Did great. Little one had a blast

This is by far the best nail salon that I have been to. My friend and I went to several different nail salons in the Slidell area but did not find ourselves as satisfied with our nails as we hoped to be until we recently got them done at Regal Nails Salon and Spa. Both of us had such a lovely experience here that we would never think of going to another salon in this area. Macy very good were all so welcoming and patient with us and their work is absolutely stunning.

Macy is amazing at getting a new dip set done in record timing and they look flawless (and I’m picky). Mary gives the best pedicures, I almost fell asleep on both of them!! I haven’t had a mani/pedi in forever and this will always be the only place I go. They have been here for about 20 years and beat out ever other salon in price and consistency ❤️

I have been going there since it opened (over 10 years). Same staff, same excellent work. So much more thorough than other salons. Never disappointed in their work. I would have a pedicure party for my friends there if I could.

I used to be a faithful customer until I realized my natural nails were being destroyed. So I took a few months off to give my nails a chance. I returned after they were back to a decent strength, and was offered dip as a better alternative than acrylic. So the dip was applied on my natural nail. The dip would begin chipping after two weeks and I would return and they would give a discount to redo nails as they should last at least 3 weeks. Well my nails became brittle and began breaking in the middle from simple day to day task. Instead of Macy listening to my concerns she would use nail glue on my cracked natural nail as if it would resolve the issue. I stopped going all together.I really wanted to like them as every time I go to Walmart and pass the salon they seemed friendly and would ask if I would like nails or eyebrow waxing. So tried to do eyebrow waxing but even that was a failure because they waxed my brows way too thin and they double dip in wax. (That’s just not sanitary)I’ve tried the pedicures only to feel rushed and polish not lasting. So I’ve given up on going there. I’ve allowed my nails to heal and go to a wax place for brows.The only reason I am writing this is because today after months of not coming to them. One of them (I will refrain from saying her name) comes to me in the middle of the home goods section of Walmart and ask if I wanted to come to get my eyebrows done today. I politely declined and instead of leaving it at that, she tries to be insulting and say well you should. Then walks off.Customer service is important to me, I did not solicit your services, nor were there any reason for you to speak to me about your services. I would have appreciated being in Walmart to shop in rather than hear your rude comment and uninvited offering of your services. Since you wanted to be rude, I’ve decided to speak the truth about your place of business and would not recommend anyone coming to this nail salon for any services. Mostly because your nails will be destroyed and as much as you try to explain what you want they will offer you something else just to make money and lie and tell you it’s going to help your nails get strong.Further more their friendly demeanor to offer services is a mask, clearly when you no longer go to them they harass you to come into the salon. Thanks for solidifying the fact I will never come back to your Nail salon for ANY service.

I first started coming here because of my mother. She has been coming here for as long as I can remember, and I started coming here. I’ve never regretted it since!

By far the worst ever.... went to get lashes done only for them to fall out the next day,they credit me half toward a Pedicure which was another disaster do not waste your time and money at this place I barely give reviews but I just have to let ppl know about this place,DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Loved Macy, She’s my favorite!!!

My first time and honestly speaking my LAST time. I was shopping in Walmart and since it was empty I decided to get a quick toe polish. My son could have done better job. Poor service and I felt as if they were doing me a favor. Never again! I should have known better since all of the other nail salons in that area was PACKED and this one was empty!!! SMH

I have been a customer at Regal for 10+ years. I couldnt dream of going anywhere else. Mary is, hands down, the best. She is gentle but though. She has such a peaceful spirit and I always so at ease when Im there. I always leave feeling better about myself!

Horrible, chick was such in a rush spots on nails where they were completely missed of nail polish. I got acrylic nails my thumb is completely crooked and just the lady was extremely rude and acted as if I was burden to her day..

My experience wasn’t the greatest. As soon as I got there with my friend the two ladies working there started arguing who would take which customer. One lady grabbed me and started pulling me to her station and the other lady stared yelling at the one pulling me. They were very pushy too about doing my eyebrows. I kept saying I don’t want them done today but she kept pushing it. My nails also came out quite uneven and I pointed it it to the lady doing my nails and she said she was gonna fix it. She seemed to be rushing through getting it done. I won’t be going back. The more I think about it the more I feel they were very imperfectional.

Macy is the BEST! She takes her time with your nails. She never rushes and always makes sure youre satisfied. I LOVE her!

Ive been going there since they opened. Their prices are higher than better nail salons that use only top notch products. If you want ugly nails go there. If not, go to Tip Top on W. Causeway Approach in Mandeville, Chile is the best!

The worse. I wish I could give no stars. My 9 year old daughter can polish better than them.

These ladies really know their business ! Macey is a wonderful manicurist and Mary gives the best pedicures ever. It just doesnt get any better than they are. Highly recommended.

Everytime i come my nail tech is the same lady and she does a horrible job. My nails will be lumpy and not shaped righg at all its like i pay 30$+ for my nails and they never come out right

Dont even wanna give it 1 star got my nails done yesterday and the lines are not straight and some nails are not the same length

I used to go to this place, no anymore because they started to do pretty bad job and gossiping all the time about the customers. A friend of my who speaks burlándose told about it. But they hirable vietnamese told me about it. Horrible nail technics, but the only one who does a good job is mary.

Horrible! the lady with the black hair is so disrespectful and she rushes instead of taking her time to do them right. and they definitely should cost less since the quality of the nails aren’t good.

Over priced,they do not do refill correct if you did not get fullset done by them,very pushing and unprofessional.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! Me and my friend and my husbands cousin got our nails and toes done. They messed up on all three of us. Terrible job. Nothing good came from this except the colors. Very rude when being told they messed up. The one did my nails even started pretending to cut the cuticles off my nails!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW PEOPLE ENTIRELY!!! And they left nail polish all over my hands! They go way to fast! It is seriously ridiculous how bad of service these people were. If i could give yall NO STARS trust me i would. Will never get my service ever again.
