The agents are not aware of their own coverage. I lost out on a big discount I couldve had with being with state farm for 10 years because of the inaccurate quote. So I ended up changing companies altogether for awhile. I came back and I went with another agency who was able to give me rideshare insurance (which the agents didnt know they have or anything about).
