Nice gentleman took care of me. All the covid build-up is gone

I went in at 5:30 with a reservation and left at 8:45, and they did multiple walk ins before even starting my nails- and didn’t do the full manicure I requested, and make comments on how bad my cuticles were and how “too bad the full set doesn’t include cuticles”, like dang that’s why I asked y’all to do them! They keep up with this whole ticket system religiously that is so disorganized and if I want to add something later it’s too late, so make sure you’re fully aware of what you’re getting. But if this isn’t the prettiest and longest lasting acrylic set I’ve ever had! Typing this review 3 weeks later with nails still beautiful and in tact. I will be returning, the nails redeemed the service. But I will have to wait until I have an entire afternoon open.

My full set was so thin that my nails started to break off a few hours later. I just went home after that and just clipped them all off cause of how bad they were. Only good thing I can really say was that the people were polite. All of this was just a waste of $30 bucks.

Best pedicure gel polish on toes last a long time.

They were very attentive and friendly. Took their time to take off my gel polish before reapplying a new color. Very gentle on my hands and feet.

Went here last week with the bride to be and when we walked in, no one greeted us. We stood there looking at each other. When someone eventually spoke it was with an attitude and they told us they were busy and to come back later. We walked out and went somewhere else. Only was going there bc its so close to my house. Never again.

Was told the entire time how ugly my short nails are so ugly and my husband probably has better nails than I do. Also was told I love one child more than my other and continued going on about it after I said I love both my children equally. Completely unprofessional. I have never experienced this before from a nail shop. So just warning you if you have short nails, dont go here because you get humiliated in front of everyone and feel so belittled.

Great little find while in town visiting relatives. Very clean place and sanitary tools. Staff was very friendly. I got dipping powder on my nails and a pedicure. They look awesome! I highly recommend this place. I left feeling very relaxed and pampered. The prices were amazing too!!

Walked in for the first time, was asked what I wanted then told I had to make and appointment, and had to leave. Will never return.

I didnt get my same girl, shes really sweet and really gives a GREAT pedicure. I had someone different todayand she just rushed I had to tell her four times to do just the basic things that she forgot. Left there feeling like I didnt even get a pedicure 😣

I was very satisfied with the way the girls did my manicure. They were very gentle with their tools around my cuticle and fingers. They didnt try and rush very attentive. I will definitely be making them my go to nail salon.

I have been looking for a salon i like since i moved to Slidell and i may have found a home. There was s bit of a wait when i first arrived but it was mid day Saturday so they were kind of busy, but the waiting area was comfortable with magazines and nail color selections . The salon is very clean and organized and very reasonably priced . I will return .

I got the Deluxe Pedicure and it was so relaxing and refreshing. Very cozy and comfortable nail salon. Love it. Will definitely be back.

I have had good and bad experiences here. The lady Laney is wonderful. Always nice and polite. Super friendly. And does a great job. On the other hand the owner Wen, don’t too much care for her. She’s not friendly. Doesn’t real communicate with the customers. And everytime I go in the price is different. No matter what I’m getting. She needs a price chart so that you know what your paying for.

Ive been going about 4-5 months now. I like the atmosphere. ... quiet and quick for me. The ladies are quiet and rarely smile but I like my hands and feet when done.

Terrible experience! I went with my 8 year old so she could get her nails painted and for me to get a gel manicure. One of the girls made my daughter roll her chair over to her while she was giving another woman a pedicure and took off her gloves and painted her nails right there. She made her sit there while the paint was drying. One of the guys came to do my gel and he held my hand up and painted them without sitting down. He also clipped my cuticle too far down and I developed an infection. The gel was painted over my remaining cuticles and it chipped the next day. Terrible service and quality. I would not recommend.

My wife and daughter went in for mother daughter time and right off the bat they knew it would be interesting. They werent even greeted. It was more like, what do you want done and pick a color. Another lady that was in the foot bath already, in a sense was trying to tell us to leave while you can! Seriously. My daughters lady got all huffy and rolled her eyes when my daughter didnt understand the command she was given. When they were done and went to the store next door, my wife felt pain on the bottom of her foot. She took off her sandal and she has a couple of open wounds from the skin/callus buffing they did! She went right home and put antibiotic ointment on, praying that it doesnt get infected! On another note, the footbath and the massage chairs where cool...which is why the one star is ok.
