVER leave reviews, but the service here was so amazing. First time getting SNS done at this salon. Great selection of colors (most are organized by color scheme) which I loved. Everything felt clean and sanitized/aligning with COVID cleaning procedures (taking temperatures, cleaning stations and washing hands before you sit down in the chair). Everyone was professional, nice and smiling. My nails looked amazing, the tech even gave her honest opinion about the color being translucent and making sure I was happy before she put the colors on my nails. I truly appreciated this. If I lived in this area this would definitely be my go to salon.

Love love Bally Nails! Sonya, Lisa and the rest of the crew are all amazing and have really gone above and beyond to make their clients feel safe. When you enter the nail salon you notice right away how clean it is, they only take Appointments post COVID-19 to control the numbers, when you walk in you have to wear a mask and go right to wash your hands then they take your temperature. They also go a step further and wipe each seat and station down after every single person. Would recommend them to any of my family or friends! I trust anyone of them to do my SNS and gel pedicures because they all do a great job!

I recently moved out to Cobb County GA and have been without a pedicure since this COVID thing started so you could only imagine how rough my feet were looking. Well I scheduled an appointment with Sonya at Bally and when I got there they were very professional and COVID prepared. They require you to enter with a mask on, they check your temperature, and require you to wash your hands. They had glass separators for when doing manicures. They wiped down your chair. And they give you all new utensils. I absolutely love it. And the environment is so warming!!!

I just want to say that today was my 3rd visit to this location and I am Absolutely Ecstatic! Sonya did her thing with my nails once again. I made an appointment and was greeted and seated within 5 minutes. My nails look great and everyone was extremely friendly. I have definitely found my new Salon.

Im fairly new to this area and read the reviews and decided on Bally Nails. I was not disappointed. I walked in and was immediately greeted. They were very busy but they had a pedicure seat available so they sat me right away. Everyone was very friendly. My nail tech did a great job and I will definitely be back!

I go a least once or twice a month! Great service, funny conversations. The ladies are amazing. SNS on point, fresh new nails every visit. Ingrown....gone, eyebrows always perfection!

So, I have been coming to this location for a while. Sonja is absolutely amazing. She was the first person I met and she was not only patient with me and my uniqueness but she was very kind. For that alone, I am a forever customer. They use new individually pre-packaged tools on each visit and the pedicure chairs are lined. Very sanitary. It’s always a great conversation happening while you are getting serviced. I decided I wanted Nail Art so Sonja recommended Vivian...when I tell you she is THE TRUTH! I mean it! You definitely have to make an appointment with her because she is very good at her job. I tell her she creates masterpieces each time! She is like the female Picasso. No lie. And she is super patient and kind. I have never gotten a bad vibe from anyone in this establishment. I have never had a bad experience. Even the one time my nail broke because of my carelessness, Sonja fixed it for me at no charge. Bally Nails is the best in Smyrna! Come see them now!

Great shop, theyre quick and do good work

I’ve gone here on and off for few years. Usually have good experience but it’s gone downhill recently. First I showed up at 11:55 on a Sunday and every chair was already full even though they don’t open until noon. When I was told that it would be a while to be seen, the employee said “We don’t open until noon so we don’t have staff here”. Okay then why is every chair filled and I felt bad about showing up 5 minutes before opening. I met today and she told me it would be 10 minutes or less to be seen. When they finally put me in a chair, I realized it had been 45 minutes! Wish I would have left. Then it was another 10 minutes before someone started. Then the girl doing pedicure didn’t even use Lotion or doing any foot/ leg massage as usual. And the male doing my nails was between me and another client. And he didn’t wipe down my nails before painting them despite the dust from doing them. Yet was still $32 for basic manicure and pedicure. I won’t be back again!

Recently moved to Atlanta & the nail tech I dealt with whenever I visited my family moved to this salon. My first visit here was wonderful. It was my birthday & they were beyond friendly & made my experience fun. One of the techs even offered to buy me Starbucks.

Lisa is always professional and sweet. All the ladies are so talented and they remember you by name. Also, they speak majority of the time in English, which makes me feel comfortable :).

This is the only place Ive come to over the last ten years. No matter how far I live Ill drive here simply for the great service that I receive. The staff is always professional and inviting. I drove all the way from Kennesaw today. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give 0 stars! I waited an entire hour and still was not serviced and then when I was called to the chair for a pedicure I waited an additional 15 mins with no water in the bowl to soak my feet. It’s a Wednesday there’s no reason this wait should’ve been this bad. I will not be returning.

That was my last visit! Took more than a hour for a French gel manicure and I had to correct the ‘nail tech’ on three different occasions. Crooked lines, dirt and bubbles on the nails, uneven color; very disappointing. Look at the pic enclosed! Safe your time and money.

Always a great experience, no matter who does your nails. I very rarely make an appointment and always get right in. When it comes to pedicures Lisa is my favorite as she gives an awesome massage.

Oh my god my first time in there my experience was wonderful so I said I will go in for a fillin And I end up going in for a fill-in and a broken nail and when I tell you Sonia hooked me all the way up I think I have found me a new spot and it’s only seven minutes away from my house I’m loving it 🦄🥰😘😂😂👍👍👍👍👍

Went twice. Vivian did a great job. Second time Andy did my nails and they were awful. He didn’t even cover my entire nail with the final coat after SNS. He said the oil will fix the rest. Color was uneven.

I had the most terrible experience here I would not recommend this place to anyone. I decided to try a new place for a gel mani and pedi. And they were in such a rush. The guy who was doing my mani kept asking if I had decided on a color. He asked about 10 times and I had not even had the color options for 5 minutes. He then continued to say “people usually decide on their first choice”. I felt so rushed and the final product was terrible. The color was uneven and the next day my nails were chipping terribly!

I absolutely love the staff at Bally Nails. Both of my daughters have started going there to get their nails done as well. After the first visit we were all hooked.

It amazes me that given how close the proximity of nail salons are to one another, they dont try and outdo the each other by giving great customer service. This salon is no exception. This was my first-and last-time there. The girl who did my gel manicure filed my nails way too short, and then did a crap job of polishing them. The manager wouldnt apologize either, which really pissed me off! She just kept saying the girl said she only shaped them, she didnt cut them. Well obviously you can file nails down to the point they look like I bite them to the quick!

Got my nails done for my wedding (gel polish) and within ONE week 2 nails completely just popped off. All this after I was charged $40 for switching from SNS to gel polish. I was told they cant do ombre SNS so I had to do ombre gel. Luckily the nails popped off after my wedding and not before. Super disappointing.

I will not be returning to this place. When I arrived for a pedi I was placed in a chair and left unattended for 30 mins in luke warm PLAIN water. They didnt put anything in the water (is this a new trend?) No one mentioned the wait time upon arrival. If I knew it would have been that long, I would have never sat down. No one offered anything (water, customer service, etc.) for the inconvenience. Once they started on my pedicure, she rushed rushed thru it. This should have been relaxing but instead it was simply a horrible experience.

Absolutely love my mani/pedi. The staff was very friendly and professional. They have a new loyal customer in me.

The womenfolk of my family all say that THIS is the place to go (and they DO). Lots of personal attention, no heavy fumes, reasonable prices. Guys can part at Firehouse Subs right next door.
