Got a gel manicure yesterday.. waited for an hour to be seen. When the nail tech did my nails, she was very aggressive and sloppy.. she cut me a few times when cutting my cuticles and rushed through the entire gel manicure process.. I had gel polish left on the corners of my fingers. It hasn’t even been 24 hours since I got them done and my nail has already chipped. I’ve been going here for over a year and really have liked them up until now. I will not be back.

Expensive- the workers have no clue what they are doing. I left with toe nail polish all over my toes. Spent $110 (after tip). Could have honestly done my own toes at home and had them turn out better.

The staff was friendly and fun. Their attention to detail is beyond compare. I can’t wait to go back and use them again!!

I have been going to the salon for about a year now. The lady doing my nails yesterday cut my cuticles with the drill so bad that now four of them are bleeding and swollen. Ridiculous.

This was my first time at this place. I definitely enjoyed it. I came on a Thursday afternoon, so no waiting! It looks nice and clean on the inside. I noticed they sanitized the seats when they were finish with their customers. They did a great job on my pedicure!! Ill be back soon.

I spent $92 including the tip for the deluxe manicure & pedicure which was fine at the time. However the next day the polish on my hands and feet looked at though it had been rubbed off and my cuticle are horrible. From my experience this happens when the polish is old or bad. No problem I took acouple of pictures and went back 2 days later and was treated like I did something. From the eye rolling, to the aggressive grabs of my foot to the negative energy. Not to mention when they removed the bad polish off my nails I decided just to get clear. You can still see the previous polish on my nails. This has been the worse experience and I will not be back.

I am disappointed every time I try to come to this nail salon. They rush and hurry too quick putting the polish on, and it is never consistent and is usually a sloppy finish. Today was slow in their salon and so I tried to give them one more chance and their idea of color matching was terrible.I am very disappointed and feel I wasted my money and will have to go somewhere else to fix this. On top of that, the nail tech slapped my hand today because I have a finger that won’t bend…….that was the last straw for me. I will no longer be coming to this salon any longer.

Absolutely phenomenal pedicure, they can make any gel color matte. Paraffin wax left my toes extremely soft. These babies came in crusty, rusty, and dusty- and they left looking gorgeous!! Thank you !! ❤️

Allure has kept my nails strong and healthy and I am always treated well when I go here. The pics are my natural nails just with dip powder and/or gel manicure. I only go once a month and I have never had a nail break, pop off, or crack in between appointments.The manager and the staff are very nice and they make sure to give you reasonable expectations for your wait time and their availability. They don’t rush you in or out and they take their time when servicing you.They still maintain COVID cleaning practices and all staff wear masks, which is very important to me. The environment is very calm and most patrons respect the atmosphere and don’t have loud calls or conversations. Overall, great nail shop in this area.

I’ve used the same shop to get a pedicure since I arrived in Smyrna and was happy with all aspects, except 1 maybe. I tried Allure because it’s close to my barber shop. Incredible place size, service, price and staff. JoJo has been ready for me at the scheduled appointment time and what a job this little lady does. Thank you

This was my first time coming here. I made an appointment for one and started soaking my nails at 1:20, 3 different people assisted with this process. They were busy so I don’t want to assume this is how it is done all the time. The process of getting my nails done was super quick and rushed. I had pink powder all over my nails and arms before I sat down for my pedicure. The nails looked nice just the prices had me feeling a little overwhelmed. The pedicure was better- I got the organic spa pedicure- super clue gelatin like soak. I’ll be back to try again.

Full acrylic set. Not satisfied with my nails. I would’ve been better off doing my nails at home. Did not prep my nails or cuticle correctly. (I normally do my nails at home, wanted to treat myself so I came here to get them done). Did not use new sanding bands or nail files. They were obviously used. We’re in the middle of a pandemic, that’s not cool. Lopsided nails. Nails very wide on the top. Nails on one hand are noticeably wider on one hand than the other. I told guy I was unsatisfied. His response was “that’s what you asked for.” Another woman attempted to fix them but they were so wide & sloppy, not much could be done. My cuticles are chewed up from the drill. My nails hurt to touch. Acrylic on my cuticles. Just terrible. Won’t be coming back ever again. The young woman who did my eyebrows did an excellent job though.Update 6/7/20, nails lifting already.Thumb nail came entirely off. Nails prepped properly do not pop off at all, let alone this soon!

I got an SNS french manicure and at the time I left the salon, it looked amazing. However, after 4 days multiple nails chipped and started to lift. So I went back to get them fixed and they fixed them, but charged me again with a discount of 15%. In my opinion, it should have been complimentary since it hadn’t even been a full week since I got them done in the first place. Due to the way this was handled, I unfortunately won’t be back.

You never know what to expect when visiting a new nail salon. This salon exceeded my expectations! I had an extremely enjoyable signature pedicure. I especially enjoyed the citrus exfoliating scrub, which used fresh oranges. The smell was wonderful and left my skin feeling tingly and fresh. I opted for a longer massage instead of the paraffin wax treatment and wasn’t disappointed. The massage felt wonderful for this 9 months pregnant mama. Thank you Allure!

I go for the basics, regular SNS on my natural nails, Pedi, and facial waxes. Always a good experience and the ladies work diligently. The manager here is awesome with customer recognition and catering to your needs. For sure my favorite spot. Other than that there very organized and clean unlike most nail shops. Mind you, I have worked at nail shops so i know what i am talking about.

They do a good job. The last time I came here I got acrylic with tips and they lasted 4 weeks so I came back, The lady told me one price before she did my nails and the charged me $10 extra and I didn’t change a thing while she was doing my nails.

This is my favorite local nail salon. My wife and I have been coming since they opened. The staff are always friendly and the environment is peaceful. There is spa music playing in the background while you relax in a messaging chair getting you feet done. A must visit for your next pedicure.

I came to get my acrylic nails removed and a manicure. They completely destroyed my nails removing them. I was bleeding on one nail and my whole nail bed was exposed. They used a nail tip to try to remove them. It was extremely painful. They still charged me for a full manicure and my nails looked horrible. I only came here because I go to the allure by Cumberland mall and thought the service would be comparable but I will not be back. It’s been over a week still and my nails are so thin hot water hurts them. I feel like there was a better way to remove my acrylic nails.

They are very clean and professional. You can make a reservation the day of or walk-in. They are spacious. The staff are friendly.

I give my pedicure 5 stars, as it was amazing. My nails on the other hand..... no. I attached photos of what I wanted vs what I got. I believe the tech started rushing as a bunch of people came in but I had an appointment.As soon as I got home, the nails started chipping. Badly. I wanted rounded nails, I got almond.

Salon was very nice and the staff is friendly. Received a basic manicure and super deluxe pedicure (I think is what it was called). Enjoyed it a lot! They are taking measures for COVID, however halfway through my pedicure they did seat someone next to me vs spacing out.Still would recommend!

I have been looking for a good salon since the Covid 19. I was very leary on going out in the opening to a place like this. I searched through Google & found this place. It was beyond what I expected. Randy was the best. I got cut during a pedicure experience so I am really uptight when I get a pedicure. Randy did such a great job I dont think I tensed up @ all. My pedicure was absolutely wonderful, it was also the least relaxing pedicure to date. They allowed other clients to talk on FaceTime with their speaker as loud as it could go. It was beyond rude, both myself and another regular customer were appalled. This went on for over an hour. I won’t be back, I come to nail salons to relax.

They lady that was doing my nails had a bad attitude. She cut a little of my skin with the drill and didn’t not apologize at all. I spoke with the manager about her she did nothing. Then I paid the lady with my card she gone give herself a tip after I wrote 0 dollars on the line. Horrible service don’t go there.

I really like this nail salon, they do a great job and I’ve been here many times before, it’s clean and really close to my job so I can get a manicure on my lunch break.However, I took my mom here on the day after Christmas for a mani/pedi as a treat, the sign on the door said they closed at 5 and we arrived at 4:15, I walked in was never greeted by the cashier which is not typical of my experience here. There was a man that was cleaning said sorry we are closed. I could clearly see that there was a customer currently being serviced. if your sign says you close at 5 and there are customers inside why couldn’t we be serviced?For that I will never come back here. I do not support businesses that don’t want my business. I don’t like pulling out the race card but the vibe I got from these employees was very off this day and being denied service for no other reason just does not sit right with me.

Im pretty irritated after leaving. I didnt want to have to walk out of there with plain nails... maybe its a small complaint, but I just dont appreciate not getting a service I come for. Apparently nobody in this building can do a design on gel nails. They didnt seem like they wanted to be patient enough to even tell me what they could do. Im getting tired of going to chain style nail salons that do your nails any ole type of way and send you off w the bare minimum. I was willing to pay extra, unfortunately I only wasted my time at another nail salon...

This was the most relaxing experience I have had at a nail salon. The pedicure was awesome. However three days after getting the SNS full set I noticed chipping on one of my nails. Since then others have chipped as well. My nails arent even two weeks old and an entire nail came off this morning. No I didnt injur my finger, and no I didnt take it off. I went to sleep with 10 nails. I woke up with 10 nails. After going to get breakfast I look down and noticed that the nail was gone. I have no clue as to when or where it came off.

Less than stellar service even though we were a party of 8 spending about $200. We did not feel we received the proper attention we deserved as paying clients. We were at the pedicure bowls waiting for a long time even though we had an appointment. We saw others receiving services before us even though they did not have an appointment. We were made to feel like 2nd class citizens instead of being treated with respect as customers. We were apparently the wrong color. All 8 of us would never return here nor would we refer any of our friends here.UPDATED DUE TO OWNER RESPONSEShame on whoever responded on here pretending that your salon did not service an all black family of 8 ( it was my daughters birthday & she chose to celebrate it at your spa with her cousins and Uncle). People of color should boycott your salon then youll probably learn a lesson about serving everyone equally & with the respect they deserve. All money is the same color.

Ive been getting my nails done for 15 years. Went here twice for gel mani and pedi to try a new place after my regular girl left my old place. Service was nice, but gel peeled within a few days. Gave them a 2nd shot anyway, as they are really nice, new, local and my nails looked good. Now 2 months after my first visit with them (and only them in the time frame!) I have my first fungal nail issue in 15 years! Will not be back!

Ive been looking for a nail salon ever since I moved to the area almost two years ago. Its hard to replace the salon youve been going to for years but this place was amazing and I will definitely be making this my new go to place! The environment was relaxing and the staff was so friendly. My nails turned out great, the prices were reasonable and they had a ton of color options. They also offer you water, a soda, or wine while you wait! Cant wait to go back!

Got the deluxe mani (20.00) and pedi. (32). They dont soak your hands unless you ask them to for the mani. When you walk in you fill out a form with your services you desire and what you would like to drink, Sprite, water, etc they also have red and white wine as an option. I loved that they use the plastic bags in the pedi tubs. Also they only use the pad to scrub your calluses away. (The metal tool is very dangerous to use an causes infection) most importantly there are no tvs on just light serene music and calm landscaping pictures. Also with the 20.00 mani you get a neck and shoulder massage which was great and steam towel with a mud mask on arm and hands. Same with pedicure. I will be back

Im new to the Smyrna area and have been looking for a good nail salon since I moved here. After reading multiple reviews, I chose to go with Allure Nails and Spa | Eyelash Extensions and Im so glad I did!The salon is very nice and clean! The salon has a great color selection and the prices are good for the quality of service you receive, which is awesome!My tech was fabulous! She was very tedious and made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted! She even went back multiple times to make sure everything looked perfect! She didnt rush at all and that makes a huge difference!I will definitely be returning and scheduling appointments in the future!

Hit or missFirst few times I went was amazing, I would get a gel set, they have a very big color selection. But the last time I came here the guy seemed rushed, my nails were shorter than what I asked for . He didn’t listen to what I wanted but did more of what was easier to him . He ended up cutting off a piece of my skin next to my nail, which obviously hurt but he never apologized for it . He added some kind of alcohol to the cut which burned and proceeded to rush even more . He did end up putting a bandage and that was it . No apology at all . I guess this depends on who you get to do your nails

Love this place, a bit pricey but worth it. Wish they would have a list of what they offer & prices. Found out they do massages as well.

I have gone to many nail salons that werent gentle while doing my manicure and pedicure, the gel wasnt long-lasting, the owners and employees were cursing at me, and the colors were outdated and false. BUT this place is by far the OPPOSITE of what my past experiences of other salons. Its own by two ladies from Vietnam and they are genuinely very friendly and sweet gals. They always serve with a plate of 3 candies, 1 madeleine, and a miniature size water bottle. Personally, Ive never been to a salon that does massages (before pedicures and after manicures) and actually have hot water prepared. Everything is so detailed. They listened to everything I wanted and did better than beyond I imagined. My first time here was almost a month ago and I saw the ratings and thought I should try it. My nails lasted for a long time without any chips and cracks. I got a refill yesterday and I thought, I am definitely coming back here again. The service is great and clean. I highly recommend this place!

They are very clean, friendly, fast and lots of colors as well as brands to choose from. Easy to book appointments and they remember you. Me my mom, sister and cousin all go!

I go here very often and I really like this place. The location is clean, they seem to be very sanatary and the prices are okay. The only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars is because the nail techs can be a little inconsistent. Sometimes my nails come out great and other times just okay.

This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes i walk out very pleased and other times it is so not worth the money. This past time, my pedicure chipped on 4 different toes in less than a week. I could tell the tech wasnt doing a great job when he was applying the polish but hoped it would be fine. It was not! I do like the child chairs and they are always so sweet to my daughter when we go together. I will be back but will start only using certain technicians. Some just clearly dont know what they are doing or dont care about their work.

BY FAR The WORST Nail Technicians that have ever attempted to do my nails. The initial greeting and the offering of a beverage was the only good part about this service. It seems that ONLY the Male nail techs know what they are doing, DO NOT LET THE WOMEN WORK ON YOUR HANDS. The girl doing my pedicure had NO IDEA what she was doing at all, she applied 4 layers of gel polish on my toes because she finally realized on the 3rd layer that the cat eye effect had to be done while the gel was wet. Which resulted in thick toenails. While she was waiting on the last round of polish to cure she propped both feet up and propelled herself backwards like a child in a rolling chair which was BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL and bizarre 🤦🏽‍♀️. The rest of the pedicure was decent but not for the $47.If youre still with me lets talk about the full set (which I still decided to pay for out of the kindness of my heart although it wasnt completed or done properly AT ALL - PICTURES INCLUDED)She slapped on the acrylic so thick and wonky that no amount of filing could save the mess shed created. I noticed her struggle and asked the other tech that was working on my mothers hand to finish mine (he was doing a much better job on my mother ) when ne came to try to mend her mess I noticed his frustration as he kept sucking his teeth and also looking at the shabby work in disgust. He couldnt fix it either and was about to polish over this hot mess but I kindly asked them not to make it WORSE by polishing them!Needless to say, I will not be returning to this business and I will tell EVERYONE in the area dont go there as I frequent the boutiques and nearby restaurants often. This was the worst nail salon Ive ever gotten acrylics at.Upon arrival a lady came back in asking for her eyebrows thinner so obviously they cant get that right either.

The young lady rushed through painting my nails once her appointment arrived. My toes turned out extremely sloppy. I asked for gel polish on my hands and the polish started chipping the same day. The service was not worth the price. Dont waste your time or money.

I liked the atmosphere and the gentleman at the kiosk waiting for you to walk in. They have a great range of colors (eventhough they didnt have what I wanted). The nail tech I had was not very gentle. By the time she finished I had 3 nicks and some of them where bleeding. My fingers are still hurting and I got my nails done last night. My friend that went with me received excellent service and that makes me hopeful to go back.

I really enjoyed my mani-pedi here. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I even got a cup of wine to go with my pampering. They have plenty of polish colors to chose from...hard to pick the right color.The gentleman who did my nails really opened up and made the experience more personal by telling me about himself and made it conversational. By the end, we were cracking jokes with one another.I feel like I can come back to this place and feel at home. I would 100% recommend this place.

I have been many times and have a very mix review of them, the atmosphere is nice and the people are nice but after my experience today I will either not be coming back or definitely asking for a different tech. My nails look good and I love the color however the lady literally filled so hard she sawed through my skin and left a gash. On top of this she rub my skin raw around my nails with the square block filer. Genuinely in pain now.

For my first time the atmosphere was great but the work is not great at all. Got a full set and asked for coffin nails they look more square and wayyyy to thick on acrylic. For the price u would think it would be better quality never again will I come back!!

I spent over 2 hours in this place to get a full set and a regular pedicure. I walked out having to pay $75 for both. Not only did they not disclose the costs but when I asked for my nail to be shaped differently than the normal I get charged extra. They had to do the design on my big toes about 10x because they couldnt even do a simple design, it was not complicated. Im never coming back here. Thats how they get you. NEVER COMING BACK

First time trying this salon. Id normally try more than once to be fair, but My experience was so bad I will not be back. My sister and I arrived right when they opened and technicians barely said hello, I felt like I was inconveniencing them As the manager had to call them back from a coffee break. The technician removed my gel with the drill like tool ( not sure of the name) and nipped my skin multiple times with it. My new gel was not applied correctly and was extremely lumpy. I would have complained while I was there but Id already been there an hour. My gel already started peeling just a couple hours later. Not worth it to even give it another chance with plenty of other plAces to choose from/ try. I would not recommend spending money or time here.

Over priced & unprofessional the nail techs will ruin your nail bed.I paid for a manicure and the lady ruined my cuticles. They don’t even know English so it sucks trying to explain what you want.

The manager Susan was very friendly. She took care of all customers coming in all while still working on my nails. The salon is very clean, and the employees take their time and do a great job. They also have complementary drinks. I would definitely recommend this nail salon. I avoided this place because of some of the negative reviews, but after giving it a chance I think I have found my new favorite salon!!! Ignore all negative reviews. This is a nice little nail shop

Friendly, professional and accommodating staff. A few times I’ve wondered why I didn’t receive my beverage request and noticed others got theirs. Otherwise my nails are always on point when I leave.

I had my pedicure done last week at this place. Horrible experience. The person who attended my request was keep on talking with another person through out the session. Didnt concentrate a bit on what she was doing. Did a very poor job and not a bit professional....

My experience turned from great to horror. I went for a fill in and pedicure. I was given great service on the fill in but the pedicure was awful. The nail technician cut my foot and proceeded to put a band aid then emerge foot back in the water. This was almost a week ago and now my foot is swollen, red and purple, and very painful. I will never visit this nail shop ever again.😡😡😡

If you say you close at 8 pm you should receive people at least until 745 pm. No a good place. No nice people I don’t recomend it.
