Pretty sure I already left a glowing review for TN Auto Ins... but Google is prompting me to do so now- sooooooo...I was helped by a sweet lady who patiently searched for policies for me and my wife. We recently relocated from FL and thought we should be able to bring our Ins down significantly. Our agent in Florida changed our address and our policy premium came down $10. $10.After 15 min or so of searching our agent at TN Auto halved our premium with the same coverages for us. Id never heard of the company, but Im so glad we found them. I didnt expect such great customer service on a late Saturday afternoon, but Briana E. exceeded my expectations! She answered promptly and was kind and very professional. Even when I had to call back and she was clearly assisting others, she was the same. She emailed me all the docs and my insurance card immediately after payment and explained everything clearly and without rushing. Fantastic! In addition, the rate for my elderly relative was over $400 less than his previous company! Wow what a difference! I could do a commercial about it. I highly recommend them.
