Came in for a pedicure. I have tried this salon a few times. They do not polish your toes to the cuticle. It looks like you need a polish change or tie polish getting up from the pedicure chair. When I told her I did not like the shape she got an attitude and told the owner she could do it then and got up and walked away. Not to mention she can not e plain the difference in the pedicures they offer. I will not be coming back. Ugh! If you are a regular then you get better treatment here. I should have learned my lesson from the last time

My husband and I just moved to Slidell, my husband called me and said go treat yourself today 😊 so I went and got my nails done! This place is amazing, they where all so sweet, and loved talking with them! I love how Chanel always started a conversation, just makes it even better ! My nails turned out so PERFECT! 💅🏻 I was only their MAYBE 20 minutes! Fast, but PERFECT!! So glad I found this nail salon, I already have my next appointment booked !!😊💅🏻🙌🏻

Horrible service used half empty bottle of polish on my toes left lumps & humps when I asked her to fix it she responds “Looks better with top coat” in still did not fix this is my 2nd & last time coming to this place I feel like you took my money you should give me what I asked for

RUDE!!!!!!!!! I walked in and was not greeted by staff, I spoke and both nail techs looked at me and did not say a word!!! I then politely walked out and will never return. Customer service is important! I see why only 2 customers were there on a Friday evening!!! Star Nails is sucks!

I don’t know the lady’s name that did my nails but she was so sweet and nice. She did my nails perfectly, not one was crooked or uneven all of them are perfect. The place was very nice, and there were a lot of people working. Even though i was a walk in 45 minuets before they closed at 7pm it didn’t seem rushed and i was the last customer in the store because she stayed late to finish my nails. I would definitely recommend this to someone who wants their nails done.💕

This was my first time there tonight and I LOVED it!!! The place was so clean! And they were so incredibly nice! I was definitely pleased. Will be back in two weeks for a polish change 😉

The Ladies are very friendly, she matched the color I wanted perfectly with the perfect length and almond shape. typical nail salons Ive been to cut the sides of my nail when filing & acrylic that I have to peel of the skin. she was very gentle left with no cuts or acrylic left on the skin. reasonably priced.

This was My 1st time here. As soon as I walked in They asked what I needed. I signed the book, and picked My color. My chair was waiting for Me for My pedi. They were Friendly & fast. They did a Great Job & Im looking forward to next time...

Phenomenal service, especially for pedicures. Kind, quiet atmosphere and they are very attentive to needs. Dry heel pedicure is worth the extra $ and the pedicure chairs are really nice.
