Been coming here for 20+ years. Ive tried others. They have great service, water if you need it. They moved to the new location which is completely remodeled and very contemporary with a relaxing vibe. You can some decent nail design and my toes are always on point. Excellent prices. Family owned and operated, professional and have always had great hospitality. Thank you to Mr.Tony and Mrs.Mary for all these great years. Ann and Linda are crazy with the nails, Vivian and Bob top notch in my toes! Anyone can give you great service!

Its very pricey but the quality is good. I love Lisa she is very kind and gentle when she does my toes and nails. I recommend this location to anyone. Only thing I would ask if they go down on the prices just a little

Ive been coming to super nails for more than 7 years. Due to the pandemic, my first visit after 14 months of not getting a pedicure, was Monday of this week, June 28, 2021. My feet were in a horrible condition. The technician did a superb job! They look and feel like human feet again!!! I have always been very satisfied with their service.

My usual nail place doesn’t open until 12 on Sunday’s, and I had a broken nail that was getting weaker and weaker...when I tell you this place took me by complete surprise....I LOVE these nails! Lena did an INCREDIBLE job! I went in with a picture I saw online, and this is not what I saw but BETTER! She was very detailed...took her time, and I got what I wanted and more. You have a new customer, ma’am! Thank you!

I have used Super Nails for years! I love Tracy and Will, the owners. They run a tight ship! You pick your colors then you are taken to a sanitized spa chair that is state of the art in massage. They take such good care of you, you are offered a cold drink when you come in. There are no chemical smells and soft instrumental music is playing. The whole place is set up to pamper you from your toes to the top of your head, they do eyebrows and other things besides nails too. But when they are done I am always proud to show my nails.They are always keeping up with whats new. The place is so clean too! Give them a try and you will be hooked!😊

I recently started going back to this spot last year,, because the same thing they did to me previously they did again yesterday. I usually go to this spot but I had to give 1 star for last visit. They over charged me. Last visit I got a gel fill-in and a Gel basic pedicure. I used 2 colors as I always do I paid 90.00 then I tip 10.00 total of 100.00. I go this time getting the exact same service just different colors they charged me 105.00. I tried to explain to the lady owner that its the same exact service from before and I could show her my bank statements of what I pay each month. She tells me things are so expensive now. That has nothing to do with me. I expect to come in and pay the same price I been paying for the years I been coming to you. Very disappointed in this bamboozled act. Looking for a different salon.

This is my go - to nail salon! My nails and feet ALWAYS turn out looking amazing and they last a very long time! The place is super clean and the staff are friendly! Vivan is great on pedicures! I’ve had different nail technicians and never had a bad experience with any!

The technicians are very skilled. Masks are required for everyone (you can buy one for $1). This is the first nail shop that has done my nails with precision I was beginning to think was only for celebrities. They make sure customers and staff social distance to the best of their abilities. I will continue to come here.

Decent and spacious nail shop next door to Juicy Crab. On the older side, needs some remodeling. Pretty busy as well but I was serviced right away. I just came to remove my nails, got a couple nail beds cut but wasn’t too bad.

First visit. Courteous, affordable, and very friendly. I will visit again.

I just love my nail tech Julie. She’s always so sweet snd motherly like. She always take extra care of my nails and does not nickel and dime me for each thing she does to make my nails beautiful. I went to a nail shop on Lee Rd in the Publix shopping center my toe nails an fingers were thick like dripping candle wax after their service, I called Julie she penciled me in the next day . Corrected the issue of thick powder, unshaped edges, poor clean up application an thick polish

I was so happy to find this salon because they open at 9am instead of 10 like all of the other salons in this area. This is my first time here and this is the best pedicure that I’ve ever received! So good in fact that I’m writing this review as I sit here. If you’re getting a pedicure I highly recommend the jelly pedi. The salon is very clean and I love the precautions that they’ve put in place for COVID-19. The customer service is outstanding as well. I will definitely be back.

Great nail salon, very clean and reasonable prices. Linda is the best for manicures. Anna for the best nail designs if you’re in to that. Love their new location, looks like a buckhead salon. It’s best if you make an appointment as they can be busy.

I’ve been getting mani/pedi’s at Super Nails in Cobb Parkway for over 20 years. Owners Mary & Tony are friendly & welcoming each time I visit. Their team always does a fantastic job. The pedicure massage chairs are the best!!

It took me 3 years to finally find a nail salon with quality service. Lisa does an EXCELLENT job especially for pedicures! She does a good, quick, massage. I always request her for both my hands and feet.Everyone there is really nice and professional.

I sat and waited to be assisted although I called ahead of time for my appointment. When I decide to leave they just said “ok”. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

I have been going here for years and Karen is just AMAZING. Anyone who has had a hard time getting a stiletto nail with a perfect shape and sharpness she is the person you want. If this place was as bad as some of the comments have made they wouldnt have loyal customers for years and be super packed on weekends. They do great work and they are reasonably priced and worth every penny.Also, be nice to your nail technicians. They do great work and they deserve respect.

I am from out of town and was looking for a good nail salon to try before we head to Vegas tomorrow. We found super nails just driving around and the customer service was amazing and its inexpensive. I am a very picky person, and they get 5 stars from me. They did an amazing job on my nails and my pedicure. And they made me feel welcome and relaxed!!! I definitely recommend Super Nails to everyone!!!

I had a great experience. Im from out of town. Their customer service was great and service was fast, but I would have had no problem waiting for them. Their prices were absolute reasonable. They explained what they charge you . Nails art is great there as well.

Was my second and last time. Came for a fill in. My nails have been reshaped completely and unevenly tremendously. She charged an extra 7$ because i got another color on my ring finger. A normal trend, this is what i get for cheating on my nail tech. Yeah 2 stars I’ll bite this bullet

Ben and Bob are the best. Ben is on the finger nails and can copy almost any design you see on Pintrest. Bob takes his time on your feet. My regular nail person is Karen but she is on vacation.Super nails allow you to make appointments and you will not wait long. Service is friendly and professional.

Terrible!! I went to get my sister nails done and she got acrylic nails which is $25 and I go to paid lady says $20 but when I take out my savings then she says it’s $40 like what in the world ! 😡 last time I come here. Charging beyond the regular price !

Great friendly service

Just relocated to Smyrna, GA.I was searching for a nail salon within a small distance to my newly moved in residence. I stumbled upon this one. Walked in to receive eyebrow waxing. An ENTIRE WASTE. My eyebrows end up looking worst than what I entered the shop with. This is a truly trifling experience. She was so cheap with the wax. She Removed ABSOLUTELY NO HAIR. I was so disappointed and felt completely Ripped off. I would never return nor recommend. I decided to visit another location directly across the street and paid for eyebrow service again Elsewhere because this service was a Complete WASTE

Showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and she took the time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Shape and color were great! Super nice and friendly staff.

Waited one hour and not helped. My regular nail tech asked me to have a seat she kept taking people befoe me. Looked to see if she was finished with a lady that came in after me to do a manicure and she was finished with her and had someone else in the chair. The two owners sat there and said nothing even when I left. Been going here over 15 years. I am done.

Pedicure was great but manicure was pretty terrible. They used this brown liquid to soften cuticles that ended up staining my nails a yellowish color in the corners. She rushed doing the manicure and I didnt realize she was done after she walked away. I had to ask the woman to clean the yellow stuff under my nails and to re- file a few nails that were very rough on the edges. The guy did a great job with the pedicure though. Wonderful massage and excellent spa treatments. Guess it just depends who you get here. Maybe the manicure would have been better if they didnt try to do it while I was in the spa/massage chair? It was clumsy and messy with her spilling liquid out of the bag. The people at the tables seemed to enjoy their manicures. They should change their setup if they want to try and do both Mani/pedi while in the spa chair.

Overall I had a nice experience, the nail shop is clean and well organized. I only have 2 complaints about my first experience first it took a minute for someone to acknowledge me there and to see what services I needed, second the young lady who did my fill in took an extremely long time, over an hour for a fill in and 1 replacement. This shop is located very close to my house so I will return but I think that I will get someone else to do my fill in next time.

I was in a chair within 5 minutes of walking in. And I didnt have an appointment. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and paid close attention to detail. The prices are reasonable. I really like this place.

I refuse to go anywhere else! I live downtown and drive all the way here to get my nails done. I like Kim and Julie preferably but the two men do a pretty good job also. I cant speak for some of the newer people that work there.

I have been coming to this nail shop for almost 2 years. My nail tech KAREN is everything!! She has a great personality and will give you what you want. I can show her a picture and she has not failed me on making me look amazing. We create ideas and she works well with her customers. The design below we just came up with the idea together and it turned out amazing. If you want to have a nail tech you can make your nail dreams come true come see Karen but not on my appointment day! LOL! BA is also the bomb with the pedicures, he takes pride in giving you a good experience.

Horrible experience, unprofessional staff and overpriced. They not only take forever even on a slow day, but i had a nail tech cut my fingers with her file several times, and when i complained she told me to “relax” and it was my fault because my hands arent relaxed enough. I guess she would have preferred i not flinch while my skin is being butchered. When i asked her to just simply remove the nails off my hand she told me that is $10 extra so i left and won’t be wasting time or money going back. Its also very hot in there and they take hours to do a simple acrylic.

I have been going to Super Nails for over 20 years . . . the owners are wonderful and they have a lot of the original staff . . . which is something to brag about. They are clean, thorough and always courteous. . . and Im never disappointed. They feel like family.

I went there for the first & last time today. At first it seemed like a good experience until the nail tech kept filing my nails uneven to point they got super short. One of my middle nails was way shorter than the rest so I asked her to make it longer with acrylic so they would match up, which she did. Then she filed it uneven again basically right back down to where it was before. I said this is not acceptable and we need to get this fixed can you put more acrylic she refused became very agitated with me, starting saying my nails are the problem not her and was slamming the drawers at her station. I calmly said OK well is there someone else in here that can fix this for me because this isn’t going to work, she got up and walked away.The owner (grayish/white haired lady) came over and offered to completely take it off and redo the whole thing which at this point I needed to go and had been in the establishment for over an hour for a simple fill in. I chose not to sit there any longer, I wish I’d never stopped here. I won’t be going back, my nails are short, painted horribly and totally terrible experience.

They did a great job on my nails and they are reasonably priced. This is my new local nail salon. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a good technician for more than a year until I found this place and KAREN haha she is just awesome, she is really fast and she knows how to make your nails look perfect. Now I moved to a different place and I have to drive 30 minutes to get there but it worth it, I cannot trust in any other person than Karen!! ahh but dont forget to make an appointment if you want her, she is always really busy, I guess that shows she is really good!

I would rather a 2 1/2. To be fair to Linda, my tech, I’ll agree to 3 ⭐️s. The owner(s) a silver-haired man and woman have horrible customer service and communication. The lesbian chick is rude as well. They all TRY to speak for Linda. Only she and Ben are polite. I’ve been a client for 8 months. Any time I’ve arrived and Linda is busy, they dismiss me and tell me “Come back tomorrow.” No effort to offer to book a future appt or consider another tech. Today I arrived 2 1/2 hours before closing and tells me again “Come back tomorrow.”, which also occurred 3 days prior. As I proceed to diplomatically express my disdain, silver-headed lady approached my seat to justify treatment. I dismissed her. So silver-headed man tells me I can leave if I can’t be quiet. Um, NOT MY FATHER. I’m entitled to engage in peaceful conversation AND I spend my💰 here. They should not take patrons for granted and step up their ethics and customer service if they don’t want guests to complain. I’m pleased with Linda’s talent, which is the ONLY reason I return. The others can kick rocks.

Super Nails is the best nail salon I ever went to. The only time I had a problem was when I told this lady what color I wanted and she said that it was too grown. What ever color I pick out is the color I want. Overall, they are very organized, but I will get someone else there to do my nails.
