We had to find new auto insurance due to a couple of issues caused by our teen drivers. No comments please :). We were having a really hard time to find something that would keep us all covered/driving as our kids had multiple jobs as well as being in school (one in college). Several agents worked hard to get us something we could afford that would cover all drivers/cars. We were recommended by one of these to contact Melissa with Acceptance Insurance. Switching car insurance companies is always nerve wracking and especially since wed had the same place for over 15 years. Melissa was great to work with. She answered every question we had, addressed our concerns, and is very friendly. After a year, we were auto-renewed and she handled everything. As far as handling of incidents, we did have one minor incident and they handled everything efficiently and expediently. As far as I know, it was settled quickly. Our rates are locked in which guarantees no rate increases for a year if anything does happen.

If youre looking for insurance whether liability or full coverage. This is the place. The whole staff are great but ask for Tamika or Roberto. Theyll hook you up with the best deal. Great service. Great insurance. Professional people

Hi, my name is Joshua, but I had to leave a review for this company because they’re cheap for the coverages you may want/offered and very sociable with their customers. Furthermore, I was placed on a phone call with a lady named, Tamika. She was indeed very helpful with the informational standpoint of everything, but what stood out the most is the fact that she took the time to give me a call back when I gave her a date in which I was looking to get insurance. This, in my opinion shows care about what is best for them by helping you get what you want/need for your money. However, I went a different direction due to personal businesses I have to attend to, but for what it’s worth and what you’ll be receiving for such decent prices, I would recommend it to anyone. All in all, give them a try and ask for Tamika!
