This is the BEST towing company in Marietta!! I called over 10 towing companies & they were the ONLY company that could get to me in a timely manner & with the BEST reasonable rate! Carlos went above & beyond getting my son’s car out a very steep ditch!! I would DEFINITELY use this towing service again if I ever need it!! I had to have my car towed twice within a couple of days and was extremely happy with the service provided. They were great at communicating the first night when they were delayed which I greatly appreciated. Then when I had to have him come tow the car again he was at the shop before I could even get there! He was very professional and just a joy to work with. I will definitely call him again if I ever need another tow. His price was also pleasantly reasonable - much better than any other tow company I have heard of in the past.

Unbelievable experience. Was stuck in powder springs and needed my car to get to sandy springs. A few of the competitors either didn’t pick up or over quoted me (one guy said a few hundred dollars). I called around about 9:30pm on a Tuesday. This guy picked up my call and had me text him the information. He called me back 2 minutes later with a quote and showed up 15 minutes later. He was very careful With the car at pickup and drop off. Really nice guy. Great conversation in the car on the way to drop off. No complaints. This will be my go-to guy every time now. Highly recommended.

The tow company came within 30 minutes, just as they told us they would, which is a big plus when someone has just gone through the frustrating experience of a wreck, car malfunction, etc. and just wants to get on with it. The process of loading the car, towing it, dropping it off and paying for it went off flawlessly. The price was more than reasonable (about half of what another company quoted us). I would definitely recommend ALED and use them again!

Fantastic experience. My car is very low and they were careful with loading it on to the truck. Professional and helpful and would definitely recommend them again. I had been on hold with my insurance company for over 30 mins trying to get them to answer the phone for roadside assistance before I gave up and called Aled Towing. Made a potentially stressful situation much better.

Good experience under the circumstances. They kept in communication with me to let me know how long it would be and to verify our location. They gave us a price to approve and that is what the price was - no surprises. They originally said an hour but it wasnt that long. Oscar was great. Awesome service! He picked me up at my house on time and took me to the impound yard, then completed a long-distance tow (60 miles) for a very reasonable price. Hopefully I wont need a tow again soon, but I will definitely use the service again and recommend him to all of my friends and family.

5/5! I’ve needed towing service a hand full of time but never gotten service like today with the help of Carlos! Not only was he reasonable and kind, but very patient. I hit a pothole and my car slowly started to stop completely. I was forced to park my car in a awkward position to avoid traffic and could not get my gear out of park and it was almost impossible for my car to get on to the tow without getting the gear in neutral. While others would simply say “there’s nothing I can do” and pull off, Carlos watched numerous YouTube videos to fix the problem to insure my car was towed! He stayed with me in the 80+ degree Atlanta heat to make sure I was properly taken cared for as a customer. Highly recommended.

NOT legitimate at some level. I went to ALED business address -4017 Hawthorne Cir, Smyrna GA 30082- intending to quote the towing of several cars. THAT ADDRESS IS FAKE, look it up. So I called him about it and he was not cooperative. He yelled over the phone, What do you want! What is this about! Finally he gave me -891 Concord-, THAT SECOND ADDRESS IS FAKE!

This is the best experience that I’ve ever had with a towing service. He quoted me clearly and concisely over the phone. After texting him the address, he texted me back an ETA. HE was early - even in ATL traffic. Then, he was able to jump my car saving me wear and tear and car. After 4 hours and 3 calls to my insurance provider to find out why my request for a tow truck had produced nothing, I decided to find a towing company close to where I had broken down and hope that a truck may be near me. I called Aled Towing. The price was better than others had quoted. Even better, Aleds truck operator Carlos showed up only 15 minutes later. I dont expect that Aled or any towing company will always be so quick to arrive, but as to his focus on the job at hand and his genuine courtesy, Im willing to give Aled another call when the time for a tow comes again.
