Always great when I speak with your office. I made some changes last summer and everything went well. The first car purchased did not work for us. So, I had to get another about two weeks later. Conversations with your office were quick and the changes were made with no problems. We are very satisfied and happy to do business with you all.

Nothing but amazing, Ronald and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They have Great customer service, and professional friendly staff that are always available to assist with your needs. The personal touch provided my him and his staff goes a long way. I received a call on my Birthday and an email, wishing me a happy birthday. I am so glad I decided to which to Allstate, they have the best rates and I’ve even received cash back for my safe driving. They definitely practice what they preach, unlike Geico.

Best staff ever, they take the time to personalize your policy to what you need not just trying to sale you a standard insurance policy. Tena and Ron are very friendly, personable, and polite. I like this agency because they have taken care of all my needs except one. The one thing they could not do is combine my renters and auto insurance onto one statement. That is ok because they have satisfied all my other needs/requests which include: having only one person speak to me; not to call me unless there are changes; and be available when I call during regular business hours. I am very satisfied with the service that I have been receiving.

Ron takes the time and patience to thoroughly explain changes and other information related to my insurance policies. He always goes the extra mile in helping me in matters big and small. On one occasion I need to be towed due to blow outs of two tires. he and his assistant Tina made sure that I got a towing service within 45 minutes when AAA never showed up! Ron has also assured me that service from a direct company agent is better over working with a broker. I get prompt attention and answers to my concerns! Allstate has competitive rates and products as well-like the cash back an accident free years and the diminishing deductible.
