Excellent place in times of pandemic I feel very sure that together with my family we will be protected. It is an extremely clean place, the employees are very professional, the attention, service, facilities and above all, first class cleaning. oh and the price is comfortable for the pocket. I did not put 5 stars just because they need more bilingual staff.

The staff is very professional the locker rooms are very clean the pools are clean......and I enjoy myself every time I go.....I cant get enough..... they make exercising very fun... oh and dont forget the racquetball thats my favorite

Not very fat friendly...most machines have a wait and tbh feels like plus size folks are NOT welcomed.

This is MY gym. I love the ease of access! The lady over the gym is Awesome. When I first signed up I was treated like royalty and it was nice. I was expecting that to stop as soon as I signed the dotted line. Months later they are still treating me like royalty. I found out that they treat everyone like this. I guess thats why this place was so highly recommended. It is well worth the price!!

They seem to think that older women are to be talked down to. I reported the incident (including my response). I was told Health Quest would get back to me. They havent.

Friendly staff. Competitive prices. Im not a member but Ive used their facilities numerous times as a guest/local resident. Their pools and kids water play area are great. No lifeguard on duty is a minus. Very clean & convenient bathroom/shower area. My grandkids enjoy coming here.

HealthQuest is hands down the very best traditional gym I have ever been a member of! From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome and valued! The trainers are phenomenal and knowledgeable! HealthQuest changed my life! The equipment is clean and functions properly and the amenities can’t be beat! There is staff available for all of your needs whether you need instruction on a piece of equipment or if you lock your keys in your locker and need the lock cut off so you can make it back to work!!!! The classes are fun and vary in fitness level! I recommend this gym to everyone I come across! I have held memberships at every traditional gym in Smithfield and HealthQuest is the ONLY gym I would recommend! Beginner to advanced.... you will find everything you need here!! Invest in yourself with HealthQuest! You’re worth it!!

A lot better for me. I can exercise. Not nearly as many kids. As with all other places, more and more people are coming through not to work out but to socialize and set on equipment and play on their phones, but what do you expect they will let people in Jeans and boots in for the money. During school the Cleveland school swim team comes in at 3 and there is a lot of kids all over until.

Wellness center. Not just a gym. Therapy pool, steam room, swimming pool.... classes for seniors and children. Part of UNC healthcare so it is well maintained.

An affordable fitness center that has a lap pool, steam room, sauna, racquetball courts, cardio and weight machines, and free weights. I would like to give Health Quest more stars, but the hours of operation are not convenient for everyone, especially those who work split shift, 2nd or 3rd shift. Weekend hours arent extensive and are less than weekday hours.

This gym is awesome very nice staff very helpful and all ways clean a lot of stuff to do to help you work out I joined and I love it I enjoy my self ever time I go it a wonderful gym with careing people thank you

One weekend we came in an hour before closing just to try the gym out, got a good workout at half the price. Equipment is in good shape and its nicely run too.

Awesome place to do pool physical therapy

*Update*- the manager contacted me regarding my request and nullified the contract. I have changed my one-star review to a four star review.My four-star review is based on what I perceive the quality of the facility to be.Nice facility, but gave me the wrong paperwork to sign and now I’m under a 1-year contract when I intended to sign up for their 3-month summer special.Can’t get out of this predatory contract unless you pay the obligation in full, die, become permanently disabled, and/or move more than like 90 miles away.The manager has also not returned my polite e-mail regarding renegotiating the terms of the contract.

I love everything about healthquest the staff are very friendly and the people that go there are friendly also it gives me a chance to workout and I am very confident in my workout. The classes are great and the staff that are over the classes help me also. My only regret is I didnt start earlier.

The Health Quest in Smithfield North Carolina its a good place to go for exercising they have all kinds of equipment to work out with they have a steam room therapy pool hot tub and a full-size Olympic swimming pool at least thats what I call it because it is big

Good place to work out at. Can be crowded though, unless early in morning or late at night. Decent trainers. A bit pricy though, but good location

Caters primarily to olderPeople, has a small cramped weight area with old repainted equipment. Staff is rarely around to help with a spot, no Olympic weights or Crossfit area to train. Pool, hot tub, and steam room are nice when they arent broke. Will take some serious updating before this gym is completely up to par.

This is one of the finest Health Facilities Ive ever had the privilege of being a member of, and Ive been a member of many up and down the East Coast. It has a gigantic olympic-size lap pool, racquetball courts, incredible weight training/cycling/cardio facilities, all manner of classes -- many tailored to specific groups like seniors, a hot tub and two sauna/steamrooms, fantastic locker room facilities, and finally -- it has one particular feature Ive never seen anywhere else: it has whats called a therapy pool, which is a large swimming pool, about 8 feet deep at Max, which is heated quite warm. It is so luxurious to swim or take a class in that pool!!!!!! The staff are all great people and very helpful:-) I have been a member at every other club in town and this one is the best. In fact my insurance allows me to also be a member at the Smithfield recreational Athletic Center srac and this place beats srac for sure even though that is also a great facility, with additional features like tennis courts and running trails.
