Love love love. I have been going here for over 7yrs. The owner is very cool. Her staff are very friendly and make sure that you are comfortable. I can go there and get any type of service and walk out very pleased.

What I asked for vs what I got. She claimed that the nude color would look darker once the light hits it. It’s as white as can be. Also the nails are smooth but uneven on the surface. Not to mention I had to wait an hour before anyone even got to me. I arrived before 10 am and didn’t leave until noon.

What the heck why did I pay 60$ for these. How dare they make me pay for these I have paint all over my hand ACRYLIC ON MY HAND. TRAN WAS THE LADY THAT DID MY NAILS SHE MADE ME BLEED 3 TIMES

I absolutely love the people in this place I cant pick just one and thats just how many good people are in there hard-working never had any issue go there theyre clean theyre fabulous theyll offer you something to drink theyll even give you a massage for 15 minutes theyre so good I spent 3 hours in there the other day I just started getting everything done 👍👍👍👍👍✌️

Nice massage chairs, overall friendly good experience. They definitely try to upcharge whenever possible and check your receipt.

Pedicure was great but overall experience was horrible. I waited over 1:30 for someone to come do my nails and was never serviced. My time is very limited and this was the only day I had available to get my nails and feet done. I personally will not return my money can and will spend somewhere else

Honestly this place is really nice in the inside and the customer service is good however something is up with their nail polish. I got a gel set and after a few days it started changing colors. I went back again because I thought maybe it was the gel and got solar but the solar did the same thing. For the prices that they charge, I paid $170 for new set and a pedicure, my nails should not be changing colors after a few days.

Pay attention to your receipt they charge how they feel what a rip off and my ife nails came out terrible.

They always do an amazing job on my wifes nails... they are friendly and provide great services.. the mens sports pedi is 💪 great too..

I have no issue with the work they do, but they definitely take advantage of upcharging when possible and not telling you that it is extra. My daughter wanted an acrylic set put on for her 13th birthday. I checked the receipt, they charged extra for filing and $15 extra for gel polish. She didnt even ask for gel. They tried to be sneaky so, they got 0 for a tip. We wont be returning.

Beautiful place and seated quickly but that’s the only pros. They try to push the more expensive pedicures by leaving out the very basics from the normal pedicure. After spending $90 on two “classic” pedicures that didn’t include the scrub or dead skin removal, I left with polish ALL over my toes that they didn’t even bother to remove. Will not be returning.

I went and got a basic pedicure and manicure. It cost $18 more than my norm Nail Salon. My heels are still rough and nasty looking. There is paint on the skin around my finger nails. I wanted to try a new place...my mistake! Got the pedicure today and this picture was taken today.

I dont know what happened to the sweet girl who worked up front but whoever replaced her is horrible. Dont even think making an appointment is gonna happen. Maybe if you are rich and white enough. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ride and snide looks from front girl when I asked for help. So sad to see them go downhill. Wont be spending my money here anymore.

This was the only place available when i needed my nails done, this is the worse set of nails i have ever had. They are lifting, they didnt file them correctly. I will never go here again.

First time in and I was very pleased with the service. Kathy did my pedicure and I thought it was well worth the price I paid. I found the atmosphere to be light and fun. Andy did my manicure. They both were meticulous and I didnt feel that anything was rushed. I will definitely be back!

If you want quick and cheap this will do. If you want to be pampered, a pleasant technician and a perfect pedicure, not your place.

I had a great pedicure at Bellagio while out of town visiting family. I was a walk-in and they seated me right away with no wait. They took extra care getting me the right polish color and the exfoliation and food/lower leg massage was perfect. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

Came in for a mani-pedi with my boyfriend and we didn’t have to wait long at all. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and was easy to converse with. Everyone was wearing a mask, which I was thankful for. My nails were very neatly done as well. It’s a bit on the pricier side but the beautiful interior, kind staff, and quality service make it worth it.

I hate to rate this business a 3 because it has so much potential. The shop is very clean and and organized. Selena done my nails and feet beautiful. The problem I have with this business is some of the workers down right refuse to wear a mask and do social distancing. I was appalled. I even asked the girl Lindsey not to service me because she refused to wear a mask. She stated oh Im not and remained my entire stay walking around without a mask. The other receptionist Hope did the same thing. Customers also were allowed to come in without mask. People this is not a political thing it is an epidemic, now if you want your business to and the city and state to close down again, then keep doing what you doing.

I went to Bellagio twice this summer and probably wont be coming back. I knew beforehand that they were a bit on the higher side price of things but I was excited because Ive been inside and knew it was a really beautiful place and they would treat my nails right.My first set was very nicely done and just how I liked it, however my nail lady was a little rude, called my nail style old lady amongst other little remarks. I didnt really let that deter me though and went back for my second set.I came in at 5 and they told me they couldnt get to me for about 40 mins, I didnt mind the wait but I did feel bad because I knew they closed at 7 but the front desk lady assured me I was fine and so I waited. When I did get a nail lady, she talked nonstop about how excited she was to leave, go home, and eat dinner and I get it, I really do that shes a person with needs, but it did make me a little uncomfortable. On top of that, two nails had a small piece of dust or hair in the layers of dip that made it very bumpy and I knew she saw there was a mistake but I guess decide not to fix it which I found very unprofessional.Overall, if Im paying $51 for dip, I expect a pretty good job, not sloppy and rushed and rude.

There is a sign on the door stating to wear a mask and your employees not wearing one. What kind of mess is that. On a good note they did a good job on my feet. Stop listening to your president and wear a mask, otherwise the state will close everything down again,our covid cases rise.

Went in for a full set and pedicure. Got into pedicure chair. Lady ran my water which was cool and walked away. I had to tell the lady next to me that my water was cold and she looked at me like ok. As if I had done something wrong. Took someone 30 mins to come back to me to start my pedicure. By that time 3 other ladies had sat down next to me. My water was freezing cold at this point. Then instead of allowing me to chose my color they went to the other 3 girls 1st. I hate to say it but they were white and I am colored. The receptionist is a white girl. I don’t want to say that this played a part in it but I feel it did. I also broke one of my toenails and needed an acrylic on this toe! That was a huge mistake. It looked like a bird’s beak! When it was time for my nails, my nail tech was great! She even offered to fix my toes for free. I spent 3 1/2 hours in this place! I will never return!!

I almost didnt go because of the bad reviews about the employees not wearing a mask, but I had a gift card and my feet were in diar need of a pedicure so I thought Id find out first hand if they were adhering to the state mandate and Im glad I did. Everyone was masked up and I didnt feel uneasy at all. Ill be coming back.

The women in my family all seem to enjoy this place more than any other nail & spa place. Everyone seems friendly and professional. Most of all the smell is not overwhelming here, when I am waiting on the wife or one of the girls I am not breathing in fumes. Place is very clean and tidy.

I have been going here for a few months now and have been very pleased with it all the way around. The employees are always nice and usually offer a drink. Sometimes they are pretty busy and can take a little bit to get to you, but that should be a good sign that that many people are going there. Lots of nail colors and services to choose from. Prices are also reasonable and they have a reward program which is neat.

The front desk lady was in a horrible mood and I was in a party of 4 and only 2 got their toes done I was supposed to get my nails done but they put 3 people without appointments in front of me and they burned one of my friends foot with the hot towel and when they were asked if they wanted something to drink and they made their order no one got it when I went next door to get some cookies and when I came back they said “ ohh your back we thought you left’,Me, “ no I went to get cookies, then they tried to sit me back down but I refused Because of the poor treatment. and my friend ‘’ spilled’’ and got yelled atI suggest not to come here I general .😡😡😡

Price does not match the service. Refill and pedicure are over priced. The quality was poor. Management not available for correction. Children are priced as adults. Different price quotes from staff. Price does not match whats posted. Staff has no knowledge for doing nails. The worst service.Never going back.

My girlfriend and I were told to be there at no later 6:45pm. We arrived at 6:40pm which I know is cutting it close but we still made it before 6:45. They refused to do our pedicures 2 employees walked out the second we got there so yeah we werent too happy! Kristen was fighting for them to stay. Also Im not sure of her name but one lady stayed and waxed my girlfriend and painted her fingers but it was not a manicure. This is just unacceptable and we always come to yall because we like yall but today was just not right!!!

Went in for a pricey dip. Nail tech was super fast, a little rough. Nails were so thin that over half broke not even four days later. Go back for their seven day window repair, got same nail tech who still went super fast, filed down so much that she broke skin on my pinky finger. Had to go back in asking for a polish touch up on one nail that was filed down so much after polishing the side polish was filed off. The fix was to file it down some more! A little more time and care would go a long way. Needless to say, I will not be returning here nor do I recommend this salon to anyone.

The wait time is sometimes a little long but they always do a great job. Any time Ive had an issue they have promptly taken care of the problem. They also offer water, soda, and white and red wine while you wait so thats a plus.

The workers are very confused, especially when the owners are there.They make plenty mistakes and dont take ownership of their mistakes.

Nice pedicure, but the lady giving me the pedicure spoke broken English and I could hardly understand her. She taps my foot and Im supposed to guess what she wants me to do. Frustrating.

Has to be one of the most embarrassing pedicures in my life. I havent been able to get a pedi for some months and I went there to relax and was going to pay those high prices and I was going to do both mani and pedi but I have been talked about in my face, my tec making faces at my feet not makin me feel comfortable.

The service was horrible. The employees were sitting in the back on their phones while I was waiting and repeatedly asked for someone to come finish my nails because I had to leave. One of the girls at the front desk was very sweet and kept making sure everything was going okay the other one on the other hand is very rude. And not only is the one on the front desk rude, many of the other employees are too. It’s also over priced for nothing when you could get better service and the same result somewhere else for cheaper. I won’t be returning.

Always love the people here. The work they do is really great, although on occasion they forget to finish with the lotion and massage.

The service was good but I got a full set of acrylics and it was HORRIBLE. They didnt even paint the sides of the nails! The nails broke not even a week after I got them done, I wasnt doing anything out of the ordinary either. I did everyday activitys and they still came off! If i went to my regular salon this wouldnt have happened! This was the first and last time i will ever get my nails done here.

I absolutely love this place, and I have to have Christine do my pedicure and Nikki do my nails...... They always take their time.... they always make me and my girls feel like Queens... THANK YOU LADIES!

I was going to this place for a very long time and each time I made the decision to go, I would say to myself “they will do better”.. and they didn’t. The manicures/ pedicures were okay at one time, but then the service, as well as the mani/pedis worsened. My nails were looking sloppy, polish everywhere, and my nails were always uneven. The last time I went, (which was literally my very last time), my nails were messed up so bad, they looked as if my 4 year old niece did them. I showed my nails to the owner as well as the receptionist. The look on their faces said it all- they agreed, it was hideous. Needless to say, I didn’t want them to repair or polish my nails again I was done and over it at this point. They did give me a $5 gift card to use upon my return. This place is losing a lot of loyal customers and the prices are ridiculous. I’m now going to another location in Slidell. The prices are much better, my nails last longer, and they’re quick with their services. My entire family has followed me to this new location as well and they agree, it’s a better choice.

I really only come back here because it is open on Sundays. But Everytime I come the management is poor and them. They pick and choose who they treat politely and who they dont.I am seriously not coming back and Since they were so rude during my pedicure I decided to just leave and go elsewhere to do my nails.

Friend and I were seated in a pedicure chair immediately, but waited over 15 min before we could choose which specific service we wanted, and then after another 45 min (1 hour total) we left because we asked how much longer and were told there were 2 more people in front of us. Horrible communication from staff to customers.

Paying for disappointment. I wish I could rate with negative stars. Ive been there numerous time and Ive only been pleased like twice. But I just figured it was a bad day. But the last time I went I got acrylic nails painted nude. But the color was not nude, it was white. So I had to call the store numerous time in order to get in touch with the manager. Then all of the emplotees and manager fought with me over the color and the roughness until I pull out a piece of paper to show them and nearly scratched one with the jaggedness. This time I went to get acrylics because they were the only place with the color I wanted since it was gel. They didnt have the color so after not being able to find a similar color I asked the lady doing my nails if there was a similar color in regular nail polishes and she told me no and that it was a special color. So I took the wheel of gel nails and brought it up front and found the EXACT color in regular polish. She wanted me to spend extra money for unhappiness with my color is my best guess. But so she cut my nails again because she didnt shape them correctly. But I didnt notice how short until I got my hand back after painting. But the lady had gotten someone else to paint my nails because she was annoyed with me or something at that point. So then once I can FINALLY see my hand the nails were literally the same length as my normal nails. Then I go ask the receptionist what do I do if now after I can finally see me hand and I see that they cut the nails way too short when they painted them and she said shed go speak with the lady who did it. So the lady comes up to me and says that it isnt her fault that they were like that and that she didnt file them after the original cutting of the acrylics. Not true because she shaped them wrong and had to file them down much more which I couldnt really see. Then told me that shed re do them but charge me again. She was going to charge me to fix her mistakes. Um no. So I left the store and then called the store once I got home to speak with a manager. I was told after 6 minutes on hold that she was not there. I will be calling back this afternoon to speak with her.

Very disappointed... I came to the salon and got a gel polish change. Not even a week later my polish started chipping. They wouldnt fix my nails since I didnt get a gel manicure. I have never had gel polish chip in less than a week! Better yet I have never had a salon repair a nail that was done at their salon. The customer serivce sucks! They completely lost my business.

$47.00 to get a dip nail. Ladies as a licensed nail tech let me tell you. That dip powder cost $12 for the jar. That jar will do 40 to 50 sets of nails. That price is literally the greediest amount I have ever seen. Go somewhere else. Yeah you pay the markup for their skill but this is ROBBERY!!!

I usually have a good experience. This time the woman doing my nails was unnecessarily harsh with my manicure after I did not follow what she wanted me to do. I didnt get all the services I wanted but I did tip 20% for what she completed. Serious thoughts of not going back.

This place is horrible they don’t put anything is the water for a basic pedicure. I also got dip nails and the lady use Mechanical file techs use for ARYLIC NAILS instead of a manual regular file and filed them so paper thin. They don’t care bc I mentioned it and she kept doing it!!! Obnoxious!! Never again. The only plus is they will match your gel dip or regular PAINT pretty well so there is the one star worth. IDK HOW THESE PEOPLE HAVE REGULARS.

Worst experience with a nail salon! The front desk clerk sat me in a seat, put my feet in the water and left. The front desk staff should notify clients if they know they are making you wait for an hour. They did not have the color I wanted and over-charged me $10 more than my ticket. I understand the place is understaffed but would have liked to know Id be sitting there an hour.

Shady shady shady!!! Brought my 12 year old daughter for a manicure and when I wasnt there, they UPSOLD her on extras. A 12 year old girl is not responsible for making buying decisions. What should have been a simple $26 manicure and acrylic wound up costing me $100. Beware of these sketchy characters, they have no shame.

I went here to get my nails painted with my best friend, I havent gotten them done in years. Tl;dr The manager LOCKED THE DOOR and said she was calling the police, I did not feel safe any longer and I really wanted to leave so I held out my card she was reluctant to take it and her tone changed. Almost like she wanted me to sit there and argue.. she swiped my card and started asking my best friend about her nails and if she liked them it was so weird right after that we left.

Service was extremely bland, I felt like they were racing to see who could finish 1st and didnt care about the quality of the work being performed on my nails and my friends. The acrylic nails started to chip and fall off the next day.. My friend and I will never go back nor would we ever refer someone to this location.

The lady that sits you is very rude, they sit you done and have you waiting and won’t even let you know how long the wait is. They should let people know they have 1 person doing nails but 6 people doing feet

I love this place!!!! The service is amazing, I reccommend Niki and Mary they are the best!!! They are very precise and they do amazing work. My pedicure was amazing and my mani pedi. Also all the workers are very nice and polite. They get you the color you want if your getting gel and you don’t even have to get up. Over all this place is amazing and I will forever go here.

Went in for eyelashes and came out with caterpillars on my eyes not to mention its impossible to get off yourself they have a special remover you have to go back and let them take off

I was shopping in town center with my sister and I came here from Mandeville. I exclusively get gel nails and these are the worst gel nails I have ever gotten. They look almost bunt. Nina did my nails and got up three or four times to help other clients leaving the polish to sit on my nails. My nails are horrible and I wish I didn’t live 30 minutes away so I could get them fixed for my vacation.

I only gave them one star because I had to. BEWARE!!!!!! The worst customer service in history! The atmosphere is reeks with tension and RACE MATTERS!! The best thing about this place is the receptionist, she is the little piece of positivity in the entire salon.

They seemed confused, I sat waiting to get the mens pedicure today for about 35 min and durring that time the water had gotten cold and three different people was asking who I was then one laddy came to start I guess then another lady came back with an empty try asking me if they did the first step yet I replied yes your hold the empty tray that they just dumped in the foot bath thing, so I give it 3 stars because in the end my feet feel great but service was poor
