Dont have express as part of your name. Nothing express about it. Waited forever for a simple blood draw! Only one person working, who I am sure was doing her best but at some point stop accepting customers and take care of the people waiting for hours!!

Was in this location on Aug.3rd, 2021.This technician was fabulous! Great personality. Very good with managing patient flow and processing lab orders.

The first two times I have been to this Labcorp I had Tiara and I loved her. I was hoping to get her again on my latest visit, but this time had Wanneta and she was just as awesome! Love the ladies at this location and don’t mind driving out of my way a little to see them! Will forever recommend this Labcorp :)

The staff at this location are awesome! Sensitive to special needs and very patient. High recommended!

Clearly the poor girl working alone in this place needs serious help. Its a non stop flow of people with only one person doing every job. Certainly hope they hire people to help her soon. Been here an hour and cant get my blood test done. Fasted and HUNGRY!!

T/Tiara saved me a day of inconvenience!I arrived at the Clayton location before 4pm and was told that I could not be seen to do a pre-employment drug screen because it was after 3:30pm although the sign on door/website says screening is allowed until 4pm. After explaining that due to my work schedule I couldn’t come before 3:30pm, they still refused to do my test that I was only given 24-48 hours to complete. Luckily, T/Tiara at the Smithfield location went out of her way to see me after I explained the situation. This saved me from having to ask my new employer for another request form and also from having to miss a day from work with my current employer. She alone is why I will make the drive from Clayton to Smithfield for any future Labcorp testing I have. YOU ROCK T!!

Tiara H was so very sweet. My daughter isn’t a fan of needles and Tiara did everything she could to calm her.

Wife left with bruises and collapsed veins during painful blood test procedure not 3 months ago. Saying they sent bill for $127 dollars (their printer wasnt working) but never sent it to us and now saying we owe them $400 dollars for blood test with late fee. Avoid this place.

I arrived at Labcorp for my bloodwork and it only took about 7 minutes from the time I walked inside! Theres a new automated check-in system in place; just have your drivers license and insurance card ready to place them onto a little scan pad and use the touchscreen to answer a few questions. The phlebotomist who assisted me was pleasant and polite, and my visit was 100 percent positive!

It was poor service this is the second time coming in a few months.one tech and its crowded.she is doing paperwork and blood work.service is pooooor.no reason to sit 90 min or longer to get blood work and you were there when they opened at 8 am.poooooor
