I had to make my gym appointment with an hour to spare and Lin was able to take care of me very fast and efficiently. She even corrected past damage from another nail salon and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted with 15 mins to spare for me to get to where I needed to go. I will definitely be coming back for my next style! Also, family owned and everyone is hilarious!

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. It was the best experience that I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I went in for a fill in and a pedicure. Both services were amazing! The full service pedicure was the best! I left with new finger tips and toes! :) I will definitely be making this my personal nail salon. I would encourage anyone to patronize this family business.

Painful and uncomfortable experience. Getting your nails done shouldnt include that much blood. Bad experience.Edit to reply to owner:Me and my friend went in there on 7/14 for two scheduled manicures and a pedicure and throughout the experience the gel manicure resulted in several instances where blood was drawn due to the nail tech digging too far into the cuticles and the nail bed.The owner noticed that this was an unpleasant and painful experience and dismissed the nail tech. Then she took over and proceeded to not ask any questions and furthered cutting my nails past the desired length.Furthermore, the man giving me a pedicure was being way too rough, even after asking him to be gentler in general, he continued with his rough treatment. He was massaging my legs and pinching my skin. It felt like a mechanic was working on me instead of a relaxing nail treatment.I asked for French tips and the technician did a messy and unsatisfactory job. When I asked the technician to clean up the lines, he gave a loud and noticeable sigh then attempted to fix it 3 or 4 times before I relented and let him finish knowing it wouldnt get any better.Then after the pedicure(which took 1 1/2 hours) I was rushed to pay and never received my scheduled manicure even after I called ahead.

This is a place that cares about your nails and feet. I have been going here faithfully for the past 9 months and I would say this salon is more like family. Everyone in the salon is good at what they do. I personally go to Dana for my nails and the Father or youngest brother for my feet. Dana is amazing at what she does. She takes her time with your nails and can do whatever style you want. If you are looking for a place that will rush you out there door, this is not the place for you!

First came to the salon in early 2021 with my sister & had a great experience. We visited again today, months later, and Rico remembered us (WOW). This is the epitome of a family owned business (Mom, Dad, three kids) and EVERYONE is a friend. Not only will you leave with great nails but you get excellent, comical conversation during your service. They never make you feel rushed and will never let you leave unhappy. Entire family is great but Rico definitely has the perfect personality for customer relations. We will be clients for life.

I was trying to find a new nail place after moving from the east side. The place I tried before this was over priced and my nails were constantly breaking. I found this place on Google when I was in a rush to get a broken nail repaired. The owner did my stiletto nail and it was shaped perfectly and she was really sweet. I also got the spa pedicure and it was amazing. The tech was nice, super thorough, and my feet were extra soft. He even watched me walk to my car because it was dark. I believe everyone working there was a family and I personally liked the family owned vibe. The prices were pretty standard and in my opinion, you get what you pay for. Theyve never rushed my service and always made sure I was satisfied. This will most definitely be my new nail salon.

I was in the area for the weekend and needed to get my nails done and I found this place with great reviews. Let me tell you, they live up to the expectations. The family owned business is a great place to get great nails. Rico was a fun to talk and Dana who did my nails was impeccable! She was patient and made my nails perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Small place but worth every penny! I got SNS nails on my real nail and she made my real nails into an almond shape.

I visited Rico Nails, based on all the good reviews and I had to see for myself. Rico and his mom were so welcoming and friendly. Made me feel like family. And the work that they did, my gel overlay looks bomb and I had a jelly pedicure that felt awesome. Definitely going back for my refill.

I wanted acrylic nail removal and a manicure. The owner tried to rip them off with a false nail and damaged my nail bed. Had an attitude when I asked her to soak them off instead of ripping them off. Then she did a French manicure with gel Polish and did not even give me a manicure and had the nerve to charge me $40. These people have no respect or regard for people on color. I’m very upset! Do not go to them at all.

I am very very pleased. I have had a few bad experiences with nail salons, and I can honestly say that Rico nails is my new nail salon! I have been here a few times and everyone is really nice and personable. I got a basic pedicure and enjoyed the service! Dum did a wonderful job on my pedi!

I wanted to love this nail salon so much, from the friendly environment to the family energy. However after receiving my first acrylic set three days later my nails started lifting on the right hand, I went back they fixed it for free but the rest of the nails just followed behind lifting one by one. And the most painful set I have ever endured I cannot recieve nail services for a while now due to the tearing from the lifting . And I get long nails for a reason, I don’t do anything strainous. During the set I notified the nail tech that I had some nerves sensitive in one of my fingers but sis just kept on drilling I had to wince for her to stop and move on to the next finger . Not to mention the set was 140 dollars after they told me 110 before we started. Now I choose quality over quantity and from the pictures I thought I was making the right decision so the money didn’t matter . however it’s not even been two weeks and most of my set is gone and I am very saddened I wasn’t able to enjoy them like I wanted. This was such a painful set from beginning to end . and then so many of my nails splitting at once. this review is not to hinder anyone. Just want you guys to learn nails is just more than the design. this set was so cute but way to many horrific cons to let it slide. Prior to this nail appointment I had been seeing a personal nail tech and never had any spilt nails or painful sets and I went for an entire year. And that while working at TARGET with lots of strainous work. Please do better. Now it’s just seems like hospitality is non existent.

Walked in Tuesday afternoon. They took me right away. I got a gel manicure and pedicure for $70 and was done in an hour. Great service and great work. Definitely will be back!

In love with Nina doing my natural nails. This place is family owned and they treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door. Dana is welcoming and her youngest daughter is such an amazing little helper and extra cute. I’m new (1 year) to the Smyrna area and now I don’t have to drive back to Sandy Springs to go to my old usual place. We all know Atlanta traffic sucks so it’s great when you find a local place.

This place doesn’t move in a timely manner. I added my name on the waitlist and waited 2 hours just for them to tell me they couldn’t do my nails. This is a good place but they are TERRIBLE on time. Don’t waste your time going here. They’re slow.

Omg I love coming to this place. I always have amazing service from them. The mom that’s in this shop is not money hungry she does right by the customer. The first time I came in she actually informed me not to get anything fake nails since my nails had hair dye. I’m extremely pleased with my trips that I made this my nail shop. Family owned business but a little unprofessional. The owner Rico had personal inappropriate conversations and the service was not worth the money. Charging $80 nails for a medium short length with simple ring finger design when you can actually go to a Black professional nail tech in ATL for the same price or less for long length and design on each nail was beyond me. Also don’t tell them your profession because if you look or sound like money they will over charge you. My mani + pedi added up to over $150. I felt like they were money hungry and I was robbed. I would not recommend. Just go to actual Black owned nail tech

Wouldn’t recommend for a gel polish. Sloppy job and peeling. These were just done today. I feel in love with everyone here. Its been a long time since Ive had a good time interacting with everyone while getting my pamper time in. A whole lot of laughs with down to earth people😂 oh and my service was wonderful they did an awesome job. My new nail family! I still owe my babies their tip went outside and realized I had been jacked by my nephew but Ill see them again in a couple of weeks.

I went to this place last Saturday because my nail technician was busy I had to wait 2 hours for them to do my nails then I told her I wanted ombre nails and she did not do ombre nails my nails have already broke and she charged me $15 for these nails I had to go get them refilled in already and theyre not ombre she was very unprofessional I told her I did not like them and she wanted to cut them off but I had somewhere I needed to go so some nail is better than no nail terrible customer service terrible nail technician she does not know how to do nails and I think shes the owner I have posted pictures also

Found Luxor Nails on Google today and went during my long lunch break. I believe the owner did my pink & white full set (also had to take off full set) and her son did my gel polish pedicure. They were both wonderful! The salon is cozy and the atmosphere of the family working together, joking together really makes you feel at home. Ill definitely be back during my lunches :) Thank yall for a great job! Love my pink & white!

I told them 3 times i wanted pink and white fill and the high school girl that did my nails only did pink and when i asked when she would do the white she said she doesnt do that so the owner her aunt i believe did the white and charged me $50. I paid then and was going to let it go as this was back on Martin Luther King Day but since it keeps coming up i wanted to warn others about this place. I wouldnt go back even for a free service for people that do business like that.

I had acrylics done here and the nail tech was very nice. The biggest thing was she wasnt careful with the buffer and made me bleed at the cuticle a lot. 2 of my cuticles have actually gotten infected from this 😔.

Since the first time I came in this establishment to get my nails done, I’ve come back every time! The owner (i call her mama) and her family that work with her are wonderful, humble, amazing people. They aren’t afraid to be themselves and they make sure you or your guests (kids) feel right at home. They take care of your nails and take their time with their work and you’ll never be unsatisfied when you leave!

This place is amazing especially if you love artwork or designs on your nails. Very friendly and patient staff here. Never have any problems with the people or my nails. 10/10 would highly recommend to a friend. And are very reasonably priced!

This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had in my life. I called for pricing and was satisfied and headed that way.I read the reviews and thought this would be my new spot. Was I ever wrong. I read they offer water and wine but when I inquired they offered nothing.The English profanity used by the female nail tech was not what I expected as services were being rendered.I had a 16 year nail tech servicing me and she did not do a good job.I feel Cobb Co should revoke their business license for the services they provide.NEVER AGAIN!

I loved this place! I needed a polish change and pedicure and was left waiting for 3 hours at my current salon so I went looking for a new one.. I found Luxor and Im so glad I did. They werent over packed and understaffed like most nail salons.. The salon was clean and spacious.. They got me started right away in the middle of the day on a Saturday and did a very good thorough job on my hands and feet so I decided to throw in a wax. I left feeling amazing!

I absolutely enjoyed both experiences at this salon. I live almost an hour away and I will continue to make the commute for such great customer service, and the quality is immaculate. If you are looking for the best, I highly suggest giving Luxor a try.

They fixed ALL the issues that were wrong with my nails on both my hangs and feet from the previous place I have been going for over 10 years.Nina was AMAZING and because of her and her family, Ive found my new spot. They were very reasonably priced and had a GREAT selection.You have to come here!!!

Good nail salon with really nice people! They definitely have good customer service and if its something that they are doing that you dont like you can say it. I wish they took appointments on Friday nights because it can be pretty busy but they do a good job at keeping an order and honoring your requests if you want a certain person. Ive been coming consistently maybe a month or so and I love my results! I usually have Nina or Mrs Dana do my nails and then I got my best pedicure from Alex!

My experience here was horrible they cut me multiple times, charged me 60 DOLLARS for SHORT NAILS, i was bleeding and it got infected don’t go here they charge way to much !! who charges someone 60 dollarss !!!!! for short nails ?!?!!

I’m not sure how this place has received good reviews. The customer service is horrible. I had an appointment to get a pedicure, manicure, and waxing....as they were working on my nails, the stopped to service 6 different people...walk-ins may I add. They left my nails in acetone for so long, my nails are no brittle! My nails never ended up getting done. I decided to leave and go to my normal place. The only service I received was the gel pedicure....$50!! No proper callus removal and no massage....just slapped on lotion. Complete waste of time and money. Go elsewhere! You’ll be treated much better and get more bang for your buck.

As a male, it’s important to feel comfortable and welcome, and that my specific needs are addressed. Luxor nails always delivers. The current management has done a complete turnaround and I consider it a top notch establishment.

The lady cut my toe with her tool & resulting in me getting an infection.. super upset. She did a terrible job and was rude. I ended up paying and tipping and not saying anything and her not even apologizing after she literally had to stop the bleeding.

Went here to get my nails done for my 8 year anniversary trip. The entire family owned business was amazing! From the atmosphere, making sure they paid attention to details, and leaving absolutely satisfied!

A bunch of unlicensed people who dont know what they are doing. Very slow and quite rude.You cant roll your eyes and offer an apology at the same time. FYI the state of Georgia banned cheese graters in which they are using. Very disappointed! I will never return. Im usually a big tipper. However, they really dont even deserve to be open.

After 1 week of sns my nails are getting water under the powder which should not happen. I should be able to wash my hands and not have water marks if the powder was placed correctly.Update: No Thank you to fixing them, I dont want to worry about them lifting again.
